I have used Affiliated for years at our business in Nashua. I have never had an issue, their rates are competitive and techs are knowledgeable and easy to work with. We have always had prompt service and they communicate well if there will be a delay for any reason.

Absolutely unprofessional !! It must be nice to pick and choose which appointments you would like to show up too. Numerous calls, numerous promises over four days but, not only did they not come, I didnt even receive a phone call .
