People are friendly and take good care of customer. One of the cashier walk me to the product I needed when I was paying but got the wrong product. They go even beyond.

Good collection. Liked their anti-bacterial sprays.

Very hard time coordinating. There seems to be always a sent missing whether its a candle a phone bath / shower gel.. they do not help wrapping things up for you. Definitely prefer the body shop!

Very pleased with the products and the employees customer service. The store was very clean and organized social distancing all the products were stock ed and I was in and out of there The line was long but it went very fast theyre extremely organized and efficient.

Found three great fragrances. Buy two, get one free. Friendly and helpful employees.

This location was by far one of my favorite. They were really helpful especially this one associate. They were helpful without pushing their product on you. Some Bath and Body works are over the top in a way that they seem like theyre forcing you to buy a product or sign up for their email. I get it. Its their job but sometimes you just want to browse their collection in peace.

During our visit, they were running some very useful sales. We bought several of their products as a result. Definitely worth checking them out!

Bath and body works is revered for taking care of their customers, but the associates at the Nashua location always go above and beyond. They don’t just “help you” they actually help you. They talk to you. I shop here every week. In the 20 years I’ve been shopping here the good experiences are innumerable and bad experiences I can count on one hand.If you value a pleasant experience with associates who care about their products and their customers, Nashua is a must to visit. Say hi to Lexx, Michelle, and all the amazing associates at this location. The district manager here just gets it. Happy customers make repeat customers. Nashua B&BW is a gem.

On two occasions I have put back things I was going to buy and walked away because of staffing issues. The cashiers are roaming the store but are not at checkout! Super annoying because I love their car air fresheners 😢

Loved bath and body works for years. BUT you HAVE TO bring back the full hand sanitizers!! Lord help me. The small ones are the worst! Always getting lost, falling under my car seat, or being easily stolen by people in my work area. A big one never jumped out of my side door and under my seat! A big one never got lost or walked away with a co- worker. Just saying!!
