I bought this phone (samsung a12) at the boost mobile store from Achauhan, the same day i bought it the screen started flickering, i went back to him the next day and all he did was restart the phone, say nothing was wrong and refused to exchange it(even though it was in its warranty/replacement period) to this day the screen is still flickering, so I would recommend not buying these phones from boost you would be better off with a different phone or provider.

Great customer service best place to buy your phone

Super easy. Walked in and got a brand new phone when i switched. The staff is super helpful. Today on my second visit to pay my phone bill and buy a case/screen protector, the guy installed it and processed my bill in minutes. I highly recommend the service

Great store great phones

I have visited this store 2 times recently and the employees were very friendly and helpful. I am technologically challenged so I also appreciated their patience. I am confident that when I need to go to the physical store I will have great service.

I was sold an iPhone 8 refurbished under the false pretense that I was buying the IPhone SE 2020 He is doing it to multiple customers unbeknownst to them because the iPhone 8 is almost exactly the same in appearance.This guy is a fraud don’t buy from him.

We were very pleased with the service and phone recommendation. Will go back. They probably could use two people working there but the gentleman working was an amazing multitasking person!!!

We switched our phone plan got 4 Samsung Galaxy A20s. There was an issue getting the phones right away. So we had to wait about a day and a half. But this was through no fault of theirs as far as I could tell. The gentlemen that helped us was professional and polite. He more than made up for having to wait. Thanks again!

Amazing help

Same deal as Manchester location...bought a new phone from Walmart, the employee at the store insisted I had to come into the Manchester location to get it turned on and he would not offer any other solutions than me pay an extra 25$(its boost do I look like I have money). Went on the website and saw that that was a lie,these arent robocallers.but they are scamming hodgies...will be calling corporate

Bought 4 Phones thru out the years here. All out of date and some spam junk phones. They have last years phones or the year before that years phone. Dont give them the business. Theyll charge u more money for a two year old phone when you get a better phone off Amazon or Best Buy for three quarters of the price.

You can get way better deals on line!! Service is sub par..

The ONE guy that ALWAYS works is never very helpful and he NEVER has the devices he needs. If u need more inventory learn that with the sales and order more. People should not have to wait EVERYTIME they need a product especially when its an emergency. And they are not always open during times they should be.

Its good deal beaker store,they believe in relation not just to sale you a phone but help you to make gmail account and some small stuff..i went in today afternoon and the customer is yelling at the store guy but i dont know how this guy pulled it off with cool ..i understand he see a lot of dumb people around here..and high on drugs,he even try to fight the guy in store which is Not right the guy was yelling was high on drugs and store guy try to explain him something but this drunken guy couldnt get it in his thick skull so dumb i really feel sorry for the guy who work in and handle this drug people.sorry bro.

Really nice severs

So I bought a Motog6 phone from the Boost store on Main St Nashua on Thurs May 16th 2019. That night, my Aux cord broke off and is stuck in the phone. this is interfering with hearing / making calls and using headphones to listen to music. I went back into the store the next day, Friday May 17th 2019, and asked for either an exchange or refund, or help removing this piece of the Auxiliary cord. The store clerk recommended I spend more money at the mall, in addition to the $165 dollars I just spent yesterday, and get it removed from a repair place. He suggested this with a smile on his face. I feel like Ive been robbed. He claims I damaged the phone and that is why I cannot return it, or exchange it. The phone is not damaged, Boost manufacturers their phones with apparently such a small Aux receiver, that it breaks off aux cords that are meant to be in there. This business should probably review their return policy to be more customer friendly, so that they wont get so many bad Google reviews.

Place is ok, I have them as a phone provider. Went in there because there was dust inside my phone. Come to find out they dont clean, fix or repair minor stuff on phones. I guess thats what I get for paying $50.00 a month.

Still can not get my account updated. I get stitched to other people in line of authority.

I hate this place and the people that run it. Had a Boost Mobile phone that needed a new number and got charged $80 and then the number nor the phone worked.. Took it back and the people there tried to pull one over me and get me to get something else. I reported them to the BBB. Never again will I go there.. I would rather go without a phone than return to this scamming mobile store.

Came from Billerica Ma to order a phone on Monday. I was promised that my phone will be available on Wednesday by 2:00 pm. I drove all the way there to be told that rain delayed the deliver. I also ordered by phone an additional phone. Now here it is Thursday, no phones, just a waste of gas.I personally do business through truths, not guessing the time of arrival. I will never hand him the $400 that I ordered. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

Came in to switch to a new phone I already had. Told I would need a new SIM card for $25 and another $25 to activate it. Another customer came in looking to buy a new phone. Instead of switching my phones, he then started helping her for the next 15 minutes while my phones just sat on his desk. The other guy was on his cell phone the whole time and didnt offer to help. Horrible customer service! I ended up just asking for my phones back and as I was leaving, the customer he was helping didnt make a purchase because they wouldnt sell her a phone without activation even though they were buying as a gift for someone. They lost out on $50 because he thought he would make more of their phone purchase. Do yourself a favor and just order your phone online.

Great people easy sell in and out in 10 min very simple

The owner is not to responsible, I spent 2 weeks going in there for an ad card about 2 years ago only to have him continue to tell me dat after day that he would have them in on the following day and they never came. About 2 or 3 weeks ago the owner mislead me into thinking that this phone would handle a certain game when all the game does is crash. The owner acted as if he knew the difference between r.o.m. and r.a.m. When he doesnt know his ass from his elbow. I had my girlfriend ok with me getting and galaxy s7 and that guy interfered with his lies of a j7 being every bit as good when it is not. I am thinking of getting a lawyer and sueing him for misleading me and trying to interfere in my relationship.

Don’t go to this store! I bought a new phone there and the guy threw my screen protector on, did a crappy job and then when I called him on it he said I could buy a new one. Ummmm but you messed it up!
