Great customer service! They were able to work around my work schedule for me to come in to get my windshield replaced and it was done so quickly! My windshield is now perfect and really appreciated everyone being so helpful and keeping me updated while we waited for the windshield to come in from the dealer!

Best price around for a Subaru windshield. They are able to get me in for a next day appointment. Staff was extremely nice and accommodating when I want able to make it to pick up by close.

I had a crack along the bottom of my windshield. I always prefer factory glass to replace with as I find it higher quality and it lasts longer. These guys had me back on the road within a couple days.

When the rear window of my 6 month old Tiguan shattered in a weird freak accident, my insurance covered it (thankfully) with original VW glass and Portland Glass was recommended to me. I called to set things up for the replacement and Jill was the most pleasant and helpful customer service rep Ive ever spoken with and helped me as my insurance company had sent my authorization to a location further away from me! She got everything squared away, organized, helped me set things up so that I could get a crash cover so I could at least drive my car. The folks in this location were kind, helpful, quick and I would never hesitate to take my glass needs there! Wonderful work, pleasant and informative help and Im a very satisfied customer!

Portland Glass installed a shower door for me. It is beautiful. Both the experience measuring the space and the actual install was very professional with attention to detail. The price was excellent as well and more than a third less than my other quote. I plan to use them again for a second bathroom installation.

I called about broken glass top of my coffee table. Not simple cuts, they said bring it in. Recep had estimate in a minute, confirmed with boss. I had clear info on time and cost to replace. Exactly what I needed to decide to hold and look for coffee table options. Ill be back. Maybe next time Ill have info on quality of replacement for something else. So far, do good.

I had a great experience at Portland Glass! I had to get my cars windshield fixed, and not only was I able to get in that week, I was able to get the new windshield with the blue shade! For the same price as one without. The best part though, is that there is a warranty on it. For up to a year if it gets cracked or chipped they will fix it for free! AND they had the lowest price I could find! Definitely recommend going to Portland Glass!

Paid cash for windshield, had distortion and had to be replaced no biggie, EXCEPT the seal was not sealed on the driver side corner of windshield. Finally get a call at 4pm my car is ready to be picked up,, having to wait for a ride and driving 30+minutes I was not able to get my car due to their business closing at 5pm. Not impressed with the service. Another day of trying to find a ride and get to work. Thanks.

This is the second time I used Portland Glass Nashua since moving to NH 3 years ago. They replaced insulated units in my windows and doors that had broken seals the first visit. The second installation was a sliding patio door on the first floor of our home. My husband was in the hospital which I communicated to them before they arrived. They brought exterior trim with them to trim the door( which was not in the proposal ). They knew my husband would not be able to do it and they did not want to leave me with an UN trimmed door. I will forever be grateful for their outstanding customer service and their caring during a very difficult time.

My windshield cracked. I got it fixed but ended up needing the windshield replaced. They credited the amount I had initially spent towards fixing the crack towards the new windshield. Friendly and efficient service over the phone and in person. They helped me coordinate with my car insurance and replace my windshield quickly. The work done was great; my new windshield is holding up well. I definitely reccommend this company!

DO NOT GO TO PORTLAND GLASS. The technician who installed my windshield botched the job so the seal was broken and there was a whistling sound as air came through the space where the seal wasnt properly done. There were also black greasy fingerprints all over the upholstery and ceiling of my new car when we got it back. We noticed both of these issues the day we picked it up so we called back shortly after that. They offered to redo the windshield and said they would talk to the technician about the black marks they left everywhere. When we picked up the car, the AC didnt work when I had just used it the day before. We brought it to Peters Honda and they confirmed that someone had opened the hood and cut the AC line. No one else had access to my car during that time EXCEPT Portland Glass. Jokes on the technician because it was a new car therefore under warranty so I got the AC fixed for free.

Needed to get a replacement window glass I had gotten through an insurance claim. Went in on Thursday and it was installed the next Tuesday. Workers were quite competent and concerned with the cold weather about getting it quickly. Would highly recommend them!👍

The technician was extremely professional and was on time. Explained the entire process prior to starting and was done in about an hour. I was able to work from home while he completed the repair. Once he was complete he provided information and took the time to walk me through what he did. Job was precise and there was no remanence of him ever being there. Very good quality of a windshield repair was performed quickly. I previously made custom glass orders as well (my son used to smash a basement window with his hockey pucks few times before I installed a protection) and I always was impressed by the PG personnel willingness to help even with the small orders.

A stone chip manifested itself into a 10 crack in my Subaru Forester windshield. I called Portland glass for a replacement estimate. 48 hours later the glass was replaced and the price was very reasonable. The fitment is perfect. Strongly recommend this business. Nice people!

Ordered some custom glass to top an old oak library card catalog we use as an end table. Cost was reasonable, process was good, they ask questions and got me what I needed which cost a bit less than what I thought I needed. It arrived on schedule in good shape and worked fine.

Professional job replacing my Mercedes windshield at a lower price

Broke the glass in my exterior french door in February. I had previously bought window glass from them years before, so I called them first. They had someone at my house within about 20 minutes. They took measurements and told me someone would get back to me shortly,but could possibly be a few days. Even offered to help me cover the opening. They found the correct glass and were back in minutes and installed it, all at a fair price. Junior was professional and I consider their service excellent. I highly recommend them.

I have a 1979 GMC Motorhome and needed my front windshields resealed. I called multiple companies and was told they did not work on RV’s.I called Portland Glass and the people there are really helpful and took the time to listen to what I needed done.They fixed the leak and called to tell me I could come pick it up. However I got a call the following day asking me to hold off because they check once more the following morning and realized I still had a leak.This showed me they really do take the time to help each and every customer no matter how large or small the job is.Super company..

It took over a week to get a pretty standard size replacement glass for my frame. Not too bad, but when I got the window home I noticed they installed a different setup in the frame than they originally quoted me. I confirmed with the person twice before they took my order so this should not have happened. Unprofessional and a waste of my time. Would absolutely not go here again and would not recommend them.

Portland Glass installed a 30 shower door in my remodeled bathroom. Everyone was very nice. Installers were great, and the price was better than any of the other 4 quotes I got.
