Staff were not welcoming or helpful. They treated me like I was bothering them after I waited to be checked out as they just talked amongst themselves. Bad customer service.

Very helpful got it right had lost my keys under the hood somehow they even came out tried to help me find them you just to say I was there for about two and a half hours looking through my entire car and every inch of the engine and under the hood and Ill be darned if I dont call my friend who always finds everything theres a little Saint Anthonys prayer he found the keys in 5 minutes should have called him 3 hours before LOL AutoZone great place to be very friendly and very helpful

Phenomenal!! It was 6:15 on a Sunday, raining out and my belt shredded on my truck up the road a bit. I walked up and knocked on the window while Tommy was doing his closing procedures, thankfully, seeing that I was in distress he let me in to purchase a belt after hours. Not only completed the transaction with out trying to rush out to go home he then engaged in a friendly and personable conversation with me. Now thats Fing customer service. Have been trying to get money back for a core since the summer and they could never figure out the issue with the transaction and kept asking me to come back when they were not as busy. Went in yesterday (4th time) met with Steve. I asked if he would take a $10 coupon off the item I was buying with the store credit and he said of course for all the trouble be happy to do that. After he rang me up it was $10 higher which I pointed out. He took a very long time and then the register showed the original amount. He said, you are good to swipe. I then said it showed the original price and he responded yeah it wont be. I asked him how much it would be and he told me the same $10 higher price. I again told him that was incorrect and he seemed to get very irritated and went to another register. Took a while again then told me to go to the new register that had the correct price. Wont be going back there. If you do I suggest making sure you keep your original receipts and check the price on the register screen.Update: Was given the wrong part by Steve. Went back the next day he was completely rude and unprofessional. Ended up going to a different AZ to get the return done and correct item. Stay away from this location!

I went there a couple days ago because I need my windshield wiper replacement. Rich and Katie were at the store. They have the best customer service. Very friendly and helpful. Rich was helping another lady replaced her windshield wipers when I went into the store. I asked him to help me as well after he finished helping another customer. AutoZone is lucky to have such employees with great service mind. Keep it up Rich and Katie.

This is a good brand for DIYs. Upon entry theres usually someone asking immediately to help you find things. Secondly, I understand they will help you read engine error codes and describe likely causes. Lastly they will loan tools to you, if you put down a returnable deposit.

None of the employees were wearing their masks. The old man working there should have been setting a better example for the lad.

4.5 to be perfectly honest. The customer service was impeccable. Ill be going back and Ill ask gentleman that assisted me if its ok to reference his name here. Helpful, professional and dedicated. I just want to make it clear that I went on Tuesday night at like 7:45 pm (they close at 8pm) and they were courteous, patient and professional. Went to have my check engine light checked out, plus purchased wiper blades cause I needed them. It was a pleasant shopping experience.....

Staff was really helpful at resolving issue with wipers for a 2018 Subaru impresa. Subarus notoriously have issues with wiper blades not fitting correctly. They help me resolve it much appreciated

Its a nice store with a good location and stock, but beware their return policies. I bought a Duralast motorcycle battery that completely failed after 88 days in use. Never run down, never abused, just failed.When I went back to the store a few days later to get a replacement, I found that their warranty on batteries is only 90 days (why?), and I had missed it by a day or two. Not only that, their system is set up to delete all records of your purchase after the warranty expires.So all youll hear from the manager after their very short warranty period is up is Theres nothing I can do.Thanks Autozone. This is why I buy everything from Amazon now. Theyve never given me any grief over a legitimate return situation.

Ive had a mostly positive experience here. Only exception being a long wait at checkout because the sole employee was stocking shelves and not paying attention. Prices and selection are good, employees are knowledgeable.

Rick was not only helpful to me with my various reasons for initially going in, he was also very patient and courteous while I asked many questions & then some more because of my lack for knowledge of anything that involves my obnoxiously aggravating 2006 Lexus Rx400h. He took his time to help me thoroughly so I knew what I needed and what options I had including suggestions on where I might get a part which was redonkulously out of my price range. AutoZone is conveniently Located right off Amherst Street in a busy area near malls this auto parts store has excellent helpful and knowledgeable staff that will assist you in what oils, fluids, car cleaners polishes and waxes, car batteries, fuses, bulbs etc. AutoZone carries a wide selection of parts for keeping your car going! In essence AutoZone is the pharmacy for your vehicles! This location is extremely clean and shopper friendly this location has ample parking and is wheelchair accessible!

Decent place to get car parts locally. But watch out for the tools. They are often of inferior quality. Ive broken a few torx bit drivers and an impact driver from here. Staff was helpful and didnt give me any problems with the return but Id stay away from buying tools here.

This is my first time stopping in at this particular location, but it was convenient for where I was heading. Its a bit confusing going into the parking lot the first time since its a divided highway. Its a pretty nice place to stop for odds and ends if Im in Nashua. I ran into an old friend from high school too, so all in all Id say it was a good trip

Came in to get prices on battery that was dying only to have the battery die in their parking lot. Customer service rep Dan went ABOVE and beyond two fold in getting my new battery installed in the coldest night of the year. My battery connectors were corroded to the point had to put new ones in and Dan spent at least 30 minutes out in the cold to get me safely out if there. Afterword i offered him a tip that he graciously declined. Salt of the earth guy if there ever was one. Told his boss he should be proud but also wanted to put this on goigle for others to see.Great stuff

Stopped in on Sunday afternoon to pick up an item. Only one worker appeared to be in the store. She was on the phone with a customer. Went up to the counter where she was standing. She did not even look up and make eye contact. A few more people got in line behind me, and she still did not even acknowledge our presence. After a few minutes I threw the item on the counter and walked out. Went down the street to Pep Boys. The item was $1 more, but I got excellent service, so it was worth it. No more AutoZone for me.

Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. I had a pin fall off my fender and they were able to not only find me a replacement, but loan me the screwdriver to install it in their parking lot!
