Before I start, my boyfriend had already told me how great his experience was when he first bought a ring at Kay’s. He was helped by a sweet lady named Carol. We went back in recently to resize the ring and I was able to meet Carol and was taken care by Lauren. Absolutely amazing ladies. They were so kind and were excited to take care of our needs. It was quick and easy as well as joyful with Carol and Lauren running the store. Lovely experience and I hope to see them again when picking up the ring.
Went to this KAY jewelers to get my ring sized smaller. The lady with orange hair said no problem, since I had the extended service plan on the ring. Came back to pick it up, and it’s the same size! The second person who helped me said that it was their fault, and they sent out my ring with the order having the desired size the same as the initial size! How do you mess up this badly?!

My wife and I were in Kays to buy a piece of jewelry for a Christmas gift. Wile we were shopping, a sales person asked my wife if she wanted to have her rings cleaned. She gave her a ruby, sapphire, diamond and tanzanite rings. Ten minutes later they came back and told my wife that her tanzanite had a crack. This was more than a crack, it almost looked shattered. My wife instantly complained and asked to speak to a manager. We were told no manager was available and they would call us as soon as they could but never did. Every time my wife called they said they were not responsible and that was that. NEVER LET THEM TOUCH YOUR JEWLRY!!
My husband purchased my engagement ring in 2016 and we were married in 2017. Since 2018, my engagement ring has needed to be repaired 6 times and was rebuilt and returned in January 2020 and by March 2020 the center diamond was wiggling again! My husband gave told me I could get a new engagement ring. I called Pheasant Lane and spoke to Janine. I asked her about a specific ring and told her I would be there at a specific time. When I arrived, she looked at my original ring and spoke to me about what was going on. She had the ring I called about set aside for me along with the matching wedding band so I could try them on together. She was beyond helpful with my questions, trying on the same enhancer I had so I could see how it would fit with the engagement ring and was so friendly. She exceeded my expectations of going to Kays during a pandemic. She told me she would keep in touch with me about when I could send my enhancer and new ring out. Thank you Janine for all your help!!

I have given this business many chances and have spent thousands of dollars at this particular location. That being said, every single transaction and nearly every product purchased has been difficult and troublesome. Multiple necklaces have broken and become damaged within the first few months of owning and from light wear. The only way for them to help me with their cheaply made (not cheaply priced) products is to force me to purchase their repair service. This particular bad experience is resulting in this review. The associate girl must have been new and couldn’t figure out how to set up a repair so the senior associate comes over with bad attitude and displeasure to help her. Bad experience with the process and took 30 minutes. They took down my email and my girlfriends to notify us when necklace is ready for pick up. Over a month goes by without any notification. No answer after multiple attempts. Girlfriend is able to get through, they give her attitude and say it ready and proceed to hang up. Very poor professionalism, product, and service. Spend your money elsewhere I regret doing business with these people.
They lost my business today. Bought an engagement ring that broke and lost a stone less than a week after gifting it. Recently missed the sign off inspection and they wont replace the stone. Shame on me, but really shame on them for missed opportunity for customer service. Any offer to fix the situation is better than ZERO attempt to fix the situation.
I just wanted to thank Stacy for helping me find the perfect gift for my daughters 16th birthday. I wasnt sure what to get but she knew the perfect gift a beautiful necklace. My daughter loved it and wears it every day. I highly recommend Stacy at Kay for outstanding customer service and a wonderful friendly personality.
When yesterday to drop my rings off to get dipped with the warranty my husband purchased and was basically talked out of it by one of the guy associates. He said their not that bad and most people get them done I’m may and June . Last time I checked I wear the rings and they are completely yellow gold on the back and I didn’t ask when most people get it done. He was very rude and made it like I couldn’t drop them off for another month we paid for this service to be done once a year when I want to get it done. Will never go back to this Kay jewelers and advise everyone I know not to either . Now I have dirty looking rings. 😡

My mother and I had gone in, just to return an item, when I noticed the new Coach Bold watch, new that day, and a beautiful womens Movado watch, I spoke to the gentleman helping my mom, which I wish I remembered his name, but he was fantastic. He helped up with everything that day. He was able to get me the new Coach Bold for over 50% off, as well as a great deal for my mothers Movado watch. Ive also had great help in the past finding my husbands engagement ring.
Horrible experience. I wanted to pick up an online purchase and I had to deal with 4 different stern and absolutely confused people for more than half an hour to get my item. They were clearly unhappy with me buying online rather through them in store. They ruined our joy of buying my wife a new piece of jewelry Will never even walk in this store and wont recommend anyone to do so.
Brought in a ring to be fixed on 12/1 and they said it would be back by 12/15. Called their number multiple times no one ever answers it. Went in on 1/8 finally and they said they were emailing me which was a blatant lie. They were basically saying it was my fault i was not contacted. The place has awful customer service and I only go back to service my ring. Will never send money here again!
90 % of my Daughters first exp. for wedding rings was a total freaking nightmare!! Luckily eenough, Lauren the newest member to Kays management stepped in and made it a HAPPY ENDING! No pun intended...
This place is one of those places that if you are planing to get married I could recommend except the one on phesant lane mall in Nashua NH. Why you may ask I try to get married and visited for wedding rings and pass more than 3 hours and no one shows to even ask if some is helping us. So I wait another 30 minutes until I said ok my money is not good here lets go to my fiance and then only then when we was in the age of going out a lady says can I help you but it was too late we get a better dial on JC Penney and the employee tell us he is so sorry for the inconvenient happened in the kay Jewelers but I not say every Kay is the same but the really need more employment training to find more efficient way to prevent this on the future
Awful ! Yea they may have beautiful jewelry but their service is beyond just not professional. To get jewelry sized takes 2-4 weeks which isnt exceptable. The people who work their are not understanding of your needs, and thy have a nerve to just dip your jewelry in water for a cleaning. They arent on time for anything and for the price we pay for jewelry they should have quicker services. I will be going else where for my fiancées wedding band.
Horrible customer service! I put a ring on hold there a few months ago, and explained to them that I would be doing a trade in towards the purchase. They did inform me they can not do trade ins there, but would work with another store to do it so I could buy the ring from them. A couple weeks ago I called them after securing the financing from Kays for the ring and let them know that I was ready. I was told by my sales rep that the manager was away until Monday and she would call me back then. No call all week, the following Monday I called back and was told the manager was tied up but she would call me back, no call again. I called corporate on Tuesday and finally got a call back from the manager who informed me she was too busy all week to call me back and in my opinion not very sincere. Come to find out they could not do the trade in and would need me to go to Salem to buy the ring and do the trade in, which is another hour on top of my already two hour drive. The whole time they had my deposit, would not call me back and were not upfront with me about the trade in. So now I have to start the shopping process over again to find the perfect ring like the one they had there. Stay away, not a good place to do business!
This store had the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They were supposed to repair my ring. Instead they lost it, then when it was located they tried to give it to me with damage that wasnt there before it was sent out for repair. The damage was to the point of having to completely replace the ring and the associate treated me as if it was my fault.I suggest never shop here. Truthfully Ive done my research and the only jewelers around that they arent associated with is Bermakian Jewelers. Thats where I will be going for now on.
Really liked this place until yesterday. I took my watch in for service I guess the battery died after 3 years of having it. The employee was polite, the problem I had that really bothered me was that she placed my $1,200 Movado in a plastic ziplock bag!! That made me very upset, it was not a $25 watch from walmart and to top it of it cost me $70 for a damn battery and its going to take 3-4 weeks to get my watch back, nope never again.

The store manager is the only one that I will go to. All the other associates are horrible, have attitude. One was telling her associates to get out because she didnt want to deal with my fiancé and I. How horrible is that? The store manager is the best.

I bought a necklaces in store on a special order.. 6 weeks later they never called me to let me know that they couldnt make the special order. after i had called for two weeks in a row to see if it came in. when i went into the store to see what was going on they told me that they couldnt make the order and that i should try online. so i went to ask for a refund. they told me i couldnt get one because they didnt have any cash on hand. so me being frustrated, i went home without my refund cause i could either wait the 7-14 business day for a check or come back to the store during the weekend. i decided i was going to order the necklace off the internet. which the one i special ordered is right there.. i went to use my kay card only to find out that the company closed my account for no reason. i had a zero balance. they said it was due to inactivity but they glad excepted a payment i made for a perches two months prior. so after they received my last payment they closed my account... even thought i was paying on a mistake they made back then. now i cannot use my kay card and have to re apply for a new card.. i have been a customer for ten years and im sad to say theyre losing my business due to lack of responsibility. i could just easily charge the internet to a different credit card or simple pay in cash like i did when i first went into the store 6 weeks ago but because they refuse to take any responsibility for their own faulty actions im leaving this company ive been with for over 10 years.PS i would give them ZERO stars but they wont allow me to post this without one... so i rate this company with a ZERO
I dropped my rings off over 2 months ago to get sized and Im still waiting to pick them up. Absolute worst customer service. Dont even waste your time or energy.Belden Jewlers is their sister company, even worse than Kays.
Unhelpful and rude, did a stone tightening there and wouldnt honor their warranty because they misspelled my name and the stone came loose. I had to find other avenues to prove that I did the work with them. Spoke to an associate on the phone in a different day to ask a question and she hung up on me at the end of the conversation mid way as I was still speaking.
I went in there to look. They are so pushy!! I used to get my jewelry from them, never again.
