3rd time is the charm. Finally a decent Starbucks. Quick service and everything as I wanted. S/O to the hard working 💪 ☕ staff. I like how you can add a tip even after you leave via the Starbucks App. I also like how on such a busy road they have a traffic light. Would definitely go again.

The staff is so friendly and helpful. I forgot to specify oat milk in my macchiato and they remade the drink for me right away - I didnt even have to ask! I wont forget to order it right next time. Thanks guys! Your customer service is top notch!

I have never had a worse cup of coffee..... Burnt plastic is about the best I could describe it as. We did get a PP&J box the bread was stale and we tried for the first time one of those impossible sausage breakfast sandwiches..... The sausage part was not bad but the sandwich was overcooked ..... Over not a very good experience

I asked if the thing I ordered would be made dairy free.Based on my afternoon on the toilet, and Starbucks own websites ingredient list for the white mocha frappe, I can assume that was a lie.

This was my go-to Bucks for as long as I can remember but after todays experience, I cant wait for the new Milford location to open. Team was disorganized and disoriented as the manager walked out with a package of meat and cheese in hand while she waved goodbye.

Starbucks is a coffee chain that started in Seattle, Washington, in the seventies. Funny story--it was started by a guy from Canarsie, Brooklyn!! He moved to Seattle and bought a coffee shop at Pike Place Market and then transformed it into the greatest coffee shop chain in the history of the world!

Expensive ice. I ordered the Strawberry Açaí Lemonade Refresher. It was my first time ordering one. The taste was delicious but the cup was filled with ice, I drank the refresher and then let the ice melt. The water from the ice filled the cup halfway. In the future, I will ask for no ice.

Had to get my Latte Macchiatto for our long drive home. Tasted great

Long drive thru line and they’re soo slow. Also messed up both my drinks! My husband got a mocha and it was so bad, he just dumped it out. And I got a shaken iced espresso and they forgot the espresso...only milk, ice, and sweetener. They need better training for their employees on how to be fast and efficient. Manager needs to be doing better quality checks on items going out. I’ve been to hundreds of Starbucks in the U.S. and Canada and the majority are well run, this one is not.

I’ve gone here like 3 times and every single time they’ve like ??? forgot to put the coffee in?? and it’s just a cup of oat milk and some brown sugar????

I enjoy Starbucks Frappuccinos and things like their breakfast sandwiches. I had the Mocha Cookie Crumble the last time I was there and it was delicious. The server was friendly. I will be going back.

Cold brew pumpkin spice coffee!! I wait for it every fall. Love Starbucks version better all others I have tried (and I try them everywhere ). Also love the ham and cheese croissant.This location almost always has a long line but they get through it super fast.Crew is nice and friendly too!

The atmosphere of this particular Starbucks had a fun, festive feel to it. The clerks were all smiling, high energy, enthusiastic and proficient with making specialty drinks. It was clean, and the interior design incorporated an out of the way hallway type of nook, seating area. My drink was delicious, as usual. And for the first time in a long time, I was actually thanked when I tipped.

I usually never have an issue with this location except this morning. They open at 530am and the doors were locked st 535.. no big deal, go to drive through and get no answer over the speaker.. we drive up to the window where a woman is making a pitcher of ice tea or something, and I know she can see my truck in her peripheral vision (its not a small truck) and continues to pretend im not there and walks away without even a simple explanation of why they werent open. So we went to dunks.

Every day since the pandemic started there has been a 30 minute minimum line waiting to get into the drive-thru. It was early Sunday morning and there was only a few cars in line so I went to get a whole milk hot latte.

Google Maps told me this Starbucks was open until 9pm, I showed up at about 8:15 and the menu board was still lit up so I assumed I would be able to place my order. After sitting there for a few minutes I drove up to the window, as I know that drive-thru head pieces can malfunction sometimes, and instead of opening the window to inform me that they we closed the cashier inside used highly inappropriate language and I had to be informed by an employee that was leaving that they were closed. Not impressed, I will not be coming back and will take my business to the one inside Target down the street.

I am not normally one to complain especially with what is going on in the world right now but I have to say Im disappointed with Starbucks today. Since it is only the drive-thru that is open takes between 30 to 45 mins before you can even order with the line you sit in. Im always patient and I was waiting in line about 20 mins before they closed at 5:00 pm but was not able to place an order because other orders before me took so long. As good business I feel that they should at least take care of the customers that were waiting so long already and/or at least put a sign/cone behind the last vehicle they plan on serving for the day so others arent sitting for so long and leave upset and disappointed. I can understand the frustration the employees may feel as Im always busy at my place of work but I make sure my customers are taken care of even if Im there a little after when Ive already closed.

My only complaint is its not close enough!

I am not a fan of Starbucks coffee. I give this particular Starbucks 3 stars based on the small parking lot and smaller overall store. It is attached to a Verizon store, so if there is a wait at Verizon, its nice to have the option to walk next door and get a coffee.

We got breakfast sandwiches and coffee. The service was slow, but about the same as any Starbucks. The staff was having a good time and that always makes the visit less stressful for the customers.

Walked in today to get a couple drinks while waiting for Verizon to situate my phones. I walked up to the counter and waited to be greeted while I made my selection. There were at least 4 employees behind the counter and no one bothered to acknowledge me. No big deal maybe they were busy but I was the only customer there. They were having their own conversation very loudly. When I was finally asked what I wanted. The employee quickly cut me off mid sentence to reply to a comment on the conversation being had! I thought how rude. Clearly there is no management happening there. No sense of customer service. Paying top dollar for grande size drinks. You think that customer service would back up the prices paid.

This is just the best Starbucks! Very quick and efficient here. And the coffee is great!

Love Starbucks but first time at this site. Service horrible? Why did the race came into play?! Stood there at the register for 10 minutes, no one acknowledged. Walked by back and forth. So I had to order from my app! A white Male walked in right to the register.. 3 secs later. Good morning sir !!!!! And proceed to chat and took his order.

This is my local Starbucks and never had a problem. They seem to be the most consistent with drinks out of all the other local ones. Parking does suck. But I always order on the app and pick up with the drive through.

This store has an awkward layout and poor seating. They also just got rid of the only comfortable upholstered chairs that they had, so even more dissappointing.

Love this store! Baristas make an effort to get to know you and treat you like a friend. Drinks are always prepared correctly and quickly.

Try the Very Berry Hibiscus tea, its wonderful. Like a cup of happiness.

If I could put no stars I would have. The service from the female making drinks was horrible. I am so angry I dont remember her name. My drink cup was barely 3/4 full I said something to her she grabbed it from me opened it and said its full I said yes with whipped cream. She didnt pour the drink out she throw it into the drink. She gave me my refillable cup and said its full leave! I said I need my cover she mouthed off at me and the team member from the drive up gave it to me.

My daughter ordered a drink from the secret menu (the pink drink) and it was delicious!

Its fine. The staff is always friendly. Better than Dunkin worse than A&E down the street.

I went to this location to get a coffee with my boyfriend today and saw the ad for the Tie-Dye Frap, so I pointed at it and made a comment to him. The employee who was in charge of the drive thru customer overheard it and said that they were out. I said “ok, no problem” because that wasn’t what I was planning to order anyway, but her coworker heard the conversation and just walked by with a huge attitude saying “yeah that’s why there is a huge sticker across is saying we’re out” and stormed off. She was so rude and sounded so miserable that I decided to leave and get my coffee elsewhere. Not going back.

Waited about 5 minutes(maybe more) while listening to the workers complain about the day before, while one of the girls was preparing herself a water. Also another girl lied to me when i asked her if she put caramel in my coffee, i watched her make the whole coffee. I asked if she did, she checked the receipt paper then told me she did. Im not happy

Starbucks was really good but they do not have senior citizens discounts like Dunkin Donuts does

A little on the slow side compared with the exit 6 location but its serviceable. Always seem to run out of the good breakfast sandwiches a lot earlier that Id expect but they make a really good Mocha Latte.

Worst service Ive ever gotten at a Starbucks. Drive thru guy was rude as hell. Didnt get my order right, and its pretty sad because I was their only customer at the time. Also the girl who handed me my drink was pretty rude too. Wont be wasting my money there anymore. Whom ever is running that place should be ashamed of themselves...

LolAlso when my boyfriend ordered a medium the snob barista behind the counter scoffed and made a remark (in front of us) to her coworker about how this wasnt dunks. Were well aware your overpriced bean water isnt of the dunkins quality. Its not the best and really wish there was more than this starbucks around.
