Both are extremely knowledgable and patient.Took a few visits for me to pull the trigger because I had a lot of questions regarding size and colors. Zero pressure. Excellent customer service! The diamond in my engagement ring that I had for 12 years was was extremely loose with 3 out of the 4 prongs were bent. I was surprised I hadnt lost the diamond yet. They also repolished both my wedding bands! They havent looked this shiny since the day I got them! The service provided by the staff was very professional and friendly, not to mention that they were able to repair and polish my set of rings in less than 2hrs. I thought I would have to wait days for them to send it out for repair. Very happy with the service u received at Barmakian Jewelers!

It’s tough to know where to start or how to put my experience in words, when everything from start to finish was beyond indelible. I also don’t leave reviews but for my experience for something like this, it can’t go unrecognized. I, myself, own only a watch for jewelry. Shopping is usually a chore for me - even when its buying stuff for myself. However, on a fateful day about 2 months ago, I walked into Barmakian Jewelers and in what felt like a stand-still 30 min tops, Cheryl cheerfully consulted and delightfully dialed in my descriptions to about 5 rings.Im not one whos usually drawn to jewelry, the concept often seeming maybe too mystical or at least not in my wheel house. I purchased an Omega Speedmaster Professional from a great salesman named Lee at Barmakian Jewelers in Nashua, NH. It was an excellent experience from beginning to end. I called on a Saturday to see if they had the watch I was looking to purchase. They said didnt have any available but they had a few on order. I received a call the following Saturday to let me know the watch was available. The watch was ready for me when I arrived along with the box and all of the goodies. The price was excellent (best Ive found in person or online) and I was back on the road in less than 30 mins. If I ever buy another Omega, Im going directly back to Barmakian.

Two years ago I had good experiences purchasing one watch and having another serviced. I brought my wife with me there today to look at Omega watches and mentioned how well I had been treated. We stood by the Omega counter for nearly 20 minutes, obviously interested, but we were totally ghosted by the staff. At one point, another couple approached the Omega counter and were immediately greeted by a salesperson and assisted. We waited nearly 30 minutes with not one of the three to four sales personnel in the vicinity ever acknowledging our presence or asking if we needed assistance. Finally, I told my wife we can just drive down to Tourneau or Shreve in Boston. I would rather pay the Mass. sales tax just to be treated decently. You’ve lost my business for good, Barmakian. Plenty of other Omega AD’s to do business with.

I went in to window shop some watches, they have a very nice selection of beautiful watches. Patrick was my salesman and was very knowledgeable and helpful. I ended up buying a very nice Breitling avenger

Emailed about a specific ring I had seen, responded to me minutes after they opened the next day and got it sized for me and out the door in a few hours. Thanks for your help Sascha! This is what the Barmakian jeweler called beautiful rings that are only 10 years old. And then wanted more money to repair. And these cost well over $10,000 when we bought them. If you have a problem with your rings, get ready to jump through hoops because they dont stand by their products. I WILL NEVER GO TO BARMAKIAN AGAIN. SHAMEFUL.

Cheryl was very helpful in choosing a replacement wedding band for my wife of 31 years. I was a little hesitant about a 6 week turnaround, but placed the order. After repeated inquiries about the delivery date, as I made plans for the evening, I was told that it was on schedule and would arrive today, 6 weeks to the day of the order and that this was courier confirmed. Surprise, surprise no delivery. Very disappointed!!!!

My wife and I wanted to have a custom ring made that combined some existing diamonds that were on multiple bands along with some new diamonds and all new bands. Jose guided us through the process and understood exactly the end result we were looking for. When we received the finished rings they were absolutely beautiful together. The stones matched perfectly, and along with help from Joseph, the two wraps and enhanced engagement ring were soldered together to make one gorgeous ring. We couldnt be happier! My first experience here despite having lived in the area my whole life and I must say I regret not having shopped here sooner. The staff showed me around for what I was looking for and actually listened to what I said and then (heres the most important part) left me to browse until I had further questions. Most other jewelry stores hound you from the second you walk in and it was a wonderful breath of fresh air to be left to think and browse until I got an idea of what I wanted. The very friendly associate then returned to get out of the case the item I wanted to buy. I will be returning here for future jewelry and watch purchases.

I am writing my review based off my interaction with him. He was genuinely just a nice guy and not the pushy salesman you might come to expect in a jewelry store. His knowledge and overall excitement for the product was admirable. This store is fortunate to have him and I look forward to working with him in the future when I make my Omega purchase.

My girlfriend and I have been shopping here for 2+ years now. Prices are always reasonable and as an added bonus they offer a military discount which has gone a long way for me. A particular highlight is Marie, the only associate we choose to deal with. Not because the rest are lacking in anyway in customer service, but Marie has always gone out of our way for us. From being patient in actually hearing what I want to get to guiding me through the confusing world that is jewelry, I wouldnt have been so comfortable with it now had it not been for her. A true shining example of customer service.

I purchased an engagement ring from Jose and just cant say enough great things about him. Hes knowledgeable and very attentive to what I was looking for throughout the whole process. I went to shop for an engagement ring with my boyfriend. We are relatively young. The person who helped us seemingly profiled us as being poor because of our age. It was degrading to hear “but this is expensive” at the end of every sentence. We agreed that it did not feel like a welcoming and helpful environment in which to make our decision.

Staff was very helpful. When they didnt have quite what I was looking for they were able to special order a pendant that was perfect.

Things were good for the few minutes I was able to get helped from Lee to show me 4 settings. I explained I was asked for 3 months to come in and choose what I like. I found 1 more ring I wanted see but he had already gone somewhere else. I walked around the rings for a half hour and noone else would even acknowledge me to see if I needed anything. A guy came up to look at rings and a lady immediately approached him without him having to wait. Maybe things would have been better if I had my boyfriend come in with me?

I recently purchased an engagement ring from Barmakian jewelers Nashua location after having a colleague recommend them. I worked with Nicholas Douris who was absolutely wonderful to work with. I had “done my homework” prior to going in but still had some questions and Nick was there to answer them all. When I requested to have a few stones I had found on Barmakians website available to view he made sure they were there and I can’t thank him enough for his help though this process. I would highly recommend this jeweler and will work with them and Nick in the future.

Overall beautiful selection (have a large budget before you go). Salesman was helpful, a felt a tiny bit rushed. Lost a star because he did annoy me a bit by teasing me about where I live, which was awkward after making a several-hudred dollar purchase.

This store is huge with tons of unique items. The staff is attentive but not overbearing. If you want something different for that special person in your life this is the place to get it.

A few months ago, we Came to get ideas for a quality 9.6 c blue sapphire after being told that a designer would be at this Nashua store tue thru fri. Arrived the next day and the gal was not to be there til later in the day. So fine, we realized we should have called. We were then sent upstairs to get some help on design ideas, stones etc. Greeted by a gentleman who we felt was less than enthusiastic so we decided to leave and make an appointment with Theresa who was originally suggested.The right person sometimes makes all the difference! Barmakian’s was very receptive to my concerns that we get the needed time as a large stone is not the easiest project. I cannot say enough about Theresa who, by the way has her undergrad degree in fine art and design and it shows. She first showed me endless possibilities within the design parameters that I wanted and we proceeded to tour the store which has a huge selection in settings. We then discussed in detail the platinum setting.Today, We picked up the large Sapphire which has two classic trapezoids on the sides giving the stone a much updated look to its Lady Diana “ original setting. The custom platinum design work is some of the best contemporary craftsmenship I have seen in a long time. So thank you Theresa and Barmakian’s for being so responsive to our concerns and thank you to the lovely sales ladies on the first floor who are always cordial. Carol Murphy
