T.J was my salesman for the purchase of our Pathfinder. During the process one of their systems was temporarily down. Even though it took longer than usual to process the transaction, I truly had an enjoyable experience just hanging out with T.J. A great guy, with a great attitude and an incredible knowledge of vehicles. We had a minor issue with a battery, a couple of weeks later and within literally 15 minutes T.J was there on site with a loaner car for my wife to use with our two children. So, I originally went to their sister store and that was sketchiest place Ive ever been. I had issues there but the Nashua store resolved everything and even honored the $3000 that the other store was going to give me for my trade in. They dont move on their prices so dont expect that but i had done my research and I bought my car at a fair listing price. If you are buying a used car set up an appointment with a garage close by and test drive it to that garage, its worth it to get it checked out no matter where you buy a used car. Know what you want for payments and APR before you go and youll be fine. Overall satisfied with my purchase.
Purchased a 2017 Mustang Convertible from here back in 2018 with over 30k miles. Should have done some research before coming here. All their vehicles are either auction bought, or from rental places hence the high mileage. Make sure to review the carfax and ask if the vehicle was a rental as maintenance on rentals are minimal. Check the pain job as well. Mine was like someone went over with sandpaper. I was just so excited to have a mustang that I overlooked everything that was wrong and ended up paying the price when stuff started to break and was out of warranty at 36k miles. be smart with your money, I wasnt.

Jared and Tj are great guys to work with. I completely recommend this store as well as both of these guys when shopping for a vehicle. First time buyer here while starting out with my credit, and they were able to put my wife and I into a great vehicle within our budget. I spoke with Tj first. He was very helpful and is really great at his job. I spoke with Jared second to finalize the deal and he also does very good at his job. We had a good time, helped us understand the credit side of things, payment side of things, and how it works to finance a car. Not only were we able to drive off with a very nice vehicle, we were able to learn a lot of Jared’s advice. Most times people get rubbed off the wrong way with sales guys, but Jared and Tj were more than just sales, but actually care about their customers and want to get you the right fit for a vehicle. Nothing but good things to say about everyone here. Everyone was friendly, extremely professional, and they were able to drop our interest rate 20% and get us in a 2019 from a 2011. We didn’t have to read the paperwork because they read it to us, and asked multiple times if we had any questions, even after we left the dealership. I can’t thank these guys enough and when that time comes, I’ll definitely be back! A huge thanks to everyone again!
We bought a vehicle here... that part was okay but when it needed service forget it. They just have lack of care and customer service skills. Our vehicle started with a check engine light and putting. We drove it for a few miles. Was told well the tow guy had no problem when he pulled it off the truck. Well no because all you did was back it off the truck. Then was told the tech. would be in in the am to look at it and here it is late in the afternoon and his tech still aint in. I had a child in the car when they told me it was safe to drive. Obviously not if the check engine light comes on its putting ready to die as I drive it. This is unacceptable business. We have been trying to talk with them with little to no communication from them. They had had our vehicle for 3 weeks to be fixed. And didnt even start on it until the second week of having it. I have been very patient and understanding with the wake of the pandemic but to do business like this to treat people like this is not right and is unacceptable. When you tell a customer a time line and then tell them its safe to drive then dont really believe them when they say something aint right tell them bring it back in and the tech says he will be there in the am then his bosses should have made sure his a@# was there to work on it. End of rant.
NEEDED a new car ASAP. Went to many different places and all over online. My father had bought a car here a few years back and said they were good so I went on their website. I had been shopping online and sadly disappointed when seeing used cars in person. After emailing Kris and getting very quick response I was hopeful. The next day I showed up and kris was busy but Tj was very nice and helpful. Everyone in there was down to earth and it didn’t feel like the “typical” car shopping experience. (No offense) I fell In love with a Jeep I had test drove but they were still in the middle of going’s threw it. Kris came back to the shop when I was contemplating my purchase and helped work out a price that was very reasonable considering the high demand for cars right now after everything that’s been going on with covid. He made sure it was looked over thoroughly and they fixed all the issues (which were actually pretty routine things considering it was a used Jeep.) I had left my car there because it was no longer safe to drive with my kids and they let me borrow a car until mine was ready. Then when my Jeep was all set Kris even drove it to my house, took care of all the paperwork and filled all my fluids. The whole time he had texted me with updates to let me know what was going on. This was an amazing experience and I am so thankful to ALL of the employees at this location. Extremely sketchy, talked with a salesman (Israel Hernandez) for a few days now. The salesman said we had a deal on a car, since then he has abruptly told me the deal hit a snag and has ignored my messages. His manager was suppose to call me but never did. Extremely unprofessional staff. I have been passed from person to person throughout this nonsense. I knew my credit wasn’t great, but having a “deal” seemed like good news. Not getting the car after the hard pull on my credit is one thing. To go out of your way to ignore a customer is another thing all together. Today I got in contact with their GM if it wasn’t for Mark I wouldn’t give this place a star. He answered my questions and explained what was going on. Mark fixed the issue and I recommend if you ever go here to work with him if given the option.
Go here if you want to waste time and money on the stereotypical awful-used-car-dealership experience. They were very friendly during the car buying process, but since then have been unhelpful, dishonest, and have no customer service skills. TJ is charismatic, and as reliable as cardboard cutout. After having serious issues with a service, the owner was dismissive of complaints, unapologetic, and offered no resolution for the issue at hand.
Came in trying to find a 3 row SUV for my family. Everywhere I went bad low inventory so they were inflating prices to unrealistic amounts. Key literally worked MAGIC and gave use an unbelievable price, the only place that could. The inventory was low, but they made it work. They went above and beyond and will use them in the future.
I would have given them 5 stars. I love the car. The issues I had with it, they addressed. Our Sales person Derek was amazing. The got us a great rate on financing.The finance person Jared Casper. HE WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. High pressure sales over the warranties. I almost left. I would tell people to not go to Key because of him. You cant do business like that...
Where do I start? From the day My fiancé and I walked in to the minute we walked out with a new car, the staff did a Phenomenal job! Had a lot of great laughs along the whole process (thanks TJ again) . The staff got me a great deal on a 2019 Chevy Traxx that we didn’t even know was possible ! Israel is a great salesman! Jared (the financial manager) was absolutely terrible. I felt very very disrespected by him. He was trying to convince me that buying a car out of my budget was fine because of COVID. Jared was pressuring me HEAVILY to buy the vehicle when I told him about 10 times I was gonna need to come back. Sayin things like “oh $500 isn’t even that much”. Finally, I decided I was ready to buy the car. I asked for them to hold it for me but they said I couldn’t put any money down to hold it unless I signed to buy the car. Then what’s the point of holding it?? I wouldn’t recommend going here because their policies as well as the finance manager are absolutely terrible. I’d give zero stars if it wasn’t for the Salesman being so nice. I wouldn’t buy a car from Jared if they gave it to me free! Stay away.

Bought a car here today!! It was the easiest, most hassle free car I have ever bought! Saw the car I wanted online, went down to check it out on the lot. Was exactly what I was looking for at the price I wanted. Went and talked with Tom Forte the General Mgr. He was great, got me out for a test drive right away. We went over some quick paperwork and put down a deposit. I already had financing from a local credit union so it was just a matter of having them complete the paperwork. Went down this morning spent maybe 15 minutes signing paperwork and while I was doing that they finished up the inspection sticker, final cleaning and filled up the gas tank. Then I was on my way keys in hand. Tom and all the staff I dealt with were all very helpful, friendly and courteous. Also a big thing for me was there no high pressure sales tactics for me to buy anything I didnt want or wasnt interested in. I will definitely look to buy from them in the future. I highly recommend for anybody looking for a good car at a great price to start here first! Thanks again Tom and everybody down there!

I traded in my car for a decent value and got a good price on my new vehicle as well as lifetime free inspections. Oh, and my first oil change is complimentary as well. The sales team itself gets 5 stars themselves. They bent over backwards to get me a great deal and into my challenger which I love.The only thing stopping a five star review is the service department, I have made three attempts to contact them about them doing the usual vacuum the car install the mats, put a sticker on stuff as I was there very late.
Staff is small which is nice because they can focus on you and your needs. They all work together wonderfully and really do what they can for you. This was my best car buying experiance. I did not feel pressured to buy anything or felt like I was being held to make a sale. Mike helped me with my car buying choice, Jared does all the finance paperwork and Mark runs the place. I initially came for a different vehicle (that he had courteously prepared for my visit), but he was very honest, transparent, and thorough with telling me about the different options that were available - so much so that I couldnt believe he was trying to sell me a car; it was as if he were buying it with me. Do yourself a favor and buy from the dealer direct or simply dont shop here. The salesmen are completely unprofessional. The manager (Mark Casper) was possibly the most unprofessional of all. These people just want a quick sale and then give you the run around when their cars have problems days from the purchase date. They are liars and will treat you terribly. I have 3 friends that bought vehicles from here and all 4 of us were completely unsatisfied. I only wished i knew of this before buying a car here.

This was my first real car buying experience and it left the worst impression. This place is the reason people hate car salesman and the car buying process. I had been in an accident totaling my car the day before and told them the situation I was in. Once we found the car we wanted, it took 5 HOURS until we finally got to go home. We were told by the manager that we could easily put down a deposit and sign all the papers and we would just be waiting a week to get the rest of the money (since we were waiting on insurance to tell us how much we would get for the car and thus help with the down payment). An hour after he told us that, and us just waiting around, he came back and said corporate doesnt allow deposits anymore and they werent sure we really wanted the car if insurance didnt pay as much as we hoped. We told him that we DO want the car because I need a car no matter how much insurance pays. OHH! Thats what we needed to hear. After a few more hours and being talked down to, we finally got out of there with the intention of picking up the car the following week. We then got a call 5 days later, the day before we were supposed to pick up the car, telling us they had tried calling us (the number they had was incorrect even though they had called us before?) but that the car is now not safe to drive. Funny because I test drove the car on a Friday and they said they tried calling on Monday- I drove an unsafe car?! I am thoroughly convinced that they sold the car out from under me. They lied to me more than once and I will never go back nor recommend anyone to this place.

Was very nice when we were looking at vehicle we signed papers then they dont care. They put 2 different tires on our awd vehicle had to go but 2 more couple months later would not help. Had our vehicle listed as navigation foubdcout needed a sd card they would not pay for it bought one didnt even have navigation. Put wateentee in wrong name. Absolute joke
I recently purchased a 2013 Honda Civic si here and from day one have had problems. When I looked over the car I noticed a few things and asked they be taken care and was told the service department would take care of all of it. So I noticed the ac was not working properly, a few of the lights (all interior lights would flicker and die out) did not work, that the car had winter tires on it that where noisy, and there was a tiny ding in the windshield. Now just those small things i was told would be taken care of and not to worry about it. So a couple days later I’m told its ready lets finish the paperwork. So i showed up and and did exactly that paid and was ready to go i noticed that the interior light was working in the front so hey i figured it was taken care of. Nope about 2 or 3 days in it was a very warm day so i tried the ac and it did not work.. i called and asked them to fix it. i bring it in and they said its all set again. Another hot day comes and again ac not working when driving blows sort of cool when stopped though. Also i noticed the other lights they never fixed either, the tires i was told they rotated and did an oil change when they inspected it, and the small chip was “repaired” and sealed wouldn’t be a problem. Well I’m so fed up with the bs they put me through i ended up paying another shop to fix the ac and they said it was way over charged. Ac works perfectly now the lights i ended up fixing myself the tires never got touched and since they lied about rotating them the are now cupped and way louder on the street. The windshield cracked along the whole length of the windshield from the “repaired” chip. And also it needed a new timing chain along with many other parts replaced. I had another key auto dealer look into that and found the chain was loose and broken so i purchased a warranty with the vehicle but when this other key auto dealer tried to make the warranty claim they told me it never got opened and that there was no warranty on it at that time... they eventually started A claim for me anyways and did the repairs to the car since it is clearly stated i paid over 2,000 for a warranty on my sales slip i now need to spend more money though to repair the windshield and replace the tires due to negligence by the team here and just not doing what was promised. Also something shady about paying over 2k for something and having another dealership that is owned by the same company and has full access to anything done at the store i purchased the car from tell me that the policy was never opened. Also all these issues accrued over a 3-4 month period of time! So within 3 months of buying from them the car has needed major motor work and has had many issues and parts failing. After trying to call the place i got the car from several times about many issues some I’ve not even listed here because its already such a long review the response i got from one of the reps was to bring it down and trade it in i thought that he was offering to swap the car for another similar vehicle due to the many problems but no he actually wanted me to trade it in towards something else and take a huge loss and be way upside down. This place is a joke i tried so many times to give them a chance but they literally will just do or say anything to make a sale than run you all over when it starts to fall apart driving off the lot. I hope this little look into my experience with them helps to save another struggling person from making the mistake of buying here thinking you will be taken care of only to soon realize you’d have been better off buying a beater for 1,000 and repairing it as you go... because that’s what you will absolutely be doing if you drive a vehicle off this lot! PLEASE do not purchase a lemon here!

I bought my first car through Key Auto Group back in 2013. I was a full time student and my credit was horrible. Honestly, I was surprised that the salesman was able to get me approved. But there I was in my new Chevy Malibu. My interest rate was high because of my credit score but my salesman explained that I was in a credit builder program. As long as I made my payments on time for the next 6mos, my score would go up. After 6mos I returned to Key Auto Group to trade in my car. Just like he said, my credit score went up over 100pts. I recently returned to Key Auto Group in Nashua to inquire about trading her in. As always, the staff treated me with appreciation and the level of respect that consumers expect from professional sales personnel. Im loving the selection of vehicles that Key has in their inventory and look forward to finding my next set of wheels!

I got referred by a friend to speak to Jared about getting a car through him. My boyfriend and I struggle with our credit so we honestly didnt think anywhere would help us out. So I spoke to Jared and he told me he would be able to help me out and he did just that. Living in MA we discussed some vehicles over the phone and he even had one delivered to the store for me to look out and its the one I ended up getting. As soon we got there we were welcomed right away by James who I was was in touch with before and was very helpful also. I must say I was worried about buying our first car with a car payment but Jared made the process go very smoothly. Another worry I had was my 19 month old and how she would act there lol Everyone was very accommodating giving her balloons and such to keep her busy. James even came and helped me register the car in MA which helped out alot! They truly went above and beyond and made us feel comfortable. Which is hard to feel like at alot of dealerships. I would highly recommend them and will be telling any friends to try them out. Thanks again Jared and James for making our first car experience a great one!!
It seemed they were trying hard to get an approval. Then I was told they had the approval, it was just a matter of finding the right car which would take him a while so we got sent on our way with a promise to get a call by the end of the day. Well that call never came. By the next day, I ended up calling them about 45 minutes before closing and asked what the status was because I never got a call back. I was told that they were having a hard time getting ahold of an analyst because they were out in California and didnt have many working over the weekend. Then was told he thought the salesman was going to call me and update me and that I would get a call the next day (Monday) by noon. Well, here it is, Wednesday morning and no phone call. Needless to say, Im bringing my business elsewhere. He even asked me if he worked hard and got the deal, that we would definitely take it and give them a good review and of course, I completely agreed to that well deserved review.. This is not the review I was expecting to write unfortunately.

Im currently in the process of buying a new car. I started looking about a month ago and Juan and Demitri remained persistent but not harassing. Demitri actually came and picked me up because obviously I have no car. I am just so pleased with the service I have gotten. Especially Demitri. I cant wait to finally come pick up my car and a very heartfelt thank you to Demitri and Juan! Dimitri came to pick me up again the day I got my car. He took me to the registry to get my plates and brought me back up to get my new car. This was the BEST and EASIEST new car experience Ive ever had. I will definitely be going back when I need another car!! Thank you Demitri and Juan!!!

I went in to this dealership wanting to buy a used 2015 Pathfinder. They offered me a fair amount on my trade and then we started talking about the price of the Pathfinder. After being told the price is the price by my salesman I went over to talk to the manager. I haggled with him for a while and got the price down to a number that I liked. The manager was a little rude during the negotiations but it didnt bother me. I agreed to the deal and then after everything was done they added a $400 administration fee to the vehicles price. I told them thats not the number we agreed on and that I dont want to pay the fee. I was told if I didnt make you pay it then nobody would want to pay it.... so Im still looking for a Pathfinder
This is an excellent place to buy, great pricing l, great people, the staff really cares. Absolutely the best financing on the planet, regardless of your situation. Yoiu can just tell they work really hard to make it the best possible expieriance, and you can get a lot of the work done from home if your busy!

To say that I am happy with my experience is an understatement. Everyone from Angela my sales person to Pete the General Manger to Juan in Finance everyone went above and beyond my expectations. I was so nervous to even buy a new car because there were so many obstacles I had to get over that I didnt even want to go in. But I did and I am so happy I did! These people are completely awesome, caring and genuine people who actually listen to what the customer wants and needs. They dont try to push anything on you or make you feel like you have to buy anything. I drove out in my new car feeling completely satisfied and confident in my deal. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
The sales person Eric was the best, not only did he give me a great deal, he helped me out with getting the car the same day and he set up the appointment to get my car outfitted with a remote starter, long story short this guy is epic and strives to help out the people who walk into this store
