Been trying to use my financial aid to buy books but apparently the lady at the front desk said that there’s something she has to do in order for me to use my aid and the system isn’t letting her. this should’ve been something that was done 2-3 weeks PRIOR TO SCHOOL STARTING. Now because of this, I am not gonna have my books on time. Not to mention that last time I got my books from the campus store I didn’t even receive one of them. Terrible, horrible service. Get new staff.
