The store manger is disgusting!!! Was so rude to my husband. I called an he hung up on me, called back and started yelling at me and hung up a 2x time. Completely unprofessional and rude. Never doing business with them. Will be contacting district to get Dave fired!

Staples is in conspiracy with a virtual mailbox service. A primary purpose of the mailbox service is merely to collect as much financial information about you as possible.When you try to sign up for the service, it collects your credit card information and then summarily rejects it, saying its office of credit rejects your card, please use another. In the end, once you have exhausted your stack of credit cards, the mailbox service apparently forces you to create a Paypal account and then pay a relatively large deposit. It may then sell your credit card numbers to people in Eastern Europe or Inner Tasmania.I called this Staples to ask them why they were involved in this swindle. The clerk hung up on me, refusing to discuss his criminal activity.

If you steal some guys debit card and the staff doesnt care that they dont know the PIN nor check the guys ID or anything to prevent someone else getting 500 bucks lost that theyre never get back, go here other wise stick to amazon and let gentrification snuff this place out.

Employee in the print area (old white male, only distinguishing so the young woman who was wearing hers wont get yelled at) - not wearing his mask, hanging off one ear. Doesnt create a safe environment!

Completely ignorent management as someone who did an online order and was planning on also purchasing some hard drives I was tossed out of the store like trash because due to rods in my back my lungs are compressed and with a mask I feel as if Im suffocating this incident occurred a month ago but you know what shame on you staples for complete transparency I worked as an easy tech at the Amherst location for few weeks until I noticed how poorly you treat youre employees and apparently youre customers

Easy parking and good clearance area. Person who helped me went out of his way to bring me to what I was looking for even though he was clearly in the middle of a project. Ge also got a shopping cart for me and I didnt ask. Now that is good customer service.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Printing here is breeze. On the very rare occasion there has been an issue with my order, they have been very quick to rectify it.

$19 to print a black and white single sheet of paper that their copier couldnt properly copy? Uhhh... Wth?

Terrible !! Tried buy an iPad Pro in the store then placed the order and the purchase never went through, their actual systems are mostly down.Wasted three days after which the order was again put in and then a whole new order was created which arrived 8days later...”1 hour pick up” haaa what a joke. I strongly don’t recommend any staples store for any high tech equipment.

I go here a lot. Restroom is usually gross. Cashier always asks if I have rewards card but never offers any info on how to get one. Otherwise its fine.

My wife went in the other night to get her iPhone screen repaired. She picked it up and the home button no longer worked, the screen quality is terrible and now the battery is draining at rapid speeds. She brought it back inside and they said they couldn’t fix it again that night. At this point we’ve now had to get a new phone because hers got so messed up. I do not recommend having your phone fixed here.

The staff in the print area, especially Israel, are fantastic! He was so helpful and accommodating in helping me with a time sensitive project. Highly recommend!!

Google asked me to say how Staples was. Its fine. It is a Staples. It sells things a Staples would sell elsewhere.

Ive used Nashua Staples many times for copying. They are often very busy but do their best to service me as quickly as possible. If I send in the copies via email it works best, then I stop by to pick up my copies. Most of the time I can be in and out of the store in a few minutes but sometimes there is a line.

My friend just told me how terrible he was treated at store by the GM Dennis Kelley. What kind of customer service is that?Whatever you do, DO NOT purchase the Protection Plan from Staples.

Good service and plenty of products. I usually pick up my printing supplies at Staples. Parking directly in front of the store was limited.

I went to go print something out in a hurry except I only had a copy on my phone and on my Google Drive instead of having it on a USB like I should have. they kindly help me out and got me up at a very reasonable time very sweet gentleman behind the counter and very good customer service.

Went in to print out my resume and was not given a choice of paper stock, the employee put in manila paper and didnt ask me what quantity or paper i wanted. When I told him i wanted white white 24lb paper, he questioned me with a condescending tone as if i were crazy to want white paper. I went to the Staples on Amherst Street, no problems.

Its Staples. The store is clean and orderly, and the staff were friendly and attentive.

This is still a good store but unable to help with any coupons the answer is always I dont know. It was not always that way.

Go into the store on DW Highway today to get 3 things bound, literally take the guy behind the counter (the one with black hair) 5 minutes. He asked when do I need them buy? I said can I wait and he says no I have 7 large jobs in front of you... I said these are three books andkind of in a hurry because I have to get to the airport. I had a UPS package also and just spent $40.00 in printing. He says sorry can’t help with a snarky attitude. I take my stuff and go to the UPS Store on DW Highway and as I sit here and type this there are 8 people in the store and I got everything I needed done in less than 15 minutes! The UPS Store knows the definition of customer service and the Staples guy just cost his store about $20K a year in business because he is to busy.

The print shop isnt exactly fool proof, but they will reprint at no additional cost if youre not satisfied. Just check your prints before you leave.

I brought the same material that I printed at office depot in another state since I wanted to have more and happened to find Staples on my way back home. The employee at the print department refused to print the material saying that theres a copy right issue. There was no copy right for that material. I was disappointed at their poor customer service. Will never go back to the store again.
