This has been my go to spot for anything related to my cell phone for the last 15 years. The owner is not only a nice guy, he’s an honest guy and he won’t drag you around in circles like a lot of the big stores. He cares about his customers. His staff are also very good. They’ve answered many of my questions and solved any issues I’ve run into. They’re a great group of guys who know their stuff!! I won’t ever go anywhere else.

Great service! Drive out of your way to go to this Verizon store. There is plenty of parking in the back of the building. The staff was easy to access, super professional and on top of their game.

I got my phone here a year ago and when my wife needed one a month ago I wouldnt go anywhere else! Im only writing a review now because I was copying down the address for my folks because they want to go get phones there now. Best place around, privately owned so no corporate BS! Fair prices, didnt charge me to transfer data since I ordered through them.

I have used a number of the Verizon stores (direct Verizon stores and authorized retailers) and this store has been my favorite by far. They are very helpful, patient, and accommodating. They have a 4.9 rating for a reason.

Jason was fantastic. Spent a lot of time transferring data and making my life a lot easier. Will definitely go back and I highly recommend this store if you are in need of a phone!!!!!

All three men behind the desk were helpful and spent as much time as we needed to make up our minds. They answered all our questions and went over more than 20 options. In the end, because Apple did not make the model we wanted, we went with a used phone. They were gracious and gave us as much support as if we bought the top of the line.

This is the only Verizon store I will ever go to because the staff will go above and beyond to make sure you get what you need and are satisfied with the service and devices. I have never had a bad experience here. Jason is super helpful and will get you the best deal and I always leave happy. I will never go to any other Verizon store and I recommend you do the same!! Went to this Verizon location and a real nice salesman named Tim went above and beyond to help me with my Verizon account, all while answering calls. This place is never to busy and the staff there are very helpful.. The manger at Verizon should take notice on how good his salesman Tim is, he is very polite and knowledgeable.

The Best Verizon Store in Nashua the service is great.

This is by far the best Verizon store I have ever been to. The staff is extremely helpful and pleasant. If you are looking for a new phone or an upgrade, start here. They really know the equipment and plans.

Very satisfied with my recent service from Jay and his team! I unfortunately had to return my note 7 due to the recall right before my vacation! They were able to get an iphone 7 plus within days, just in time for me to go on my trip! I will recommend anyone to them because I know they will do what they can to take care and satisfy their customers! A+++ for friendliness as well!

We received a friendly greeting upon entering the store from one employee. Quickly after we were helped by Jason who was just as friendly. Not only did he have all the answers to my questions; they seemed genuine and honest. I didnt feel like I was at a used car lot if you know what I mean. I really appreciated not being sold every deal/extra/insurance that I was expected to be thrown my way. After upgrading our phones Jason took the time to make sure everything transferred from the old phones and they were working properly. Going that extra mile really put the cherry on top

Absolutely terrible. Paid $35 for what I was told was a Turbocharger. Not only was it not a Turbocharger, but the metal was bent on the charger so I would have to wiggle it to get it to be recognized in my phone. I went to return it a week later and they accused me of breaking it and would not take it back. I am disgusted that they would sell me junk and say it was my fault that it doesnt work and then refuse me a refund. I will never go here ever again.

I highly recommend this location. My old phone died suddenly and I walked in 10 minutes before they were closing. Matt was very attentive, knowledgeable and didnt seem to mind keeping the store open for the time it took to set me up with a new Samsung S6. I was so impressed with the service and courtesy that I told my wife and daughter who both went and upgradeded their phones with them as well. Dont hesitate to use them.

Went out of the way to correct an issue I had at another location.

This week I found myself in a sad and horrifying situation...the screen of my beloved phone of two years broke and I knew Id have to go to Verizon to get a new one. I accepted that I would have to face the treachery of the Pheasant Lane Mall Verizon and did a search for their hours before leaving work. Thats when I saw reviews for this location and read the legend of an employee named Timothy and decided to give this location a shot.I didnt even know this store existed but apparently its been there quite some time (there is also a parking lot around back btw, A+++++ for a Main Street location). Imagine my delight when I walked in and scanned the nametag of the friendly employee who greeted me and saw that I was lucky enough to meet Tim, the legend, in person.Tim was helpful, friendly, and considered my input when he was helping me pick out a new phone. He listened to what I had to say and gave really helpful suggestions. We also had great conversation during the whole checkout process. And lots of laughs. Its kind of weird but Ive been thinking about the whole experience for days and have told everyone who cared to listen how nice it was. Its refreshing to have such a good experience at a Verizon store.Ill never go to any other Verizon store again and highly recommend this place. If the owner of this location is reading this, Tim deserves major props. He is destined for greatness so enjoy him while you can.Aaaand I love love love my new phone.Thank you.
