I had my windshield replaced while at work yesterday. How convenient! My technician Robert was timely, nice, professional, and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend using this company.

Over the years had a crack mended and 2 windshields replaced with this company. They make working with your insurance seamlessly and easy and everyone working there is very kind and relaxed. Having a cracked windshield is not something anyone plans for or wants to deal with, but if you have to deal with it, this is the way to do it.

Another positive experience at Safelite in Nashua. Ive had more than one glass replacements done here with never a problem. Their staff is always courteous knowledgeable and professional. Unreliable, unprofessional, inept. They canceled my appointment twice. First time because there were a few snowflakes in the driveway and I get a phone call telling me the tech was afraid to drive over them. Rolled the dice and again waited TWO WEEKS, then the day of the second appointment I get a voice message stating the appointment was canceled and couldnt be rescheduled for several weeks. I picked up during the message and the person at the other end pretended he couldnt hear me, finished the spiel and then hung up. First and absolute LAST time I let these clowns screw me. My insurance company recommends these jokers and I have no idea why. Im going to find an automotive glass shop who knows how to replace automotive glass. This was the Nashua NH location which I expect will be closed very soon. Assuming Safelight has any reputation to preserve.

Safelite came to my home to replace a damaged windshield. This is my 3rd replacement windshield on this vehicle. The first two were performed by different Safelite locations.Enrique noted that What I thought was another impact related crack was actually a stress fracture and covered by their warranty. My windshield was replaced promptly at no cost to me. Scheduling was easy and the communication for the technicians on-time arrival was very helpful. The technician was very courteous and practiced appropriate social distancing and COVID-19 precautions while we worked out the details of the warranty coverage.

The tech was great got the windshield out in no time. But a part was damaged when removing it. At no fault of the tech did this happen just one of them things. The manager called 3 different dealers looking for part in stock. Fastest they could get it was next day both went above and beyond so just waiting till next day for them to finish.

Respectfully rescheduled quickly due to mishap is replacement glass! Great fast and convenient service right at home! Always go to Safelite!

Scheduling was ok but was almost a week out. Phone rep asked if I had a green band across my windshield. Actually went to car to confirm, yes. Attempted to get OEM glass, which the first rep said was ok, only to be called back a few minutes later telling me it would cost $280 more, I can buy the windshield from Subaru for $380? Some mark up, decide to try their aftermarket one. Go to my appointment, first thing the installer does is come out and say the glass is clear, no green tint. Had them install anyways because I had a 2 foot crack in my glass and took off work to get it done. When it is done the tech tells me about some wrinkles he cant get out, would need a heat gun and he only has a blow torch? Why dont they have the tools they need, a heat gun costs like $20, can buy them anywhere like Walmart. The wrinkle (shown in picture) is partially caused by the gasket not being installed square to the windshield. Looks like a job I would do, Im not a professional glass installer. The gasket also looks nothing like the one that was on the car before? Next up, dash cam. I asked if he installed the bracket, he said he did. Great. Next day my camera keeps beeping because it is hanging by my feet banging all over my car as I drive.I reached out to Safelite online yesterday with same comments. No response yet, will update if this gets resolved.Took them a few weeks over email to respond, called in the meantime. Said they would order the correct glass and reinstall. Car is off the road for the winter so scheduled mobile service a week and a half later at my house for Saturday. Tech shows up in the middle of the time slot. Guess what, wrong windshield yet again! Wasted my time taking my car off the lift to get this done. Way to go Safelite!

Honestly my experience was less than ideal, after failing to be informed that they did not have my windshield in stock they actually accidentally called me and told me my car was repaired, in which when I showed back up later that day it had never been touched. They wasted a lot of my time with poor communication like this and didnt seem to care that they misinformed me several times. On top of that for the repair to then take over a week and me having to call there corporate office to have them call the direct repair center so they would actually reach out to me. Yeah needless to say I was very unimpressed at the lack of professionalism.

Horrible, horrible horrible! Thier incorrect camera calibration almost caused an accident in my vehicle and they didnt schedule my appointment when they said they did.

I got a quote for a new windshield, and the price was literally DOUBLE the price of their competitors and their availabilities were also later. The competitors also come to your house. Dont bother with them. Use Auto Glass Fitters or Granite State Glass instead!

I just got my windshield replaced today and the gentleman at the desk was so nice and explained everything to me. He even went as far as to notice my ezpass didn’t have the Velcro on it for the windshield and put some on for me. Definitely went above and beyond my expectations and I was very happy with the job they did. I would 100% recommend this safelite location to anyone.

Went there the other day, because I chipped my windshield. They got me right in, and had it repaired in under 30 min. The staff was easy to deal with as well. The only issue was that I thought the $80 was a little high for just a repair, but with the service they provided, Ill gladly pay it again. Great work guys!

Place to avoid.Very bad quality of glass, cracks without any visible reasons.If you have two cars windshield repair will be big part of your life and budget. Customer service ends quickly after installation.Best decision - replace window somewhere else.

I noticed a sudden, spreading crack in my windshield. I went online on a Friday night and was able to schedule service for Monday morning. The technician called to say he was coming and let me know what time, he showed up when he said he would and he was pleasant and easy to work with. He even cleaned my exterior windows and vacuumed the front floor mats. The total was also less than my deductible so it was a lower cost than I was expecting and lower than when I paid to have a windshield replaced 10 years ago. I was very pleased with the whole process. My husband also used them a month earlier and had a very similar experience.

If I could give a 0 star review I would. 2 years ago I brought my truck into the shop for a back window replacement due to a water leak, I got my truck back and my window leaked even worse than before. Once I called and explained the situation they replaced my window again and finally my window was in good shape. Fast forward 2 years, I bought a new truck and my back window began to leak, I brought it to them which was a mistake because when I got my truck back it leaked worse than it did before, weird right. I called to complain but this time they decided to tell me its not their problem. I fought with them and they told me to bring the truck in so they can do a water test to see if it was their installation that was the problem. They told me it wasnt their installation and that my taillight is the reason the water was coming through, so I asked why they didnt perform this test before hand which could have saved me well over $500. They had no answers And told me to bring it to the dealership for them to handle. So now Im stuck with a back window that leaks badly, well over $500 in debt to them, and extremely dissasitified. Needless to say I wont be returning and I hope others read this and do the same.

Impossible to speak with a real local person. spent HOURS on the phone trying to connect. They only want you dealing with corporate, who cant answer all local questions or deal with local issues. The local # forwards to corporate with very long hold times, when answered by national they refuse to let you talk to a local person (issues around road & weather conditions that National people dont know about).

Glass looked just OK after the repair, but looks like the cracks are extending.

Brought my car in for a scheduled appointment to get my windshield replaced. Apparently there was a mix up and the guy who was supposed to do it wasnt coming into work that day. The manager took me anyway and replaced my windshield in 30 mins and was super friendly.

Very unimpressed with their professionalism, cleanliness and concern for the safety and valuables in my vehicle. not to mention having to clean up after them also finding that my truck was left unlocked for a long weekend.

My new windshield cracked within two weeks of having it replaced. I could not be more unhappy with their product or service, and would strongly caution anyone considering having work done by Safelite. They will not stand by their work, and you will end up having a regular appointment to drop $400 on a new windshield every two weeks.The Safelite warrantee is worthless, because you cant prove the reason for any cracks that appear after your windshield has been replaced. A technician will simply state that it was your fault, and youre back to buying a new windshield. Again.

I deffinately would use this company again.I have to say I felt very secure working with this company. I liked the idea that they confered my date of service via text first . The day of service the service person called and I was forwarded a photo of the person I was going to meet. I really liked that feature . This person was very efficent replacing my windshield, rethe inspection sticker and E Z pass.He cleaned all my windows and vaccumed my front floormats. Thank you! I would rate my guy a 10 in the service he provided.

Less that 5 miles in and their workmanship or quality glass failed. Worker lied to my face about the warranty and the same guy to install the windscreen refused to replace the windscreen. Horrendous service. Taken recommendation to go to JN Phillips for future auto glass repairs.
