Every time I have been here looking I have an amazing experience. Everyone I have worked with has been so friendly and really gone out of their way to help me. We always feel so welcomed here as well. I would highly recommend, they’re phenomenal!
I was buying a Mitsubishi by personal sale and wanted to know how much the 60,000 mile service would cost. After transferring me around and hanging up on me a couple of times they gave me a price that I knew was too low. It turns out they quoted me on on some other service interval. After going back and forth with them it turns out they don’t know what the service entails for a 60,000 mile service of this car. They wanted to charge me for a lesser service and then transfer me to parts so I could tell parts what I needed for parts for them. They had no clue. Won’t be going to them for service.
Attentive sales staff. So far so good.UPDATE: We bought a car with them and the process was easy and pretty speedy. We were trying to stay away because we HATE driving to Nashua (all back roads) but the deal was easy and made us feel good.
Great staff, everyone I talked to was very nice and helpful!
I received several emails from Nashua Mitsubishi stating that I would get a $35 gift card if I come to Nashua Mitsubishi for a test drive of their new Outlander or Eclipse cross.Today I stopped by in Nashua Mitsubishi. I had a test drive with Eclipse Cross and I showed the print out of the reward code. No $35 gift was given to me.The manager said that Nashua Mitsubishi does not participate in this program anymore. It is pathetic and shameful to bring customers with such lies !! I would never consider to buy anything from here anymore and tell my friends about this scam incident !You should not have sent me this Thank you gift email repeatedly to attract me to go there and make me waste my time, when it is a lie !!
No no and no....was treated with lack of dignity/respect there. Here the customer is not always right. I assume they work on commission. Only come here if you absolutely plan on buying...not if you are uncertain. The manager i worked with breifly must have had an awful day and then took it out on me. I was uncertain about Mustubishi at first but after rhis experience, will not purchase any car made by them. Oh well not everything in life can be a positive experience. 🙂
Very good place. People are excellent. And always service is very efficient
I found everyone that I had contact with to be professional and courteous. Very positive experience! A++++
Multiple employees were unmasked inside the dealership sales area. Multiple customers sitting in service waiting area were not wearing masks. Service was friendly, timely, and thorough, but I’ll be bringing future business to a dealership that abides by public health regulations.
The worth experience ever! First it took them 3 month and my constant follow-up/reminders to fix rust on my car. Then after a little over a year rust came back. I called/emailed them asking to address the issue- they r now on the second month of sending me to manufacturer and rejecting to do anything for me. The staff is unprofessional and just shady. I left countless messages to the manager- but he never calls me back. The r obviously doing a really bad job with repairs and do not want to take any responsibility for their mistakes.
I had my car serviced at this place.I was so impressed over Darlene Duncan. She went way beyond to help me with my issues. She made extra calls to help me with issue I had about a certain protection plan I had previously bought at another dealership. She called to help me get an issue with another service Departments (in a different town ) resolved. She even came out from her lunch break after I still had some concerns about my tires. The mechanics was so nice also and took a ride with me to ensure I felt safe and explained my car.I couldn’t ask for a better place to bring my car. This is the place to go if you want quality service.Darlene is awesome and so are the mechanics.
They are affiliated with the motorcycle shop next door and are on the state list for registrations. Imagine my surprise when i went to do my registration and they didnt accept it because they had made up a bunch of their own requirements in addition to the State of NH requirements. They were rude and not helpful.
Darlene is the best! She always goes the extra mile and gets me in when I need to. She’s always up front about costs and if there is a manufacturer or dealership deal going on she makes sure to apply it.
Awesome!! Very satisfied with your service! From the moment I get in, till the moment I leave, your service and service agents are kind and very helpful!! Thank you!!!
The service was as expected, but very expensive. They charged $50 more for a tire than I could have gotten at a local shop. The mounting charges were only $5 more than the local shop. But I guess thats the price you pay utilizing Mitsubishis roadside assistance. Huge, multi line dealership.
I highly recommend Nashua Mitsubishi. The young lady checking me in was very friendly and professional. My wait time was less than a minute and my vehicle was taken in for service immediately. My vehicle was returned to me quickly, the service was complete and done well. Overall Nashua Mitsubishi is excellent, wonderful dealership service.
Everyone there was very helpful
Took time to bring me out to show me what problem was and allowed me to take pics. Explained in detail what needed to be done. Genuinely cared about my safety. Informed me of how long it would take to fix Issue and updated me throughout the process. Let me borrow a phone charger when my battery was dead so I could make some phone calls to say I would be late. Was happy to have everything fixed while I was there so I wouldn’t have to make a second trip back.
I will keep coming back for all my services. I am very comfortable and confident in the Hyundai and Mitsubishi service center.
The best!!
Not trustworthy. This service department was unhelpful and tried to pass off bad work. They will NEVER see my car or do business with me again.
Rude, no shuttle offered. On the side of the road in sub freezing weather. Dealership 125 miles away took care of me.
THESE PEOPLE WROTE THE BOOK ON CUSTOMER SERVICE !
I drove all the way there which took like an hour cause its the only one around. When i got in there was no one inside. I waited. And waited. Then just left. I called a few days later because i still need the part and the guy on the phone was really rude. And it was just not cool. I dont advise going to these guys for anything I’d rather drive an extra hour then give them my business.
Great people. Good service. Could of been better. But nonetheless, somewhere I would gladly do business with again.
Really friendly staff, helped me get the best deal and helped me with my auto loan. They helped me decide on what car would suit my requirement and budget. I bought a Mitsubishi Outlander and I feel it is the best car to go with, enough room, better handling and comes with good tech features. I am really happy with the service provided by Nashua Mitsubishi.
Bad business....they lied to get commission, got a gt couple years ago, lease ended .tried to get same deal as i got last time. they went $50 higher a month. they tried to con me. sales person Curtis even got manager Joe in the game to lie to me and my family. went to Keene NH got a better deal . was very happy. they warn us about other dealers trying to BS. guys in keen NH, were very professional, straight forward. very happy customer
Love my Outlander! Got it new a few months ago and got no complaints and got a wicked good deal on it. I highly recommend this dealer
Don’t waste your time they lure you there saying that they have a forgiveness program for people with bad credit. I spent 6 hours there thinking I was going to get the vehicle. Nope...even the FI guy was a jerk....next time I’ll know better shame on me to believe BS being the Auto business myself
People were nice and the service was quick
Absolutely irresponsible.I drove FOUR hours to have a key made. I bought it online, and even though it was genuine Mitsubishi, they gave me a hard time because I didnt buy it from them. So, they work on my car and claim (after 2 hours) that their key-making tech was not in so i had to return again. So, I made another appointment with the manager, and this time called to verify prior to going only to discover that their tech was still not in. So, I would have wasted another 4 hours of driving. Also, I called asking about part numbers and prices for a repair that I plan to do myself and their repair department kept challenging my call by asking, So if youre not buying anything right now, why are you wasting my time?NEVER EVER go to these guys. Only in it for the money, not to support Mitsubishi quality.
Awesome staff!! Very friendly and knowledgeable and thats why my family drives only Mitsubishi vehicles from this dealership. Me and my wife both have Outlanders while our oldest son drives a Mirage G4.
Worst experience ever, extremely rude service manager Roger Bernier. Ive been extremely impressed with other Mitsubishi dealerships however this one is the worst and terribly run. They admitted my vehicle that has under 15k on it had a problem but refused to warranty it due to a bogus claim. They act like the money comes straight from their personal pocket. I would strongly advise going to another another dealership for service and sales. try Concord or Stratham let this place go under from their own doing.
If you like your life, stay away from the service department at Mitsubishi of Nashua. These people are scammers and the reason mechanics get a bad rep.I went in for an oil change and inspection and was told my brake system had a recall so I agreed to let them do that as well. Seemed simple enough, so off I went leaving my poor innocent car behind.A couple hours in I got a call that the brake calipers needed to be replaced as part of the recall and was told that my rear brakes, on a 2 year old car were too worn to pass inspection. I would not agree to let them replace my brakes and told them I had a mechanic I wanted to bring it to. I told them just to replace the calipers for now and I would have my car looked at within the next week. Suddenly my car magically passed inspection, odd right.I brought my car in the next day to my mechanic and was shown how my brakes, though worn from the recall issue, still were passable for at least another 6 months to a year, but the really scary part was that the brake calipers were never tightened down! Not even hand tightened, more just that the bolts were lightly spun back on. Had I not addressed this the next day this could have been disastrous . They also over filled my master cylinder, although this is just an inconvenience, I would think Mitsubishi mechanics would know how to fill a Mitsubishi Outlander. On an annoying note, they also never removed old window stickers and just put my inspection sticker on top of an old dump sticker, now I cant remove that. My old inspection sticker is still there as well. My state inspection sticker is sitting rather high on my windshield causing a sight line issue.Run from these frauds.
Fast efficient service
Bought a racer 50 scooter from these guys nothing but problems . Got it home and it wouldnt start . Finally got it running front brake caliper was sticking . Then the blinkers stoped working on the bike . Part that irritated me most that they had scooter advertised for 1449 get there sales men jason says no its 1499 plus 50 document fee plus another 50 for a plate. Wish i never bought this bike from them hope other people stay very far away . No way in hell they check these bikes before they sell them plus on top all stuff wrong with it bike had scratches front headlight and the th plastics . Bike is still not running right at all say on there website tune bikes before they come thats a lie .
Very expensive service.
Where are the sports cars? GONE! They only have generic lame mom mobiles now. Sad but true. See ya Mitsubishi!
Good place for number of cars
I CRINGE when I go here. First, a month prior to my vacation, my new vehicles trunk latch gave way. I went to visit the dealership, it is under warranty. The gentleman informed me that it will take about two weeks before the part will arrive and I will receive a call once the part came in.I heard nothing for three weeks. So I had my husband call to the dealership and they treated him as he had three heads and spoke an unknown language over the phone; least to say, they claimed they did not have the part and knew nothing of it.While I was on vacation, I receive an OOPS call, sorry we placed the part in the wrong bin; the part was at the dealership all along. Not happy!Last, I hate their parking lot. Dont even get me started.
Very good service
Liars with false promises, waste of my time.
Nice service
Many beautiful cars, I did not find the car that keria, but good prices ..
Very expensive
