Brought my new 2021 Honda back for her 1st oil change and tire rotation, I was told they would vacuum my car, they did not. I was told they would wash the outside, they did not. This is my 3rd Honda from Peters, who I highly recommend, but apparently their excellence does not reach the service dept. Very disappointing.

Were not helpful always trying to upsell I came in for a part I know my lights and Horn didnt work I needed a low beam harness they wanted to try to tell me just take it into the shop and they can tell you what part you need even though I already knew what I needed but he didnt want to go into the computer and put the VIN number in to find out what the recall was on the truck he kept saying theres no recall and I said yeah not right now but there was five years ago and thats the part that I need it went out again instead he wanted me to go pay $180 to get it analyzed through them know thank you be careful

Recently purchased a vehicle from Peters and the whole experience went well. Felt no pressure and everyone was friendly. No problems with my car either. Unfortunately I was overcharged by the dealer $500. I was told I would receive my money back shortly and if not to call back.2 weeks later I call back and I’m told it was processed late. Give it another week now I’m told they gave my money to another customer with the same last name andI will receive my money that they owe me once they get their money back from the other customer. A little disappointed not gonna lie.

Great prices on Nissan services and parts
Tried to buy a car from Peters of Nashua. Called in the morning to confirm the availability of the vehicle. Notified them when I was on my way down from Manchester to look at the vehicle. Got there and waited 25 minutes while they tried to find the vehicle. Never found it. I would not trust what they tell you. I certainly would not recommend a dealership that states they vehicle would be ready for you and then they can not find it?

Would not even give me a price drop so I brought my business to Hyundia where they dropped the price and I have a great vehicle now.
Mustve caught these folks on a day when they werent interested in buying and selling cars.Barely listened to me, showed me two vehicles that didnt have the AWD I wanted. Tried to talk me into buying a loaner and then offered me 10% of what I will be selling my used car to CarMax for.Yikes! Unimpressive to say the least. Id say better luck next time, but there wont be one for me. Glad I didnt drive out of my way to be disappointed like some folks seem to have.

Uses ringer cars to get people in.Called. Talked about specific car. Set up appointment to test drive it. Was texted by them to come on down and drive it. Drove 40 minutes and was told the car was sold an hour ago. Which was right around when we were texted to come down.

I bought my used Chevy trailblazer from Peters as one of their wholesale vehicles and I had a great experience. My salesman, Jim Jackson was by far the best salesman I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. This man took the time to go over 3 separate vehicles with me and make sure that I was happy with the one I chose. He also recommended someone outside of Peters for the maintenance on the vehicle to save me money as it was an older used vehicle and I was tight on money at the time. I called on Friday to see if I can bring some cars by on Sunday to get a trade in value. Guy I spoke with told me to come on down and well be taken care of.My wife went over there today(Saturday) to test drive some SUVs as were going to come Sunday and trade some cars in. The sales associate she got didnt seem to interested in helping her. When she asked them to test drive Santa Fe you have listed on your site, he said it wasnt ready. When she asked if she can test drive the Tucson you also have listed on your site he didnt seem to care, and wanted to push something she didnt want. She then left because that sales associate didnt care for what she wanted to look at. Ill be taking my business elsewhere from now on as this is not the first time this has happened. Not impressed.

Great experience from start to finish!
Although you the salesman was helpful and pleasant, I would say that the experience at Peters was poor and that the likeliness of me ever purchasing a vehicle from Peters is extremely low for the following reasons.A Peter’s technician flippantly determined that the vehicle I intended to trade in needed a new engine in less than 5 minutes time. Following the world’s fastest fatal diagnosis of a vehicle, the front desk manager returned the vehicle back from service, driving it as if it were stolen. To add insult to injury, the manager was very crude, saying that the “thing” needs an engine and that the “thing” was worth $1,000.00 and that’s the moon on the “thing”.Keep in mind that this is a Honda Pilot Touring model that our family has loved and taken great care of and that we were looking to trade it to purchase a 2019 CR-V EX L.I explained that the previous mechanic stated that the vehicle needed only a valve adjustment and asked how it was determined in such a short amount of time that the vehicle now needed an engine replacement. He arrogantly replied, “ I’ve been doing this for 20 years.I have spent the nearly $1,000 necessary to do the valve adjustment on our vehicle and the vehicle is running as it should. So, I will gladly continue to drive our current vehicle but cannot purchase a vehicle from Peters given my experience.
I went for service and was taken on time and the estimate was right on for how long it would take. I had received some coupons in the mail so the price was great. My first time there and so far I like what I see.

I purchased a new company car today. The staff members were effeciant and friendly. I did not give them a lot of notice that I would be picking the vehicle up today. Yet they were still able to detail the car and have me in an out in less than an hour! Great teamwork!
I bought my car a year ago and have used service twice for maintenance. Every time I have been there, it’s been such an easy, positive experience. Employees are helpful and friendly. They have definitely made typical headache chores very pleasant.
Very good place to buy a car from.
Ive used the Honda store here a few times. Staff is pretty good and the sales people arent too pushy. After a bit of haggling you can usually get a good price. Just do some research online first so you know where you want to get it. I would avoid it for anything other than warranty work though as their mechanic prices are extremely expensive.

This review is limited to service on Honda recalls.Peters Honda has always performed exceptional well on taking care of my recalls. Service appointments are quick and timelines are regularly met. Service techs are open to answer questions even on subjects not related to recalls. The place is clean and waiting area first class.
Perhaps miscommunication happened, perhaps I got a newbie, perhaps the people genuinely were ill-informed. But it took 6 hours to get a car, where at least 1 of those hours was spent informing them how the bank they closely associate with and share servers with works. I had to explain to them NH state law on insurance and show them that its not required immediately or at all when you buy a vehicle outright. Plus the bank they claim to work with has an alternative for insurance thats been around at least 4 years that I had to provide proof of for them to believe me. I had to explain that theres no limits besides an age of 12 years for outside loans, and that certain manufacturers are exceptions such as Hondas and similar reliable foreign cars. They thought there was a limit of 100k miles, 10 years of age, and that I needed to sit down and get insurance before I could leave the building with the car. Perhaps for their loan department all thats true, but not the bank they claim to work withs.Overall, I think Id rather have someone try to oversell me than someone who isnt knowledgable in their own profession. Perhaps he and his active manager were new, perhaps Im genuinely the first one to tell them how loans outside their department and with the bank they claim work. Perhaps the whole thing was an act to try screwing over a young adult.Regardless, couldve been far better, but as I got what car I wanted in the end, and got a fair price for it, and the fact Ive experienced worse before from them and this is an improvement. So 3 stars from me.
On September 7, 2017 I visited the Peters Nissan Service department to have my 2011 Frontier pick up truck examined for a check engine light issue. The friendly and knowledgeable service advisor Jeff Levesque took the time to listen to my concerns regarding my truck. Jeff later explained what his team found wrong with my truck after they completed a meticulous multi point inspection of my vehicle. Jeff reviewed with me in careful detail what needed to be repaired on my truck. There was absolutely NO hard sell pressure tactics used to get me to have the work done. On the contrary, Jeff was extremely pleasant and professional in his dealing with me. Kudos to Jeff Levesque for executing excellence in customer care. I will not hesitate to continue doing business with Peters Nissan service department.
Let me just start off with the fact that this place is the best place to work at as a technician. I worked there for about a year and a half the staff is always welcoming weather you are at Nissan or Honda. I worked in the Honda garage and can say that Peggy and rick have the whole place under great control and the service advisors as well as the service manager and parts guys are all fantastic as well I no longer work here but miss it everyday such a great group of people to work with. If I drove Honda’s I would bring my vehicles here all the time and for sure would buy every Honda or Nissan from Peters. You guys are an exceptional dealership and like I said I miss it everyday

Just bought my second car from Peters and will never buy anywhere else. The sales staff (Thank you Ali and Chris) are exceptional and have my best interests at the forefront. Peters has the best service staff and I have been nowhere else with my vehicles for the past 8 years. The staff (at both levels) treat you like a friend: they are honest, knowledgeable and never have I felt pressured. In this day and age it is comforting to find a Company that has integrity and honesty and because of that I will not shop or service anything Auto anywhere else!

Our most recent salesman, Larry Stevens, has been great. He helped us find the right CRV for us, and then helped our granddaughter choose her first (financed) car. I would definitely recommend this store above others in the areaThey beat prices of all the other Honda dealers (especially Auto Fair).

When we booked a service we were told 20-30 minutes for the state inspection. Well its now been 1 hour and Im late back to work. Keep your promises Peters.The sales process was great, though - no silly bartering games.
The sales person at Nissan Nashua, Chris, was great. Found cars at my price range and I got a great deal. Chris was an attentive host. Also, Geoff was great in finding the best financing options. I saw the car on a Friday night at 7:40PM and it was ready for me to drive out the next day. I would buy my next car there.
Jim was a great salesman, there to answer questions but not hovering. I knew that one of two cars I wanted and if he had been more aggressive I probably wouldnt have gone back. He and the business manager and finance new which car I really wanted when I came back on the second day and they had already started to work on how I could afford it. I was very pleased with the whole experience

Had a Honda for 10 years now and besides never having a problem with it, the only place I’ve been with it all this time for oil changes and maintenance was Peter’s. One time though I wasn’t satisfied with something but they were very willing and prompt at resolving the issue. I like that place! I recommend it!

Not so impressed. We went here to trade in our vehicle for another they had. They advertise like crazy that they want used cars and will give you more than anyone else. Well that was not the case. They looked at my car quickly, never even test drive it and offered us $4k less than everyone else. Im sorry but that was insulting. Anyway we chose to go elsewhere and got a better deal. The salesman however was wonderful.

Worst experience ever!!! I have bought cars from Peters but I will never buy from them!!! I went in to buy me a car for the 3rd time from Peters. Maybe they thought cause I’m black woman that I can’t afford nothing. They do not care about you the customer all that matters is their perception of you. (1)Joe Orlando after telling him my first name 3 times he still mispronounced my name. (2) while waiting talk to another sales person as I am talking to him he is playing candy crush on his phone! (3)also while I waited for an hour and a half the car that I want to test drive has no gas! (3) when it comes to talking terms of buying all they want you to do is lease a vehicle which I told joe before that I do not want to lease. (4) Finally when I talked to a manager he tells me that I can’t buy something but they didn’t even run a credit check!!!! Ps. I was approved by my bank to purchase that car or even a new one if wanted to! People want good service when purchasing a car. That is the complete opposite of what you will get! Do Not Buy From Peters!!
I have been going to this location since my husband and I moved to Nashua two years ago. Ever since then I have had the PLEASURE of dealing with Tara Campbell. She is extremely responsive and has provided me with the best customer service I have ever received from a car serving center. To top that, we started bringing my husbands car to her (not Nissan) because of how exceptional working with Tara is. Not only that, the service that Nissan provides is top notch. Absolutely recommend Tara to anyone and everyone!

Unfortunately my visit at Peters Honda of Nashua was not pleasant. Discussed pricing prior to my visit, was not able to answer my questions. Physically visited; no greetings or introductions; on a Thursday afternoon with no customers in sight with appointment in advance.After a short delay I was able to work with a salesmen with my file in hand; no introduction straight to the point. Did not present the car nor ask to test drive. Seller was prompt to say the pricing is what it is and refused to go any lower.Would not recommend; a sales starts with first impressions and greetings not a cold shoulder and closed mind.

Peters Honda service tried to rip off my wife, I sent her in for a oil change and tire rotation and tire mechanic told her rear brakes were metal on metal and she shouldnt drive it and she would fishtail and other scare tactics I replaced the rotors and pads myself a year before.

Absolutely terrible customer service experience. The sales manager named Tom, (which I only know his name because I had to ask the sales person) was incredibly rude. I have never had such a poor customer service experience in my life. Condescending and rude. I would not recommend visiting this dealership.

I have been a customer of Peters Nissan for many years, specifically their Service Department, and have been quite satisfied with the customer service I have received there. My most recent experience, however, has been exemplary. I went in for a routine oil change, and my car had been making a noise that got worse by the day of the oil change. It turned out to be an issue with my transmission, which would have cost me upwards of $2,000 to fix, which I absolutely could not afford, due to financial difficulties. Ryan Reynolds went out of his way to find a more cost-effective solution for me and helped me out tremendously. Throughout the entire experience, Ryan kept in contact with me with updates and checked in with me again after the repair had been completed, to make sure my car was running well. This is not the first time a Service Advisor at Peters has gone above and beyond for me during my years as a customer, and it is because of this kind of stellar customer service that Peters will have my continued business.
