So pleased to have had the opportunity to deal with these folks. I am in NC and my daughter is there. She needed a new vehicle and her last buying experience wasn’t favorable. Tim McLean took amazing care of her and helped her get into her “dream car”. I spoke with Tim on the phone and he was great but she said everyone there was more than accommodating! While she is a young adult and not a child, she is MY child and I appreciate the care and treatment she received from everyone at the dealership!

We stopped by to look at a 2018 Jeep at the Honda dealership before they opened on a Sunday. While walking around the lot we ran into Jim 30 minutes before the dealership was scheduled to open just as we were looking at a new Pathfinder. After discussing with Jim we realized how much better of a value the brand new Pathfinder was compared to the used Jeep and decided to lease the Pathfinder. It was a smooth experience and we never felt pressured into buying anything we did not want. Really happy with our experience and our Pathfinder.

My CarPlay acutely stopped working. Tara Lemire was amazing!!! She went above and beyond to find out who I had my extended warranty from prior to having me pay out of pocket. Luckily everything was covered because I needed an entire new radio in the end. She got me into a loaner car and had my car fixed ASAP. Couldnt be happier. She even said that she would try to get me into a bigger loaner car if I needed it since they only had a sedan. She was so nice and accommodating.

Tremendous service all the way through the process. Car was priced right and was in great shape. Best customer experience I have had while purchasing a vehicle. I worked with both Raf (product specialist) and Mike (business manager) who were knowledgable and provided a great customer experience. They both made me feel as though I was the only customer in the building, as Raf was working with 3 other customers giving all undivided attention. Very poor customer serviceWhen I call to inquire about a car the person on the phone told me to see Anne the manager. When I got there I was greeted by a sales person who is baffled that they gave me her name and had me wait a half hour till they could figure out how they could serve me He ended up showing me one car and while we were walking back to the show room, he stopped to help another customer and had me wait another 15 minutes. I was getting ready to leave and then he called my name and wanted to help me further. I ended up finding another car that I was interested in and took it for a test drive. The car drove well and when I was done I sat down to discuss an offer. The salesman proceeded to tell me how used cars are in high demand and therefore I should pay a premium for this car. I told him that it is not the customers fault that your manufacture cannot deliver new cars to you and therefore I don’t agree with paying a premium or over paying for a car. I gave him an offer and he took it to the sales manager and then came back and proceeded to tell me that because they over paid for the trade-in that I was going to buy, They cannot lower the price for me and believe that I should have to pay a premium for that car.Bottom line is don’t do business with this company, they are looking to just take advantage of customers.

We called ahead about a car priced well below market value, they said it was still available. An hour later when we got there, we were told they cant find the car. My response was, a car is too big to misplace. 4 days later they hadnt found it yet. By the 6th day and a complaint to Nissan Corporate office, they found the car . My gut is telling me to move on. We Dont want to do business with these people.

We originally went in to see Alex of Peter’s Honda but after looking at both the Sentra and the Civic we felt that the Sentra had more safety features and my daughter liked the vehicle a little better. Alex has always exceeded my expectations as a salesperson since we first met her almost three years ago. Mike from finance (Nissan) was excellent to deal with as well, wasn’t pushy, was very informative and like every experience we’ve had with Peter’s, it was excellent overall. I made my first purchase at Peter’s Honda about 2013. What really amazes me about Peter’s is that almost everyone I’ve dealt with from sales to finance is still with the company, although my original salesman, Paul, moved to the service department. Alex told me that Peter’s Nissan has the same track record, and we are looking forward to getting to know the Nissan side as well.

We went in to purchase a used car thinking we couldnt get a new one because our credit dropped after buying our house. The sales staff was awesome. They were so nice and loved our Dog Bear! We walked out with a brand new Nissan Altima (the car we really wanted) and were very impressed with everyone there. I also went back a week later to get my inspection sticker and the service team was also awesome! they had me in and out in about 15 minutes plus washed and vacuumed my car! I would highly recommend buying a car and/or getting service with them. It was the best car buying experience my husband and I have ever had.

She lstened to what we wanted and came through.Gabrielle used her tablet device very well to show us all the features, we had water and coffee and the cubicle was pleasant. Recently I was in an accident and my 2011 rogue was totaled. I was in a rough place with all the costs related to this and these guys helped me out a ton! They were able to get me into a new rogue while I was waiting for my insurance to handle everything with my totaled car. I was able to return my rental car 2 days early and save some money. I went to Peters for 2 recalls on my 2019 Sentra. I recently purchased it and wanted everything in good shape. Jeff took my info as soon as I walked in the door. He suggested that they would check the car to see if there were any problems with it. Also, my inspection sticker was 2 months different from my registration, so I got a new sticker. They also checked and rotated my tires. I left there very satisfied with the great service and suggestions. Jeff couldnt have been more friendly and helpful. My experience with Peters Nissan was awesome. I contacted their service department last Friday, they were able to give me an appointment the following Tuesday. They also told me it would take about one hour and I was able to enjoy some magazines, drinks and snacks while I waited in their lounge!When I was handed my keys, I found that my car had not only been serviced, but it had also been washed and vacuumed!!!!! DO NOT and I mean DO NOT take your vehicle here to have oil changed. I followed my son there to drop off his truck to get oil changed. We get a call a half hour later and they said that none of his tail lights or turn signals or license plate bulb worked. Like I said, I followed him there and they worked just fine. Now they are refusing to fix & said we were lying. By the way, we just had the yearly inspection sticker done too so they were obviously working. Now we have to take to a real auto repair and I’m not sure yet how much it’s going to cost. We will NEVER buy or get a vehicle serviced here!!!

Im not much on reviews, but I get it, theyre important in todays business world.Ive always had the belief that actions speak louder than words. If you dont like the service go somewhere else. These establishments are not the only game in town.With that said, Peters gets that! They know you can go somewhere else. I am a relatively new Nissan Altima owner; 2019 Nissan Altima SR. Although Peter’s Nissan of Nashua is typically tolerable/satisfactory with regard to service/support, I’ve noticed the ideal support typically comes from Ryan or Jeff! I’ve have NEVER had an issue with those two gentlemen. However, when working with Jenna, I’ve dissatisfied/disappointed several times. Here are some examples: 1) Jenna failed to verify the terms under my contract with Nissan and charged me for services that were covered under my warranty. This causes a great deal of inconvenience as I have to go back to Nissan later and argue the charges be reimbursed, 2) When my Car is serviced under Jenna’s supervision/support, they always manage to report on the service receipt(s) that the complimentary Clean/Vacuum were performed even though they clearly weren’t! I’ve gone back twice and Jenna will either argue about the service or she’ll apprehensively offer the complimentary service be completed at a different date, which is inconveniencing the customer. Jenna is not a “bad” person or employee, I just think she should pay a little closer attention to work done under her supervision/support including complimentary services. These may not be critical to the actual quality of the main service/maintenance/repair order, but certainly critical to customer satisfaction and experience!Overall, Peters Nissan in Nashua is not horrible. However, a little closer attention to details that compliment customer satisfaction and the overall service/support experience should be equally appreciated. Also, if a customer complaint surfaces, make sure to follow up and offer complimentary compensatory service(s) to improve customer retention and overall support!

Ryan renalds was soo super helpfulI bought my 2015 Nissan murano at autofair on 2/13 and 2/20 My car was not shifting properly and I called Peters and Ryan said to bring it in right away and we will get it fixed. He called all necessary people to get my car looked at and even got re-embercment for the Warranty deductible and the diagnostic fee. Great people willing to work with you on your needs. Very open and upfront about pricing and when to get repairs done. I could have waited for some of my recent repairs and Ryan even gave me an order of priority. They have never pushed me to do more than needed
