Absolutely exceptional help from Jim, Umar and Austin. My car died on Main Street outside their location; they helped push my car into safety for my appointment. While there for my tire installation (the appointment), they also worked to get my car started—spending a lot of time checking my plugs, coils and other systems for why it would not start. So grateful for their help today!

Dan and his staff provided excellent customer service. I was able to make a same day appointment for a new set of tires; the work was done on-time. Very honest. Would recommend. They beat everyone’s prices — Sam’s Club, dealer promos, etc.

I needed my tires rotated today, so I called Goodyear at around 12:30 to see if they could take my Kia. Jim, I believe he is the store manager, took my call and was professional and kind. He advised that he could have my car done by 5, and so I dropped it off at around 12:45. I got a call from Jim at 2:30 saying I was all set. I was thrilled!! Jim went above and beyond, and it shows in his customer service expertise. He even explained how tire rotations work so I could understand more about my vehicle. I highly recommend this Goodyear, and to get Jim if you can! I had a great experience!

Got a nail in my one tires. I was in and out and under an hour. And the price was really good it, was 16 bucks to put a cold patch on. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

When I showed up I was greeted by a man that looked like Santa Claus. I had made an appointment few weeks ago to get tires that I had bought installed. He was more than helpful today. There service was awesome and very kind ! Everytime I come here they are nothing but nice and willing to help ! Santa and his elves made this big kid at heart happier than a fat kid that loves cake ! Will forever go here as long as I own a vehicle !

After my tire popped going to work, I needed it fixed fast. I tried another well known company and put on hold for 15 minutes with no response. I called Goodyear cause I knew they dealt with tires, was answered right away and said I could come right in (no appointment to schedule...1st great thing).I was greeted by a friendly staff immediately upon entering, told they would check it out right then and if it was an easy fix, it would be a free service (next great thing!); but I knew I needed a new tire, and sure enough I did. The next great thing was the price ...and finally, the speed of the service. I had two new back tires and was out in only one hour.I will be going back soon to add two new front tires!

Called to ask a couple questions that couldn’t be answered on line. Got ahold of Dan, great guy. Tires had to be ordered, which he did on a Saturday! Got the tires early Monday, he called to let me know everything was good. I was told it would be about 2 hours to change tires with alignment. It was less, called me when it was ready, gave me 2 copies of paperwork, so I could get a rebate. Price was great! Service was great. Definitely go there again!

Employees were nice enough. They were going to charge $50 to replace a $15 turn signal bulb (front). Before I left South Carolina, I had a rear turn signal bulb replaced at a Goodyear facility. They charged $15 total 🤔

Dan helped me with my purchase of (4) Goodyear Weather Assurance Tires. I got the tires balanced, as well a four wheel alignment. It wasnt cheap or fast, but everything was spot on. I would recommend this place if youre looking for quality tires and service.

I recently bought set of 4 tires from this Goodyear Store in Nashua NH. The Manager Bill took my car even though it was late in the day and backed up and he promised it would be ready by 5PM. We decided to leave the car there and pick it up the next day. While waiting for my credit card to be re-approved, I listened as Bill the manager discussed tires at length with a customer on the phone and suggested places where he could get a particular size tire that Goodyear did not carry because it was so old. This kind of customer service is rare these days and they did a great job on my tires love them. Highly recommend this place.

I had 2 tires on my Jeep that my mechanic said were questionable and couldnt give me a sticker. These tires were on the Jeep when I bought it 2 years ago. I called Goodyear direct, they were very nice and concerned and asked me to stop in at the Nashua service center on Main St. The gentleman there, I believe the assistant manager, was extremely helpful, inspected the issue, contacted Goodyear and made it possible to replace the tires at a very reasonable discounted rate. I was very pleased.Fast, professional service

Went to get my sticker on my Jeep it failed. Had everything fixed brought it back one week later. I was told that I could not have the inspection sticker because theyre inspector needed to go on lunch. I took time out of work to do this.I was then told I could come back the next day got an appointment for 10:00 a.m.. Went back to get my sticker and once again could not get it. They had said no inspector on duty. And that they did not have an appointment for me. I am holding paperwork proving that I had an appointment. This is totally unacceptable. Not only would have been over charged if I would have had the work there but then I couldnt even get my sticker I want a refund. I took 2 days out to go have this done. Lost money. And still no sticker completely unsatisfied Completely unjustified. I recommend not going here. Ive never encountered a situation like this in all the years Ive been getting state inspections. I will continue to go up the chain of command for this because I was treated unfairly.

On a good note the staff is very nice and onto the bad, the service is terrible! I dropped my work van off at 7:40am and the doors were open and I told them I need and oil change and inspection and they said no problem meanwhile I was the only vehicle when I got there. So at 11:45am I called to see if it ready because a few hours went by so it should be done, nope they said theyd be pulling it in the bay in an hour! Im like are you serious!? All morning and I was the first one there and you havent pulled it into a bay! And the guy told me they didnt open till 8am! Then why were your doors open?! Still even if the doors didnt open till 8 I was the first one there so that means first one in first one out? Well at least that how I thought it went. Ridiculous! First and last time I will take anything there!

Not the fastest place in town, but when you need good, quality service from honest people you go here. Fastest is not necessarily bestest!I have no problem sending my kids here; I know theyll be treated fairly and with respect.

Bought my tires online and dropped my car off at scheduled time. Apportionment took a little longer than expected but I was informed of everything that was being done throughout the process and the staff was courteous. They had a great promotion on alignments and it didn’t blow the bank to get a full set of tires replaced!

Average experience. Bought tires and had and oil change. Set up through online. Dan was polite and professional. They are kind of big on pushing their credit card and tire replacement thinh, but overall wasnt a bad experience. 3 stars cause it wasnt bad but nothing special.

Courtious, good service. Didnt push services on me. The system didnt give them my online appointment info but They were still able to fit 4 new tires in an hour while being busy. Free donuts and coffee on black Friday too. Tires are great too.

Staff is nice and the tires were at a decent price. BUT, they didnt have the tires for my appointment at 9, so didnt get it back until 3. Really messed up my day off. Lots of apologies, no coupon or discount for the issue. Also, asked them pick the best tire w/o plugs as the full size spare. I asked them twice, again when I picked up the car, and I was reassured. The spare was the worst, at least 2 plugs, theres no way they checked, pretty sure he cover was not even removed. This is the reason that I asked to keep the old tires, for that exact reason.

Terrible customer service. I went to get a car inspection and had a coupon, but the coupon didnt make a difference. The price was even more than regular inspection prices because they added an emissions test fee of $20. Isnt the emissions test part of the inspection anyways?Very bad attitude from the store manager. The car was brought in at 9:00 am and he said it would probably take the whole day to do the inspection and that i should return at 5pm. He said he would call me and let me know if he was done earlier than that. Turns out he was done at around 3pm but never called us to let us know. We had to call him and find out. And upon complaint of this, his response was a nonchalant Sorry bout that. Dont ever go here. If you would like to be treated like a customer.

Good Rip Off is what this place should be called! I went in for a state inspection and they failed me because of my tires. I arrived back two days later after buying 2 new tires as suggested. When I arrived back, I was told to come back another day because the technician did not have his lunch yet. I arrived back the next day to get the sticker and found out even though I had already paid the $30 for the sticker, they charged an extra $10 for bringing the car back. I asked why am I being charged an extra $10 and he stated it was good year policy. Not only did they over charge, absolutely no customer service skills at all.

My husband and I had done our breaks for our Audi A4 2012 here. Which they did a great job by the way. Then we had something noisy coming from the tire so we had it checked out ..it was the wheel bearing 😬 so we got a pretty good quote and had the left wheel side fixed. We later found out the noise was still the same so we took it back. Thats when our helpful service manager Tyler took it upon himself to find fhe problem and had it checked out and looks to find out it was the right wheel bearing which they fixed at no cost. AMAZING customer service. Tyler went behond our expectations and really took care of the problem and we are very pleased with the work and most definitely will go back for any other work on any of our cars. Our family thanks Goodyear for all the work and great customer service. God bless them all and all they do.Emma and Luis
