Great place and staff! Have used them a few times. Nice selection of New and used tires. You can save a decent amount of money getting used tires. Still in good condition and they can find tires that have an equal amount of tread loss to give a smoother ride. If you are going for new they have great prices. They also have a nice, large, comfortable, and clean waiting area which is a plus while you wait.

Great Experience when shopping for some used tires, the sales guy on the phone was helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant. I ended up buying new from them and they were very good at communicating and keeping me informed. I ended up getting brakes as they noticed the rear were worn and in bad shape. Shop and waiting room clean and orderly, I would highly recommend.

I believe this is my 3rd time here and at this point I may not go anywhere else as long as I live near by lol! Amazing customer service.... Even while having to wait with a toddler wasnt as bad as it couldve been! Thanks Guys!

I always come here for used tires and they almost always have nice tread on them, they’re also the only place around that mounts used tires not purchased from them onto any rim you have. Always friendly and most of the time super busy so if you have things to do either do them first or postpone it for a while. I’ve never left here in a bad mood and I’ve been coming here for years

I called 16 times to see if they can get a specific rims or something similar. They just give me the runs around say they are going to call you back and when i call back the person i talk to is never thats. So start the process all over again and never get a call back. Applying for the 90 day option did a hard Inquiry on my credit score for something I’m never going to use because of the terrible customer Service.

The team both front of store and back were all sincerely helpful every step of the way. While everyone knows people in general are busy when they are at work, especially near the end of the day wrapping up loose ends, they were not too rushed to take an interest in my related auto issues, ask their internal experts to perform some quick checks to gather info, and explore some options with me. I was honestly surprised in the best way many different times during the whole process. I wasnt a transaction. I was a relationship they wanted to grow for the long term. We have had some bad luck with flat tires lately. The first time we went to First Choice Tire the service was FAST, FRIENDLY and WELL done. We had to back again this week because of another flat, and the staff at First Choice is absolutely top notch. Excellent work, clean nice environment, personable friendly staff and all at very fair pricing! I cant recommend this place enough for all tire needs!!! Its rare to have such a great experience with outstanding customer service coupled with quality of work and pricing but that is what we get at First Choice every time!!

I have bought rims and tires from this company the past. This time I come back to buy rims and tires for my f150. Ready to spend almost $5000 and I can’t even get a call back. Clearly they do not want to make sales. I asked a simple question and made it clear I was ready to buy but they made it difficult. I would have loved to give them the business but this time they were in unknowledgeable and unresponsive. If you just want rims and tires and it is a basic order they will do. If you have any questions or need any help do not bother.

Amazing tire shop tons of options for rims and tires

Id like to preface by saying that First Choice Tire has been my personal first choice for new and used tires for several years. They have always been ATTENTIVE, helpful, professional and pretty quick.That being said, I had a completely annoying experience today. I walked in as the only customer in the shop with a coffee and intention to get a set of new tires. The young lady at the counter was on the phone with what sounded like mostly a personal conversation (though I am not an authority on the spanish language). Several minutes passed by while I waited in front of her at the counter.I thought I would try to give her an opportunity to search my tire size while shes on the phone (still hasnt even made eye contact to acknowledge that I was there. I proceeded to write the tire size I was looking for on a business card of theirs and slid the card to the edge of the counter, purposely for her to notice. Still, my existence was not acknowledged and the card sat at the edge of the counter for another couple of minutes until I walked out.What the hell was that all about...its not like her conversation sounded urgent...where I would be happy to have more patience. The fact that I wasnt even greeted and asked to hold on a few was unforgivable...am I invisible?The only reason why I gave TWO stars is because of all good experiences prior.P.S. I am not a scrubby and shady looking person either😀😂

I’ve been to this location Nashua NH “First Choice Tire” almost every time when I needed use tires. The best for use and new tires! Today I called and a gentleman picked up, told him I needed 19” tires and he told me that he had 4 use tires in stock with about 50-60% thread left, told me it was going to be $60 each for me with free install and balance but with the condition I wanted to see if he could work with the price and make it $50 each for me and he said “yes I can do that for you”. He took down my cell number and name. Had my dad go for me because I was busy working and there was a misunderstanding/miscommunication with the price and that no one said that I could pay $50/each. The lady who works at the front desk still gave my dad great customer service and made sure he left happy.

Only left off 1 star because they diddent have 4 used tires same brand. But I will go back because the receptionist I believe her name was Uana but very sweet. I didnt get my tires there but did have them mount and balance ones I bought and service was impeccable. I will keep going there for all my tires needs. See you soon I hope...

This place was super fast affordable and super nice!! Def recommend them got any tire needs!!!!

I called and made an appointment to have 4 brand new wheels and tires mounted and balanced. I explained to the girl that these were very expensive wheels and tires and asked if they were confident they could do the job. She said yes no problem. Not only did the weights fall off 2 of the wheels, the tech dropped a tool on the lip of one of the wheels and chipped the brand new finish. They told me they would have to scuff the finish of my brand new $4k rims for the weights to stick...No thanks. Then more recently while mounting the wheels on my truck I noticed the tech while mounting the tires to wheels scratched the lip of every wheel in several spots. I texted whoever from first choice again with pictures of the damage asking for my $200 back with no response . Long story short, if you have expensive wheels don’t bring them to First choice tire, they’ll mess them up.

They have the best prices on tires, they installed my tpms sensors, and tires at the same time for no additional cost. All of their employees are very nice and their customer service is on point. I will bring all of my tire and wheel business to them going forward and suggest you do too.

Havent been here in years. They redid the place and it is real nice and welcoming. The girl in the front is very helpful and attentive. Also they were able to accommodate me the next day, as I am very impatient haha. The tire techs were very knowledgeable and made sure everything fit right, as I am replacing my car with different coilovers. Would def recommend whether u want new/used tires or even wheels.

Ive been calling for a long time and nobody answers just the only say, wait on the line and I wait for up to 20 minutes and they dont say anything.yesterday they only sent a txt to know what I needed after a month.First send a lift kit to buy, they want to arrive in 2 weeks, I called back after two weeks, they only want to arrive in 2 weeks, so they stayed for a month I had to cancel the order because I did not have the parts and they were charging me.if i could give them a 0 i would give it 0

I dont know if they switched owners.I have bought 6 sets of tires here in past years.. I allways had great service & prices. But know they just $uck. No one had a record of my appointment or the tires, that they just told me the day before. When I set up appointment. Told me tire tire quote was wrong & its was 90$ more bucks, And they couldnt install them for 3 hours..

Nope. Never again. I have been coming here for years. The last 2 times have been less than ideal. 1st, they sold my daughter a dud of a tire. Ok it happens, they replaced it. 2nd, they quoted me for 4 new tires, made the appt 2 days ahead, show up and the tires are not in yet, it may be another 1.5 hours. Couldnt call to reschedule or at least let me know they were late as a courtesy? After the tires were installed I was charged more than I was quoted. They proceeded to tell me to submit a review for a discount. If I had filled out the review at that moment it would not have been very nice. I paid full price. Poor choice in customer handling. I will not be back.
