Kayla gave me excellent advice and service on multiple visits to the store. She listened carefully and quickly came up with solutions. Just the right blend of knowledge, efficiency, and attitude. I was embarrassed to go back again and again for just the right color, but she took it in stride and made me feel it was completely normal. I wish I could take her north with me as my color consultant.

Could have used some assistance but didnt want to interrupt in depth conversation the employees were having. They stopped long enough to say hi and good bye though.

I showed her a picture of an ideal look I wanted for my living room and she knew off the top of her head several different color options for me and was able to describe and show me in such detail! Amazing experience as always at store 2049 south Naples. An Employee names Kayla is great at what she does her eye for color is something special she has hand picked colors for my daughter’s home as well as our home and office space she always meets us with a smile. She is happy to help and you really feel welcome at this store. I’d recommend this store specifically for anyone who asks you don’t get the same treatment at other stores she pays close attention to detail and actually listens to your ideas. Jesus is the man!!! We were having a very difficult time finding the formula of paint for a rental that we are trying to touch up before vacating. No one really seemed to be confident about the match. As soon as we mentioned the development and builder, he knew right away off the top of his head, btw. We painted today and perfect. He was also VERY nice and balanced multiple customers in the store. Thank you!!!

Kayla was so helpful I decided to repaint my office I brought in some old paint and she was able to help me match what I currently had. I will definitely be making this my go to place from now on.

Great place, had all supplies to paint a complete interior of house. The only question I have is why they do not stock paint tray liners? The gentleman told me they are not allowed anymore. Is this state wide or just in lely/naples?

I am very unhappy with my visit. for two reasons. First I brought in a color That showed a few colors from Behr. I asked if one could be duplicated. The salesman did that but when I got home it was not a match. Second I was told I needed to prime my walls. I understood that. At no time was I told that you had a paint that incorporated the primer with the paint. If I am paying someone to paint my walls It would be cheaper for me to get the mix rather than ask him to Paint the walls twice.

Not helpful at all..I now wish I never brought my paint there. The day I went in the man was NOT friendly and NO help...today my husband goes and he comes home and said the same thing...NOT friendly at all. Last time we go there and remember word of mouth is the best advertisement

First time we went in they said they never heard of our paint color. Granted we didnt know how to spell it. (Svelte Sage). We had to go home and dig thru files and find it and went back with the paint chip. They were a bit disorganized but we finally got it done.

The worst, not at all helpful in fact I now need, to spend more money and more sanding because the supplies I purchased to paint a base board trim has the nap fur from the roller is all over the base board trim that I just painted Thanks for zero help, I could have done better at a discount store if this guy worked for me he would be fired sorry it is the truth!
