This is my favorite Target in Southern New Hampshire. It always looks nice, is clean and is fairly well staffed. The inventory is really good, and they have groceries as well. It is a delight to shop with so many options, and wide bright isles.

Ghanda who was our cashier made the experience so fun and pleasant. She is super friendly and helpful. I like the personal touch when shopping and always avoid self checkout when possible. Please hire more people like Ghanda to cashier she is great!

I love this target! It has everything I need and the staff is so helpful. They have been careful to keep things clean with Covid. They are so kind when bringing out my curbside orders!

Love the two floors, hate that the check out lines are often very sadly too long. And they always only have three cashiers on the top floor if that and only self-checkout on the bottom. So be prepared to wait at times.

Target is very busy with very little parking outside. Inside, its a fine store- a little congested due to the 2 stories, and laid out differently. Mens clothing was very sparse. Line for checkout wrapped around the store and only about half the registers were open. Self checkout does not take coupons even though it does at other Targets, and there is no sign saying this.

Never gave enough staff at registers. They rely too heavily on self checkout. We go here often and this is always an issue. I’d rather give target my money but they need to improve staffing. Staff have been helpful and pleasant overall just understaffed

Love to shop this Target, seems like they always have what I am looking for, and oftentimes feels like I shop more than expected because their seems to be more product at this store. Always enjoy shopping here. Keep up the great work, always a pleasure to come in and shop

Two girls at self check out were sitting on their phones. I had to wait for a couple minutes for one of them to go get my pick up order.

Went today with friends for finishing powder makeup saw a sweet young girl asked her if she could help she said sure no problem she asked if I needed a specific brand or if I was open minded I said I was open to suggestions she showed me Cody and Nyx she suggested the Cody airspun in a color that would compliment my skin it is amazing I normally buy finishing powder at sephora and pay about 20 for about 1/4 of this size I am a believer now in this love it and appreciate u having young girls with a lot of makeup knowledge she made my day

Went for last min shopping for Easter and they had no candy at all but did get some cute things for my girls to paint and wont cause hyperness with a pack of sugar

Good place to get milk cheap as of the date of this review. A bit cluttered in some departments.

Had a pleasant experience until 3 items had to be canceled . They were removed we were charged only for what we received, but //next day charged for what was canceled and we did not receive.. called more than once got the runaround and told we would see the monies refunded... They did not refund. So check you transactions. This is stealing

We were happy with the quality and selection. Pretty good place to stop as well for bargains and deals! Store appeared clean which we also appreciated. We will be back if we’re ever in the area.

I love target but maybe that should update there senior hours online if they are gonna make them longer. Came here before work to get something for Tommorow since I work all day and told I can not go in until 9am but online it says senior hours 7-8am so I do not understand. Update ur hours so people don’t waste time.

You should put up a sign indicating you have a limit on cleaning wipes. There is no sign I looked everywhere to make sure. Of course I was told at the register about the limit. You really should put up a sign so people know. Also, your website indicated you have Lysol wipes in stock in the store. This was not the case tonight. I was very disappointed with my shopping experience. Your employees need better customer service as well.

I accidentally did in store pick up and they were nice enough to bring out to my car so I didn’t have to bring my children inside. I have used Target pick up numerous times at the Nashua and Nashua NW stores and every-time the associates are kind, prompt and super friendly. It’s such a difficult time and I will forever be a Target fan girl!

This is not the closest Target store from where I live, but I’ll drive all the way there because it’s the biggest one. It can be overwhelming at times because the layout is different than the ones I’m used to go to; also because of all the options this location offers, but I sure can find everything I need. This location has 2 floors and a produce section. The last time I visited they were moving stuff around the store and I heard a manager talking about moving sections, so I’m curious to find out how it’ll look like next time I visit. Parking is ok during the week, but very challenging over the weekend, since this store is attached to the mall.

Are the people at the customer service desk EVER pleasant??? Every single time I go there there’s always someone who has attitude for no reason. I come here because of convenience, but when I have time, I don’t bother coming to this one and go to the Amherst St one because they are FAR more nice and helpful. This place, specifically the service desk, is just unnecessary attitude. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra ten minutes.

Returns Customer service counter people need Proper training and information when ever customer come for return they have to understand the customer situation I brought Air bed In your store worth it $159.00 but the bed is not at all comfortable for sleeping not worth it for $159.00So i came for return the bed 3 rd day from my purchase because of store busy in Black Friday so i came after that 3 daysThey said they are not able to take product back There is no damagei have purchase bill and box all accessoriesi ll call to customer care for return policies they said that the product accepted for returns.So my humble suggestion to the store manager to give proper information & training to the people who work in pickups & Returnswithout knowing information don’t waste customer time and effort thank you🙏🏻

There isnt any one willing to help me at this store . I called them several times to ask them a question and the person working at the desk keeps hanging up on me as soon as they pick up the phone .

Don’t get me wrong- I’m a target fanatic. However my experience tonight was not great. The sales associate in the fitting room area was wonderful and she is the only reason why this review is more than one star. BUT- The cashier who I assume was a manager Yelled out that her register was open so we moved to her line. Then she proceeded to Rudely Inform me that she only wanted to take people from another line (which was equally as long as my previously). Then she coughed all over her hands and the items I was purchasing. Obviously I understand you can’t control a cough. But it isn’t hard to couch into your arm or your shirt . Then she LICKS her hand and uses her saliva to open the bags before placing the items in. I’m really disappointed and grossed out. Sorry that this is a rant. And this won’t stop me for coming back- but I’ll be sure to go to self check next time.

I like Target. I think they have decent competitive prices. Recently this store underwent a remodel. This is the second remodel in 10 years for this store. Before this latest remodel, their bathrooms were closed off. For years the bathroom smelled so bad, even after staff would go in and clean. But then they did the remodel and did an open concept bathroom. 2 weeks after the remodel, the smell made its way out by the registers. Now you can smell the bathrooms OVER the smell of Starbucks. What on earth is going on here!?

Great sized target. Love that it is in the mall. Friendly employees. They have self check outs which is always a plus. Nice selection of cards and gift wrap. Almost went and spent a fortune at Hallmark before I realized this target was here.

Usually this store is good until they decided to remodel. And then remodeled again on the busiest time during Christmas season where everybody is trying to buy presents let alone kids presents. Its ridiculous, they seem to do this and everything is in boxes and your trying to weave your cart around pallets. Plus the empty shelves where nothing is stocked.

The cashier was incredibly rude. I saw a friend of mine and has a quick conversation with him, and the cashier rudely tried said exchange numbers while trying to shove a pen and paper at us. Keep in mind there was no one behind me and my bags were already in my cart and I had paid. Also they leave their stocking carts in front of all their shelves making it extremely difficult to get what you need. And its all the time.

Lots of empty shelves. Came in for mens socks only had ankle socks and lots of empty shelves. When I asked where was all the merchandise I was told this is what we have. Aisle after aisle of nothing. Wife and I got fed up and left with only a half completed list. We will go to Walmart or shop Amazon but not go to this target ever again. Which is a shame because their location is great

Everytime I go here i think, i should leave a review and finally am. This store is always out of stock, usually in the baby department. Clothes on the floor, and employees working about as fast as it takes to keep their jobs.

Great deals using Cartwheel, Anniversary coupon is a plus and shows you appreciate your regular customers. Stores are always well stocked. Employees always pleasant.

This is the most convenient location for me to get to, but the most inconvenient Target Ive ever been in. Since they went through their remodel, their selection is limited and the store is always a mess. Check out lanes are usually closed so you have to use self check out even when the store is busy. I had to go back once because I forgot a bag, and I spoke to a team lead/manager who was apathetic and unhelpful. Yeah, sorry. If you forget your stuff we just put it back on the shelves. *shrug* This location is disappointing and unorganized.

It’s so convenient that this mall has a target!

Not up to par with other Target stores. The layout is convoluted and unintuitive. While their anchor space at the Pheasant Lane Mall blocks them from having the layout of a typical Target store, they could have done a much better job adapting. In addition to the poor layout, this location is plagued with constant stocking issues, which makes for a thoroughly unsatisfying shopping experience.

I can easy find items that I am looking for. Employees are friendly and helpful.

I love Target but too many times when using the Cartwheel app, I dont receive the discount on all the items that I selected and purchased.

Never going back to this target again. They kid informed me on the phone they can price match so I drove 40 minutes to get the item I had on hold and they told me they don’t do that so I told them I was calling corporate and letting them know about how these team members aren’t trained properly and TOM big guy bald grey hair pretty much surrounds me with 4 other employees and kept telling me how they’re not price matching it and I told him he wasted my time and money and that my fb was already on the phone corporate and he flipped out got close to me and screamed at me telling me to get out of “his” store and was a foot behind me and kept following me antagonizing me and I turned around saying “stop talking to me I’m leaving!” He still followed until I turned around again and raised my voice loud and said “stop following me”. He’s a joke and puts a bad name for Target and I used to love target

This Nashua Target had a remodel and was nice for about a day. Management here is horrid, the shelves are always bare and it always looks like a tornado hit it... And theres only one register open even when a line forms at both self check out and the manned register. Its ridiculous and its the only Target that Ive ever been disappointed with.

This store is a disaster. Its actually quite sad. We get one night out to Christmas shop for our kids and the shelves were bare. Not restocked. Not kept up with. Aisles were a disaster. Walmart is doing better at picking up the toys r us slack. Shame on you target.

The store was recently remodeled and its nice looking, but for some reason EVERY TIME I go into this Target half of the aisles are blocked with pallets of boxed merchandise, but the shelves are practically empty.Whatever happened to stocking shelves BEFORE opening to customers? Ive worked retail and usually you stock shelves in the evening so shelves are full for the next day.On top of that merchandise just sits in these pallets with no employees making any visible effort to break them down and fill shelves.This isnt just a single days experience either. Its been like this for my last 4 or 5 visits across a couple of months. Its a mess!

This is the worst Target Ive ever been to. The two mall entrances are completely blocked off by glass, forcing customers to walk outside in the freezing 16 F cold to try and find the entrance (which is not easy to get to). The managers were unhelpful and refused to let us into one of the entrances. Completely disorganized and horrible layout. Never shopping here again.

The store is empty. Whats going on? Totally out of Benadryl. Diapers low. Nothing on shelves. One lady said it has been like that for the last year.

I prefer the Target location in Salem, NH better as this one has kind of an odd layout and is less convenient to navigate as it is two floors instead of one. I find this target a little messy at times as well and not as organized.

This store is horrible. I have shopped at Target for many years and have never had an experience like I had at this Target or any store. Because of this I no longer shop at any Target stores.If you want to be treated with any respect by the employees, including the managers, then dont go to this store.If you dont want to be followed by a shady looking loss prevention employee and then grabbed, scratched and assaulted because he thought you took something when you didnt and then you dont even receive an apology from him or the manager, dont go to this store.They paid for it in court, but people need to know before they enter this store that some of the employees are outright hostile and it appears they dont want to change. My only regret is that the loss prevention man wasnt brought up on assault charges. Yes, I was mad, and rightly so.

Great outlet...But its the people working there,a BIG thumbs down!Their body language and demeanor is hostile to non White people...they barely acknowledge your presence at the checkout...After all we are giving business to you so be nice to all!
