So disappointed they got rid of the fitting rooms. I went in a week ago to see if I could find a dress for an upcoming event, and had a couple in my cart when I asked an associate where the fitting rooms were. She told me they recently got rid of them, but that I could take the dresses I had home and try them on, and then return the ones I was not going to get within 14 days with the tags on. I bought four dresses and did exactly that, but when I tried them on at home and then brought the other three dresses back they told me I could only do an exchange, for the same day. I understand that policies are policies, but you really should consider modifying them if you arent even going to have changing rooms, otherwise I would not have even purchased clothing there in the first place.

Its really disappointing that they closed the fitting rooms, indefinitely I was told, due to theft. They said theyd be closing the bathrooms too. Goodwill still has fitting rooms, so not sure why Savers really needs to get rid of them. Also, I see a lot of things from the dollar store on the shelves priced higher than what theyre worth new. Ridiculous.

A bit pricey. They need to consider that they are used items. Most People buy there because of needs. Most items are just the same as a Walmart or any store of that category. Must work in that area. Otherwise the experience was ok. 👍🏼

What can I say.....this place is ridiculous. Items are used and donated for free yet most of the stuff is way over priced! Half of it should thrown away......ie: chipped and dirty China. They even had items forsale that were given away for free with takeout orders!

I thought this place was a charity store and that honest people work here. Here is my experience, I went to donate few stuffs and mistakenly left my five years old son new tablet in the bag that I donated, I called the store earlier the next morning before they could open for business and even drove there making a complaint that I mistakenly left my sons tablet in the bag, I left my name and my contact number because they said once they find it theyll contact me and even with that, I called and drove there everyday for a whole week only to be told that theres nothing they can do. I ask for security footage to see where it went but I was told there was no cameras. The manager himself told me that they dont receive a lot of tablets in a day so which even makes it easier for them to find I thought, I went into the store only to find almost all the things I donated on the shelf but they dont know where the tablet is and at the end of the day I have to tell my five years old son that hes never getting his tablet back. I am a single mom in school, barely working during this Covid time and my son dont have his tablet to entertain himself while I do my school work .

This is my absolute favorite Savers location - I specifically came to this location when visiting home (now living in Texas) to “find out Savers fittings rooms are not open” however I can go to Khols and Marshall’s to try things on so I will no longer be shopping at Savers due to this which is unfortunate.

Used to really enjoy the deals at Savers but within the past year or two they went up on their prices. They’re not terribly high, but for used clothes they should be a lot cheaper. It’s hard to justify selling an old tee shirt for nearly $10. Go to Good Will to find better prices.

I worked at savers for the donation center and from personal hands on experience from that store. The reason why there is not many workers there is because of the amount of work. Me working at the donation center and picking peoples donations up and making sure that the outside is clean while also making sure the inside of the store where people work on the carts full of donations to make sure that they didnt leave me a mess or the store front and then once thats all done and clean and organize I would have too clean the bathrooms and then sweep the sales floor. I asked my boss why so much and he said its part of my job but however if the donation center person doesnt do it they make the cashiers do it. While working at savers for almost a year I felt unappreciated for my hard work and time. I wouldnt recommend this place to work at for anyone.

As far as shopping this is a three-star experience theres no rhyme or reason to the pricing sometimes with an old non name brand pattern pair of jeans costing $18 for a brand new one with a name brand in perfect condition costing $10. they have many different books but trying to find by a specific author is nearly nonexistent. However the options that they have can be very good or ho-hum depending on when you arrive thats just the nature of a thrift store though. Pricing in general is very fair sometimes you can get really good deals on electronics or sporting equipment and my favorite part about this place is that I can get rid of all the clutter in my house at almost any time.

If you are looking for that extra something, or your not financially about to purchase new items. This deserves a look. There are great items that were barely used and some that have never been. These are all donated and do not necessarily go through a washing process.

Savers has a bit of this and a bit of that for sale in a well lit and reasonably organized space. If you have something to donate you can get a receipt for taxes and a coupon for 20% off a future purchase (can me used the same day).Their donation hours are almost all of the store opening hours.Note: If you have something heavy to unload, bring a friend as the employees are not allowed to unload for you.UPDATE: Every donation equals a 20% off coupon.

Great place to give away the stuff you dont want any more and not have it end up in a landfill. Also a decent place to buy some yard sale type stuff. Great store to shop, however, they tend to over price their items. Much of the time i can buy new for $1-$5 more and sometimes cheaper. Unless you know what you are looking for and how much it costs combined with a special sale day they are having, you will waste money. I understand they are a charity, but they still need to be aware of their clientele that shops there, we are not rich.

Savers is a great place to buy second hand items. I buy most of my clothes here because I can lots of items for a fraction of what theyd cost elsewhere. If youre looking for something specific (I was recently in the market for white womens flats size 8 and they didnt have any) you may not find it there, as they can only sell what is given to them and items are as is, including the occasional stain but those downsides mean little to me when Im on a budget. Just be sure to carefully check over anything youre going to buy and TRY IT ON. If items are donated without a size tag they have to guess. Beyond that I love this store, especially when getting books for my kids or myself.

If you would like to better help your community I suggest donating to Good Will. Savers charge extremely high prices and in some cases charge more for items that where originally payed for when first purchased brand new.
