The location in the mall closed sometime in the last 2 months. There is another location 5 minutes away that we tired and it says it is open until 7pm but they were closed with a hand written sign. Store closed. Call or text for assistance qnd then a phone number. Are you kidding me right now?!

This place is closed. I Drove to Nashua to speak with a representative and their mall location was shut down. They apparently moved down the street. Went to that location and no one was there. The sign on the door and Google claim they are open until 7pm, but at 530pm, no one was there. Just a hand written sign with a phone number. .. I guess they just gave up on customer service? I almost regret spending thousands of dollars on a bed here.

Our experience researching and then purchasing a Sleep Number bed was very pleasant. The Pheasant Mall staff were knowledgeable and not the least bit pushy. We tried several beds over and over again, left and came back a couple days later to narrow it down again. The purchase itself was pleasant, and again not pushy with upselling. We will have a bed delivered in about 3 weeks and we will have 100 nights to try it out and see if its as good as it felt in the store! Would definitely recommend this store.

We wandered into the Sleep Number Store with the intent of just looking without planning on buying because we live in another state. Edie, at the Pheasant Lane Mall in Nashuda, NH, was an incredible sales person. She was smart, confident, and excellent in all manners. Most importantly, she listened and heard us when we asked questions and made comments. We were happy to buy the mattress that day from Edie. She is the reason we bought it when we did!

I was lied to regarding delivery. Its been over 3 weeks and I just got another message saying that it wont be delivered until sometime in June. This is OUTRAGEOUS! I am so unhappy. The price of the bed also decreased by $300.00 since my order but I never received an automatic credit. They tell you if the price drops in 30 days that I would be reimbursed. Ya, that didnt happen either! I would not recommend this company. Every time I checked my order it would not confirm delivery! They claimed that they were not sure why. Now I KNOW THAT THIS HAS HAPPENED TO MANY CUSTOMERS. THEY LIE!!!!! I STILL HAVENT RECEIVED MY BED, NOR DO I KNOW WHEN IT WILL ARRIVE AND I WOULD NEVER, EVER RECOMMEND SLEEP NUMBER!

I love Sleep Number, been sleeping on one for close to 20 years. Time for a new one. Wonderful experience with the associate who was friendly and knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend to everyone.

Sales person was very knowledgeable took me through the different options on the different styles of beds. I ended up choosing the P6 360 Smart Bed with Flex Fit 2. Very comfortable with the options you need.

So, my wife and I saw an add for sleep number beds in a magazine. It looked awesome and I wanted to know more. I walked by the sleep number store Nashua and met Nick. He answered all my questions and was friendly but not overbearing or pushy. I laid on the beds and he showed me the features, I LOVED the I-10 360 smart bed with the adjustable base, I had to talk to my wife so we came back in and he again answered all of our questions. I felt very comfortable with our purchase and feel like Nick gave us the best deal he could. I haven’t received our bed yet but I’m looking forward to it!!

After going to a couple of other stores and meeting several other sales associates, my wife and I were very hesitant to walk into sleep number because nobody was in there and Dimitri was alone behind the desk. Our first comment to each other as we walked in was that this was going to be a miserable experience. We couldn’t have been more wrong! Dimitri is such a welcoming person and after a minute or two my wife and I felt completely at ease. Not only did he make us feel comfortable but he is also extremely educated. I left there knowing a lot more about the reasons for tossing and turning, pressure points, feat warming, etc. overall I was very impressed with my experience!!!

I purchased my queen sized sleep number bed several weeks ago, am very pleased with it. I would recommend this vendor to others. Other then the store being crowded, Ive found the sales reps to be friendly, and knowledgeable.

Rebecca Barclay is by far, the most wonderful, Educated and welcoming employee I have ever had the pleasure to work with while searching to purchase one of the most important items an individual needs to make their life a much healthier existence.She was not pushy or overwhelming as I shopped but extremely educating and entertaining.Having a history of chronic neck degeneration, Rebecca took the time to listen to my pain challenges and matched me with the proper mattress that will alleviate many pain issues while sleeping. She also explained the importance of choosing the proper mattress rather than just trying to make a sale.I must say, the world needs more Rebeccas in business and Sleep Number is fortunate to have such an amazing employee. I cant wait for my new Sleep Number.
