Wicky the owner went above and beyond to help me get my graphics card (RTX 3060) on top of my other parts I needed. They are very knowledgeable about the products, building and repairing PCs. Maurice is the Tech at this location and he is amazing at his job with many years of experience. I would highly recommend this store for all your PC needs, fair prices and top notch quality work! Flashed my motherboard to a new BIOS version to support my Ryzen 5 processor on a motherboard only capable of taking a Ryzen 3 in stock format. Saved me $50 bucks or 2+ weeks wait time in comparison to doing it myself, to boot they had it done the same day. Glad to have found this resource.

Two laptops brought to them for different things on different days. Each was returned with the keyboard face improperly seated, on the left side. Now, one of the improperly closed interferes with the hinge to open/close the laptop, the other improperly closed interferes with charging and the charging cord connector now needs to be held up for it to charge the PC.If they dont know how to properly reclose a laptop after opening for repair, they shouldnt be opening them.No big deal you think, til you have to deal with the faulty repair, day after day after day.

Filing a small claims court file. I was told that my computer needed a new motherboard but they could find one. Never got a phone call and I waited patiently through covid. Apparently there’s a sign in the store that says it a computer is left there for more than 90 days (I didn’t see this sign and wasn’t verbally told and I didn’t sign anything stating this) they “recycled my 1900 dollar computer while they were going to “find me” a motherboard. If you go there read all small print because they will sell your stuff. Filing small claims court against them today.

I needed a reliable desktop with a fast enough speed to keep my remote classes running smoothly. Apex found me a great (reasonably priced) computer and even talked me through a few sound glitches after the sale. I highly recommend Apex!

Called them up - answered right away unlike 2 other places i tried. Gave me a couple quick thoughts about the problems. I dropped it off at 5pm and they had a diagnosis done that evening. By 10am the next morning it was ready for pickup. Good service and quick turnaround

Ive been going to Wicky for all of my Familys computer needs for over 20 years. I would never go anywhere else. He really cares more about his customers than about money. My first visit to Apex was positive. On second visit not so much as my laptop was given back to me in worse shape than when i started. I was having short battery run time, I asked them to replace the battery. They did, now I have ZERO run time. The battery shows 100%, unplug charger, machine shuts down. My laptop is now a DESKTOP as it needs the charger to run. They have no answers. Apex is great..........until there NOT!

The guy that helped me (Wiki I think) was very nice and super helpful. Fixed my computer no problem in just a day. He also helped my mom recover some important photos from her laptop that was broken. He definitely earned my future business.

So, I was having a problem with my laptop. When I logged on I couldnt get to my home page. I only got a picture that was in my laptop and it was frozen. I did all the usual things, log off, remove the battery, pull the plug then reboot to no avail. Then I googled the problem. It said to hit escape numerous times while the unit powered on and it would give me the option to reset the laptop. I got three options. I chose the one that said This option will keep all your files, folders, email and personal files. I did it.When it finished I could indeed get to my home page. I opened my email and found it had deleted every single one of my sub folders.I have put every single personal and professional email in these sub folders for the past 20 years. I was devastated. I took it to Showtime Computer in Hudson NH. They absolutely couldnt have cared less. They didnt even want to turn it on and look at it. Didnt even want to try. Then I went to Best Buy Geek Squad where I bought the unit. They tried but couldnt figure it out. Then I googled Computer repair and saw that Apex got good reviews.Well let me tell you I couldnt be happier. Wicky Chan was patient with me, listened to my problem and said he felt he could get my sub folders back. His employee Maurice worked on it. In one day he had all my sub folders back and got me the software I need to back my info up automatically so this never happens to me again. These guys are honest, professional, talented and priced very reasonably. 25 years in the business. I absolutely couldnt be happier with the service I received. They have a customer in me for life!

I have a 10-yr-old Dell PC that’s still my sole & main PC, I also built no less than 10 websites on it, run Photoshop, Dreamweaver and other intense programs with it – all thanks to Apex Computer not because they sold me the Dell originally, but because they listened to my request and worked with me to extend this ancient Dell lifespan to as long as possible instead of writing it off and up-selling me a new unit once every 3 years. They first installed a kickass graphic card that outputs in DVI-D (from VGA) to 2560x1600 resolution, then added an overdrive chip to the Dell’s original chip, then more RAM, etc. For an environmentalist like myself, having a PC that lasts this long is very appealing. But ancient AC power still sucks power like a hog so I just got a new Lenovo laptop from them. Over the years, they also helped me and my friends / neighbors / girlfriends fix their devices at more than fair prices. Their service is always superb and as great as it can be coming from a small ma-n-pa shop. They may not have a lot on display but they can order for you anything that is available out there. This is both good and bad. Bad for impulse buyers and impatient beings. Good for people who likes to plan everything ahead and won’t settle for whatever’s in stock. If you want a kickass, world-class, top-of-the-line, one-of-a-kind system, this is the place to go to.

The repair team is top notch. They explained everything they could do and suggested the most reasonable parts for my situation thanks to Wicky and the whole team best local repairs for sure.

Aarrrggghhhhhhh! On Monday I arrived at my place of business to the smell of electrical smoke. Naturally I quickly checked the building. The good news is that the building wasnt on fire. The bad news is that the motherboard in our main computer let all the magic smoke leak out. As we all know, once the magic smoke leaks out the moltherboard is fubar. I was dead in the water.I removed the hard drive and took it down to Apex and explained that without a computer I was like a hospital without blood, a fireman without water, Brady without Gronkowski...you get the idea. Wicky Chan is the man I explained my situation to. He was on my side! He had a quick grasp of the situation, told me what they could do and said theyd try to have a unit for me that evening. He did!Im back up and running and life is good again. The price was more than reasonable, the work was first class. If I ever need computer work again Im heading back to Apex. Now if only The Gronk would re-up, my life would be complete.

Took my sons laptop in for repair, estimate given ($180) was lower than what another local shop wanted (at least $200, maybe more according to guy behind counter).. Laptop was ready to go the next day and is now in perfect condition. Total price at pick up: $144. Thank you Apex!!

I have been dealing with Apex for over 15 years, I am an IT professional and Apex has ALWAYS taken care of me. They will build a custom machine for you or order you one of your choice.The fact you can buy a machine from a local company is great just for the pure fact you can hop in the car and take to them to be fixed on the spot. Just think how long you wait have to wait for service from another mfg. You call talk to India for 2 hours then they might send a tech if you paid for it. Why go though all of that when you can buy local and help keep a small business going.They can sell you anything from a custom desktop to any part in between.Give them a try !, When you go there ask for Wicky and tell him Brian sent you.
