The gentleman at Russell Cell fixed all my phones issues, analyzed my account and did his best to reduce my costs. I appreciate his friendly and ethical attitude and intelligence. My partner and I will definitely return next time we need anything.

Upgraded my business plan, which took about 2 hours. I was told it would save money as well as purchased a new phone, that I had to set up at home. Setting up my new phone at home did not work on the verizon network, 2 hours later on the phone with customer service I still have no working phones. Thanks for the solid help.

We always go out of our way to visit this Nashua Verizon store instead of the one closer to our house. Shaun helped oue entire family with phone upgrades, and helped our 12 year old son pick out his first phone, set it up, and answer his questions. Shaun always helps us pick out necessary accessories and make sure the cases and screen protectors are put on correctly. He is very patient and never makes us feel like we are bothering them. When it is crowded we arre greeted and given an idea of how long the wait will be so we can run other errands. We always receive excellent service and support at Russell Cellular and wont go anywhere else.

Had a really speedy and friendly experience trading up from an IPhone 6S to 12. Andrew was very helpful and made good suggestions, helped me learn the new phone. Glad I found this store! Since it was the Friday before the 4th of July and I really needed to get a new phone, I went online to see which Verizon Store was open. Didnt realize this store was there, so I called and spoke to Shaun.He was actually busy but offered to call me right back and he did. Extremely helpful on the phone so I headed right over. Picked out a new phone and Shaun got me all set up; data transferred, new case, screen protector...done!Great experience! Highly recommend.

I happened to be in the Nashua area and decided to visit the Nashua location instead of heading home to my local store for help with my phone issue. I was greeted by Shaun as soon as I walked in. He was great from the moment he said hello until he showed me to the door after my transaction was complete. He is knowledgeable, patient and kind. In the hour or so I was there, the other team member relied on Shaun’s expertise to assist with a couple of transactions (the other team member, whose name I don’t know, was also very polite). Shaun was helpful to the other worker, polite with the other customers and kept me engaged with my new phone setup all while tending to their needs. I highly recommend visiting this location for your cell phone plan and product needs (and ask for Shaun!)!

Well I traveled to that site from Boston Massachusetts I needed a new phone. The store manager did almost everything he could to assist me with getting a new pin making sure my my Verizon account was set up properly. Fast and efficient service!

I posted a 4 star review, but I now need to change it to a 1 star review. The person who set us up didnt know what he was talking about, I believe his name was Andrew. He started by saying my husband and I could share a 2 GB plan, which turned out to not be true. He quoted us $70 for a two person plan which was also a lie, that turned in to $110 a month. Lastly, he stated we get 150 cash back which we could use at the store on our bill. Apparently this only is for the unlimited plan. Think twice before you come here, they are just lying through their teeth.

I went to a Verizon store to upgrade my old Samsung to the new 20+ and was talked into buying a phone that I wasnt even there for. I also ended up getting a Samsung watch to go with it. When I left the store and cleared my old phone with the rep, I noticed I lost a lot of pictures. And also my watch was never set up properly. Two days later I went back to the store and returned the phone because I was unhappy with it and I couldnt use my watch. They didnt have the phone I wanted so I returned it all completely.After all of that I walked Into THIS store and the manager was able to help me get all of that sorted out and get my new phone up and running and actually set up my watch. He was super friendly and very helpful with all of my questions about returns on the old phone and my new phone and watch set up.I was super frustrated and phonless when I walked into the store and walked out extremely happy with everything I wanted. Thank you for fixing all of their mistakes and getting me set back up! Will definitely use this store for all future purchases.

My husband and I needed to upgrade our phones. We were immediately welcomed into the store by Ronnie Murphy (the Solutions Manager). He went above and beyond to help us choose our new phones, accessories, and verizon plan. We were there for well over an hour and never felt rushed. He actually stayed late for us to make sure he completed the transaction and that we were satisfied with our purchase. We have been loyal Verizon customers since 1990, but we can tell you that this was by far the best experience we have ever had!

At first thought they were doing good.Took 4 days to get my new phone and multiple hrs to get it set up, my old phone got power and is still active and the amount of ridiculous charges that they could deal with is ridiculous. Should have gone to a real Verizon dealer not a greedy sub franchise store with uneducated staff. IllIll i

As a store manager in retail Jared was the perfect example of customer service. His store didn’t have the specific phone I wanted, however he was able to get it delivered to the store in the same day for me along with keeping me updated on an estimated arrival time so I wasn’t stuck spending my entire day in the store. Way better than other 3 stores I went in Nashua. Wish all of the Verizon stores services are like this!

From the moment I walked in the store, Terri was at my service with my best interests in mind. He even noticed that my sole line was on the wrong plan, and switched me to the correct one, increasing my GB per month by 1, and decreasing my bill by $15. He worked hard to make sure I walked out of the store with every accessory I could imagine, with the trade-in value of my old iPhone. Terri Randall is a great asset to IM Wireless!!!
