My parents have come here since the 90s, and I’ve been coming here for about 10 years myself, and we have always appreciated the quality and quick repairs that Reliance has provided! Dave is an honest manager who is always straightforward about what your vehicle actually needs, rather than trying to squeeze you like some other shops. The owner has built a great staff and organization, and there’s NOBODY I’d trust more with my auto repairs! Highly recommend.

At first it only made me mildly upset at the time. Now that time has passed I feel cheated and ripped off. I brought my car in to have the spark plugs changed. I get a phone call from this place saying they broke off a spark plug in my cylinder head. While on the phone they say this mistake will cost me 90 dollars to fix. WHY SHOULD I PAY FOR WHAT THEY BROKE ON MY CAR? I should absolutely 110 percent should not have to pay for what they broke. I spoke with 3 different people about what reliance did to my car, they all said you broke it you bought it. A good mechanic would say to him self gee I broke the customers car, I should own up to my mistake and fix that. If you are going to try and remove rusted parts use PB blast next time. I will not be going back!

We have been searching for an honest mechanic in Nashua for 12 years. We are continually let down by every one of them. The most recent experience was equally as disappointing. We were charged $1000.00 to repair a piston, wheel alignment, and new tires (cheapest quality). I paid and picked up the car on Friday. Then on Tuesday morning I receive a call from Dave that indeed they were not able to complete the rear alignment because of a seized rear something or other and it would be an additional $625 to complete. Confused, I ask why I was allowed to pay for and pick up a vehicle for which the work was not done. His response was that it doesn’t matter and the work needs to be done anyway or the tire will wear quickly. So now I’m on the hunt again to find a reliable mechanic to do what another has not.

Even though Im in school in Virginia, I still make a point to come to Reliance for anything from just an oil change to actual problems with the car. Reliance has very reasonable prices and a fantastic staff. I recommend Reliance Autocare to everyone!

I have 4 vehicles in my family. Some under warranty and others not. Like many, I sometimes go to a big box repair shop for the $20 oil change. The last time I went they told me I needed new brakes/rotors in order to pass my next inspection. ($500) I have always use Reliance for any non- warranty work. I dropped my vehicle off this morning and 30 minutes later Dave called me and said the work was unnecessary and the brakes looked good. Dave has always been honest on price and explains what is actually necessary. Another vehicle I dropped off to Reliance needed about $50 in brake maintenance instead of the $600 quoted by another shop. Reputation and integrity are everything with Dave and Reliance. I truly appreciate their honesty.

Not only did they correct the problem (my car was previously in the shop with another local garage for 4 days before this happened), but they solved the problem that day and for a reasonable price! We have 5 cars right now, all at various ages and we always feel confident that the team at Reliance will give us an honest opinion, be trustworthy and treat us with respect!

Hands down, the BEST auto mechanic. Dave is the most experienced and the most trustworthy person in this field.

I had been going for several years, but the last time I went for an inspection, they missed several things and evaluated the work Id need to have done elsewhere very poorly. I wound up sinking several hundred dollars into a car that couldnt be repaired; if you have any vehicle issues that Reliance cant work on, make sure you get that appraised first.

Brought our vehicle in with a noise coming from the rear differential after Receiving a phone call from a worker they replaced stabilizer links and bushings stating the noise would go away. After 700 dollars worth of work the truck sounds no different. Upon pick up on their paper work it states that they could still hear a noise. We asked for a partial refund, they stated our only option from them was to get a rear end replaced from a junk yard for the price of 1,500 to 2,000 dollars. Do not bring your car there.
