When I first got there I was a little bummed I had to be put on the wait list, but when it was finally time to go in Lydia was super friendly and made the wait worth while. She gave me a rundown of how everything works with covid and made the entire experience awesome. Super happy with the gifts I purchased and my time spent in the store. If anyone’s looking to get great service please make sure to ask for Lydia!!

Always a good experience here. Ive visited a handful of times and the staff is attentive and properly involved in the process of crafting your bear or character. I havent had a bad interaction here and we will continue to back, I am sure.

Weve come here a few times. I love bringing my daughter here. Somehow, we always get the same kind lady. No complaints! She is wonderful, patient, thorough, and not pushy to buy any unnecessary items. She has taken printed coupons, and gift cards from my crappy printer and she has been able to use coupons off my phone. Thank you and I am sorry I dont know your name. But thank you so much for always making my daughter smile. She loves all of her stuffed animals from here! My daughters newest craze is paw patrol. Staff was nice enough to check out the paw patrol stuffed gang and told me how I can order online. Most excited and hope to get them by Christmas!

The staff here are always nice and very helpful, I go here a lot and always feel welcomed even if I go in just to browse.

Employees were very friendly and helpful. Had zero issues getting my sons birthday bear. Will be returning in the future.

Friendly and nice place for kids!!!!

The lady stuffing my bear was extremely rude because my autistic son wanted one of the Hearts that go inside the bear instead of an actual bear or toy. She treated him like he was a thief and repeatedly made him put it back. Finally I told her I would pay for the stupid 10 cent thing and the manager said he could just have it. I used to work at build a bear and never would treat another child like this. We use to give out free hearts and free bows all the time. They ironically dont have a heart here.

Aiden got his birthday bear he turned 4 so the bear costed 4 bucks.. Build a bear is doing a promotion. How ever old ur kid is thats how much it is. Goes up to 14
