Went in on Saturday 10/9 to get the camera replaced on my cellphone, employee who was helping me did not seem to enthusiastic about the repair and I would say seemed bothered I was in the store. Told me he didn’t have the camera in stock and it would be about a week to get. Fast forward to last Wednesday 10/20 called the store and was wondering on an update person on phone seemed very helpful but told me the person i was dealing with before would call be back shortly, its the 27th now. I’m all set I got my phone repaired elsewhere and will continue going elsewhere for future repairs.A simple update or telling me the part was unavailable would have rectified the situation but I was sitting around waiting for almost 3 weeks waiting.

They were competent and efficient. My replacement Samsung phone battery is working great.

Took my Samsung S6 cell to them to replace the factory battery. The person who is the manager or owner was not sure if they could do it seeing the body of the cell had a bend it in. He said the screen could break opening it. I asked how much a new screen was and was still cheaper then a new cell. I came back alittle sooner then he said and he just opened the Phone. I waited and wow glad i did, he took most of the bend out the new battery was in and nothing broke. Get work done by these guys!! Phone runs like new much faster on apps opening and phone keeps a charge. Use them u will be happy.

Id give a 0 if I could. Told me my sons ipad screen was fixable over the phone, once in store told me it was unfixable and they didnt want the liability. I took it to NH iPhone repair in bedford. 1 hr later good as new. I would not recommend the staff or workmanship here.

Friendly service and fast. They did a great job replacing my cell screen in a timely manner and they were really attentive. They actually contacted me to let me know the store closing time then I could go earlier have my cell phone ready today (Sunday). Ill recommend this store to my family and friends.

They asked me to install my own battery in car. No big deal, but I thought they would do it. Battery price was a little better than I found in other places but we will see if quality of battery is comparable. In light of COVID Im not sure using their tools was the wisest decision on my part. Who knows who used them before me and it is unlikely they are cleaned regularly, if at all. In short, they should have done the install as is their job.

On my iPhone screen, you folks use cheap thinner low quality 3rd party replacement screens. The Touch ID/Home Button protrudes. Don’t waste you time or money here. Get an Apple screen from a certified dealer even though it costs more.
