I had mistakenly thought that the store was closing at 9 PM. It actually was closing at 8 PM. I arrive there about 10 minutes before 8 o’clock and my nephew was working across the street and was getting off at 8 o’clock. However Brendan, kept the store open while my nephew ran over and we chose a bed for him. In 20 minutes we bought two different mattresses, secured no interest payment and confirm delivery. It was a fabulous experience. I would highly recommend the store and Brendan in particular.

I stepped into the store and was promptly offered some help, which I declined at the moment as I just wanted to test out some of the beds. After taking a few of the cheaper beds for a spin I was able to then ask Brenden for some help. I provided my ideal sleep pattern and requested for something in between that and a little firmer for a future partner.I was showed quite a few options and after some careful consideration I opted for something that I was not really looking for but Brenden helped me get a sweet deal that was more than worth it. Also got a bed for my daughter along the way. I highly recommend visiting the Nashua store on Daniel Webster highway and speaking to Brenden. A real down to earth, relatable salesperson, who also lets you breathe while you shop yet readily available when you have any questions.

Klaus Schuler sold us a mattress on 5/31/21. He was great and said we could cancel anytime and a down payment in cash was no problem.Fast forward to today 6/21/21, we have to cancel due to some serious personal issues with our family. Mark Cohen at the same store questioned us multiple times as to why we needed to cancel, kept trying to upsell us and get us to keep it. I finally asked him to just please stop! And yet he kept going.Then he just hands my husband a piece of paper and tells us we are all set. No explanation, no actual refund (like I said we paid cash). Apparently we have to wait for a check now.He was the rudest person Ive ever dealt with and Im horrified that my husband and I were berated by him about our personal life.Not that its any of Marks business at all. I would have been mortified if any of my employees treated a customer this way.

Pleasant experience. We were a little nervous going in, its been so long since we bought a mattress. They made the process super easy. We told them our budget and they gave us a few options within that budget. They ended up marking down a higher costing mattress to fit in our budget, so we are really happy.

We just bought a full size mattress from Mark and it was a really great experience. He was with us every step of the way and though he was selling us the mattress he went out of his way to fit our space, find a comfortable mattress, and keep within our price range. The only hiccup was that they forgot to include a frame in our purchase and it did not come with the delivery, but once again we called Mark and he came through rectifying the mistake with ease and even threw this frame in free of charge. Great experience. I showed up about 30 min before close and I felt bad but I needed a mattress ASAP for my daughter. The rep that helped me was more than happy to do so and he was very personable. Helped get the mattress on my SUV.

The service was good and Im happy with my purchase and the delivery date was quicker than I thought. I went in thinking the sale included a free adjustable base which was a little deceiving because the base they meant did not include the foot of the bed. I did end up paying more than I originally planned.

I went specifically to try out Purple mattresses as I didnt want to buy one online sight-unseen. Klaus was the sales assistant and was very helpful and knowledgeable - you could tell hed done this before. He had all the facts and comparison info between the 4 available models right at his fingertips, as well as a healthy supply of tips and anecdotes, but he also knew when enough talking was enough and left us alone to hop between beds and discuss their relative merits and drawbacks without his leaning over us the whole time. On the other hand, he made sure we had all the up-front info wed need before withdrawing into the background, so we werent constantly going to him for more information. It was about as pleasant of a sales experience as one could imagine.And, in case youre wondering, I went with the Purple Hybrid Premium #3. My back is anxiously awaiting the delivery tomorrow!

I called last night & spoke to Klaus to check in the availability of a mattress. I needed it quick, easy & it was a mattress that I needed for minimum use. Very pleasant experience with mike my salesman he took the time to explain the difference and understand what I wanted and needed. Pointing out things to look out for wasn’t pushy at all didn’t try to upsell was more about what I wanted. He also went the extra mile calling around to see if he could find pillow protectors for me when his computer wouldn’t let him order the ones I wanted and he suggested for the pillows. He was knowledgeable on his product lines and was able to narrow my search to a few mattresses and pillows quickly once he had asked a few questions he was also the lone salesman and had two other customers and was managing all three very well I thought he didn’t ignore any of us.

What a great experience we had trying mattress at mattress firm. Mike had us lay on the 3 basic feelings: Firm, Standard, & Plush. He asked a lot of great questions about how we sleep: positions, pain, how often we wake up etc. Mike slowly went through the inventory that he thought he thought would be best, Giving us time to lay and experience each one. We really enjoyed our time and experience at mattress firm yesterday.

Mark and the other new associate were very helpful and showed us some queen size mattresses and adjustable bases. We wanted to take a while to think about what we had seen and experienced before saying, yes. Mark suggested that we give him a $20.00 deposit to insure that the base would still be available, as the ones on sale sometimes go very quickly. We did so, and went down to our car.My wife and I reviewed what she had seen online for adjustable beds and knowing the prices of those, we decided that we probably could not beat the price that we were given. We were surprised to find that the mattress that we had chosen had inner springs as well as memory foam. Others that we had seen only were memory foam. After a few minutes of discussion, we were happy that we were making the right decision and went back upstairs to the store and finished the transaction, including protective cover for the mattress, two sets of bamboo sheets and two pillows!We are looking forward to getting our new bed and many nights of good sleep!

Just have to chime in and say how helpful Mark is at the Nashua location! I ordered online during the Covid-19 shutdown and had a shipping issue. I called Mark at my local store for help and he got everything squared away quickly, and even followed up with me afterward. Great customer service, will be recommending Mark to friends and family!

Mattress Firm Nashua was a breath of fresh air (even with the covid mask on) after an unpleasant experience at the Jordans Furniture mattress sales room. Mattress Firm organizes the store by brand, firmness, and mattress type, with all of these things clearly demarcated for each mattress, allowing you to shop around without difficulty and easily compare mattress feel and price. At Jordans none of that information is clearly displayed, and you are expected to memorize what a sales rep shows you, including a nonsense statistic called span that Jordans invented but cannot explain clearly. At Jordans it is difficult to compare mattresses, decide which ones you like, and decide whether you can justify the extra money you would spend on a more expensive mattress. The sales representatives at Mattress Firm are friendly and helpful but not pushy, helping you get started but then allowing you to shop around and find something that fits your preferences and budget, and then feel comfortable with your choice. There is a huge variation in prices and feels when mattress shopping, so its not easy, but at Mattress Firm they make it easier. At the door they provide examples of firm, medium and soft mattresses that help you get started by narrowing things down, which helps immensely and was exactly what we needed. The prices are good and it is easy to complete the sale as well.

So I havent received my replacement mattress yet so I really cant comment at all on the quality of the new mattress the first one was Stearns & Foster which is supposed to be top-of-the-line it felt like I was sleeping on a park bench and for that kind of money it shouldnt have felt like that Mattress Firm normally has a restock fee of a percentage of what your mattress was originally so beware of that when you buy a mattress from them my initial report wasnt the nicest it was during the pandemic and I felt the sales representative should have been a lot more comforting to my needs and nice as far as price matching in local stores and not so argumentative however I saw a woman today named Renee on 101 in Amherst and shes an absolute Peach definitely suited to work with the public that is very important when youre selling things not everybody wants to be treated as if theyre at a car dealership she is awesome and probably deserve the Rays since other locations were open past 10 a.m. like they were supposed to be super concerning a multimillion-dollar corporation opens at their own Leisure should probably pull it together I think she is absolutely worth her value with the company and there should be more workers like her very pleasant. She called my original sales men and he definitely make sure I didnt get the restock fee Im sure so I didnt leave a negative review for whatever reason I appreciate that debating with clients however not necessary I hope this message reaches all the way to the top its important especially during a Time where 75% of stores that have not been shut down due to the economy will be in the near future with people shopping online and finding awesome deals with compatible products in order to keep your business going you need to stand apart you have to be better people are expecting that and right now more importantly people need that if not and we can just buy things from other countries at a fraction of the price.

Would have been great if i could have had my new mattress and base delivered. As it is, i was told the bed came in when it hadnt, and wasted 2 hours driving there for nothing. When asked about getting delivery to my home due to the inconvenience I was told it wasnt a possibility.

We had put a deposit down on a King mattress at a competitor, he saved us 1300 dollars by showing and selling us a mattress of the same type and quality as the competition (of whom we re-attained our deposit from).
