Most of the employees at this location including regular associates and pharmacy are very rude with their attitudes and snide comments and ignoring customers when they need help. I purchased a money order at this location on Main Street in Nashua about one month ago and the cashier put the money order in an envelope and then handed it to me. I immediately took the money order out of the envelope to look at it and it said VOID on the front. I told the cashier and she didnt say anything but got another cashier and printed me a new one. It was pretty shady that she put it in the envelope and then I had to notify her of the mistake. Also, there are always people outside asking customers for money and when you tell the employees they dont care. Take care of your business!! Call the police. Press charges if you need to in order to keep safety a top priority for customers. Hire better employees who dont have huge egos and attitudes. There used to be better staff at this location but I understand now why they left. Also, clean the store and restock the merchandise better.

I would recommend avoiding this pharmacy. They call to tell you that a prescription is ready for pickup, and when you go to pick it up it wont be ready. The pharmacy staff wasnt knowledgeable and made it clear they would not answer any questions about my medication. Very disappointed. I ended up switching to a different pharmacy and they were able to answer all the same questions that this one could not. Who is going to end up hurt with their lack of knowledge or unwillingness to help?

Every time Ive gone into this pharmacy or even just called the pharmacist are rude and act like your a bother to them. Service is absolute terrible and when my prescription is apparently ready, it really isnt. Dont waste your time.

I have never had a bad experience at this CVS. The pharmacy staff are always polite and efficient. If you dont call to make sure your prescription is ready, yes you will have to wait. But thats on you. They are in the middle of Nashua, lots of people to take care of. Have some common sense people!

Can’t rely on this pharmacy. Period. I went without a very important prescription for a week because of them. They expect me to keep explaining to them that they did not fill my whole month prescription but only 15 days worth of it. But each time I called they kept telling me I had to wait longer. First was bc of my doctor, then was my insurance and when I got someone to finally understand, their system was down and no one could get their Rx. And by now I have been out of my medication for 6 days. Every time I had to repeat myself and I felt like I was begging for something that it was already mine to begin with. I had paid the full amount the first time around and had been given half of my Rx. And why would I want to keep coming back to a pharmacy every 15 days? Is the pandemic over? Why do they make it soooo complicated? This store has poorly trained staff who are always in a bad mood and an outdated computer system. Why should I have to tell them something that they should already know? And get yelled by one of their employees that it is my job to inform them? My heart goes out to everyone who has to deal with this madness. Needless to say that this will no longer be my pharmacy.

The experience at this location was sad employees are not very helpful. If you want to be disrespected go her an have ames help you. He wouldnt let an instacart scan the back of a package so the poor girl could finish her order. Like hello ames why scan u could of hold it well she scanned it.

Terrible service from pharmacy. The pharmacists are unwilling to do their job and do a little extra works to help people save money. Prices change all the time and the answer you get to questions is call your insurance. The service is poor and pharmacists incapable. Try the rite aid one exit up. They provide much better service.

Understaffed, overwhelmed, its not the staff, its corporate squeezing for profit, not for good service or well being, but simply profit. They (corporate) dont even deserve the two * originally gave them. After being left on perpetual hold. If youre expecting prompt service by phone - forget it. They pickup and then place you on hold again, its circumstance, dont blame the staff. They are overwhelmed because if their location and store size. So if your doctor told you to call before picking up Rx dont waste your time. The same problem is reflected when you show up. Not enough staff. There really arent that many well staffed (during peak hours) pharmacies in the area. I never experienced a problem like this in in AZ except, maybe, at a Walmart pharmacy and everyone knows, unless, youre desperate avoid Walmart.

The pharmacy is almost ALWAYS rude. So tired of the unnecessary attitudes. I get it people have rough days but it’s constant with them. If you don’t like working with the general public, find something else to do hunny. Seriously if you can get your insurance to cover your medications somewhere else, do it. They’re not worth the aggravation.

Called the pharmacy and had to go through several menus just to wait only hold for the pharmacy. Waited 40 minutes and no one picked up. Called and spoke to the front of the store stating that pharmacy wasnt picking up...so they transferred me to pharmacy, to wait again forever.

Living with a chronic illness or chronic pain is hard enough. Being treated like a criminal when you just want to get through your day, responsibly taking medicine that you and your doctor feel is best - this should not be an issue. These people arent writing the prescription. They barely even call the doctors office when they have questions or concerns. They do remind you however that your filling a controlled med.Please express every concern you have to the doctors and treatment team, and let those who are sick and suffering get their medicine and get on with their life with some sense of dignity. Without singling them out. I dont fill such meds here anymore as you open another checkout to pay for them. Do it on paper. Everything to make me stand out in a downtown area where someone could happily hurt me to take the meds you dispensed.I work too hard to be treated like a criminal for being sick.

This is the most horrible pharmacy ever. Do NOT waste your time here. If I could give it zero stars I would. Every single time I go to pick up prescriptions they are wrong. Now they refuse to fill my sons meds. They are rude and not helpful at all. It’s bad when an employee from another CVS warns you not to use this store.

Pharmacy tech or associate is very rude. Im thinking of changing my pharmacy soon just because I dont want to deal with her in the future anymore. She literally slammed the phone after me thanking her. I dont get it, she does it everytime and I see to it that Im polite and respectful everytime I call. I wish management will look closely into their Pharmacy Department because its very unprofessional behavior. Customer service very disappointing.

I love this store! I’ve reviewed the pharmacy separately, and can speak just as highly of the front of store staff! Always helpful, greeted with a smile by all. I love that they ask if you need help finding anything...and ALL are helpful when I’m looking for something specific that’s hard to find. I don’t go to any other pharmacies or small stores. CVS app and Extra Bucks program are awesome too - app makes prescription pick up fast and private, and Extra Bucks program saves me HUNDREDS each year.

Just been here. The lady at the drive through was rolling her eyes at me when i asked her what way is faster to get medicine: in store or drive through. She told me she doesnt know and looked at me like i am such an annoying person that doesnt want to wait in car for 40 minutes with two sick kids ( 2 yrs, 5 months) Terrible customer experience! Not recommending that pharmacy.!!! Other people rated it just right!

Time and time again this CVS pharmacy has proven to be the absolute worst. From the consistently sour faced, unnecessarily rude customer service to the poorly organized and slow refill process. They are not worth the 1 star that is the minimum requirement. I have always loved CVS but have been very disappointed every single time I have come to patronize this branch. If there were a way for me to communicate my displeasure and mistreatment at a higher level I certainly would. But for now I will have to settle for warning future victims of their horrible representation of the CVS brand.

- 15 minutes waiting in pick up line to be told I need to update my insurance in the drop off line.-10 min in drop off line and 10 min waiting while counter girl seeks help updating insurance.-10 min back in pick up line to be told it wont be ready for 10 more min because they need to change labels.- Left after 45 min and came back later.- They ask me to sign a piece of paper stating I received their terms and that I agreed they could make marketing calls to the number on file. I REFUSED to sign. They said nobody has done that before and needed to see if it was ok for them to give me my meds.It used to be enough that Id choose your store over others. Now you wish to call my cell for marketing?? I dont think so CVS! Returning my business elsewhere.I was an accident that I told my doctor to call in the z pack to CVS. Hard lesson.

I actually fill most prescriptions elsewhere with a competitor now because of this CVS. They are not rude anymore in my experience those few left. The reason I left is they are very slow in the pharmacy with filling meds and making you wait in line and also meds are never ready when they say they will be. A bunch of times my doc called something in and then I get to this CVS and they say they never got the order then say oh here it is and then you have to wait. A few times they said meds were not covered and they were and just in general a bad experience with this location for the pharmacy.

Pharmacy staff was very rude to me, there was multiple lines formed so I was not taken in order. Then when I got to the register to add my insurance they said I would have to wait in a different line. I left and called the next day and they informed me they did not take my insurance. They could have told me that when I was standing in front of them. Switched pharmacies and will never go back. Their parking also sucks.

The parking lot is used by the hospital so it can be a pain during the week. Someone should have rethought that.Also, there are usually folks outside who are clearly under the influence - of what - who knows.I’ve also seen my fair share of dramatic incidents on the grounds of the store (some involving the individuals who are intoxicated).The drive through wait time is hit or miss. Sometimes it can be quick (just like the inside), other times it can be a wait.On a brighter note- The store and pharmacy staff have always been helpful and friendly. Customer service goes a long way!

Just called in with an emergency medication issue and once I explained my situation the employee working at 11:00pm named JEFF rudely said to me there is absolutely nothing we can do for you. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Goodbye. And hung up on me. Please explain to me how a jerk like that can work in the professional world. I am extremely unhappy and would love to speak to the store manager.

Not a hugh fan of this location, however, the store manager Jessica I believe (tiny little brunette) is a hugh asset not only to your company, but this store imparticular. This one star is for more for Ted Hudson than for CVS itself. Ive always like this pharmacy but he must be new and hes disgusting with the customers. Lies compulsively in order to avoid assisting guests, demands personal and irrelevant information that is NEVER requested or required by ANYONE else, is extremely slow at processing prescriptions (his data entry time was my normal wait time) and is no doubt racist to say the least. Because of this specific new addition to their team I would highly recommend against using this pharmacy. He is just AWFUL. Treats people like the dirt beneath his shoes. Wont be going back there again Until hes gone and with and attitude like that Im sure he will be.

Since when I had a surgery and one of the Farmacy workers wanted a break to talk to her sister and I told her that I couldnt wait because I was in pain Ive been having problems with her or Farmacy should I say...... always at least 45 min waiting and multiple lines

CVS is awesome except the pharmacy techs here they are the worst I literally stood there for 15 min while five of them went on gossiping and having a great time, I was on my way to work so I was on a time restraint and if you go to the the drive thru you would wait longer, they only helped me after a second customer showed up and then there were two of us in line, yet again I had to stand there for 15 min ????

The staff at this CVS was often rude. They also dont follow their own guidelines for when something can be picked up. I dropped off a refill for a 30 day RX on day 25, they told me I could pick it up tomorrow so I said OK and they took my RX. I went back the next day a different person says we cant fill it till tomorrow we argue a bit and I leave and come back tomorrow again the same thing. They wouldnt let me pick it up until day 29. I called a couple other CVS pharmacies and they said their policy is 4 days early. Then I checked the state laws for the exact RX and it stated 7 days early for a 30 day RX so not only do they ignore laws set by the state they also dont know their own rules. Thinking this was a fluke I went again for a refill on a different rx because the location was convenient...the same thing happened.You couldnt pay me to go back there. I dont care if Im in dire pain and having seizures Id rather wait till morning for a real pharmacy to open. Its a shame target sold their pharmacy division to CVS. Never had an issue at target but I expect to now.
