I dont know how I feel about the places that have changed in the past years. I feel as though some of the women are a little and educated Not educated at all in beauty hair. I dont think thats an issue but I dont think I should be something that they dont tell you. I mean instead of advising you on things you should do and use these are probably just say they dont know I dont know LOL great

I have never had an issue and the items I need and very helpful. I feel like those that are complaining about having to wait for other customers to be done are petty for giving a bad review. Sorry not sorry🤷🏽‍♀️

As a barber I recommend DO NOT BUY CLIPPERS HERE!!!! Second time i bought defective clippers here. First time they didnt work right out of the box second time the clippers totally stopped working within days of my purchase. They wouldn’t take back the clipper or exchange it or help me in any type or way.

Usually fine. During my last visit, I spent 10 minutes at the front of the store waiting for someone to come check me out. There was only one employee, who was helping another customer. I left without buying anything, it’s cheaper on Amazon anyways.

Wish I could give it 0 stars. The staff was so rude and unprofessional. They made me feel so uncomfortable at the store that I left without buying anything. Which is a shame for them because I spend so much money on hair products. Will never go back. Worst customer service Ive ever experienced.

I can find most things that I need here. The customer service is good. They will tell you what to expect from the product.
