10/10 I would recommend.They went above and beyond to replace my screen. After I brought the screen home and tried to put it in with no avail they even came to my house and put it in for me. I really cant say how much I appreciate this type of service.

Good customer service but full of false hope they tell you to call you back at the end of the day we never call you back it’s happened twice they’ve had my window for over a month and a half I actually got my window back about two weeks ago after waiting a month and they set the Glass wrong and broke the clips and never said anything until I brought it home and noticed it I wish I never use them when I’m stuck with them until I get my window back I recommend Portland glass or some other company because These guys suck

Friendly on the phone and in person. Fast work and very affordable. Had two cat-damaged window screens replaced. They told me my screen-material options and their durations; all were reasonably priced. Such a good experience, I immediately brought my parents screen in for replacement as well. My screens and my folks screen were done in less than their 2-week time estimates. Thank you!

5 stars all around! Ive worked with Nashua Glass on a number of miscellaneous projects and theyve been EXCELLENT to work with on every occasion. I most recently had some glass frame inserts cut and provided them incorrect dimensions and they worked with me to remedy the situation and cut them accurately so I could still use the inserts. They saved me time and money and for that I could not be more grateful. They are the ONLY folks I trust with my glass and acrylic needs and I look forward to working with them again and again. Nashua Glass recently replaced six windows in my Hollis Crossing townhouse and I could not be more pleased with their service, their work, and their materials. Dave (owner) coordinated with our HOA to ensure that the specifications for the replacement windows was appropriate, which made things much easier. Installation was expedient, professional and clean, and the folks who installed the windows were able to easily solve the adventures that always appear when replacing original windows. I am VERY pleased with the new windows, they are a huge improvement - no more drafts, and the biggest “problem” I had was my bedroom being too warm for a few nights because I had been so accustomed to the draft from the windows that were replaced. I highly recommend Nashua Glass for their expertise, their workmanship, their product, and for their service.

Very pleased with our custom cut glass counter top. The customer service was fantastic and it was ready very quickly. The prices were fair and reasonable. Cant wait to use them again in the future!

I highly recommend Nashua Glass company. I have used them in the past for my sliding glass door, and the result was a quality service of replacing my glass in the door. They were prompt in scheduling and very helpful. Recently I used their company for my new shower doors. I love my new shower! I went through the whole process in communication with the owner Dave. He was knowledgeable and patient. I didnt really know what type of shower doors to get or much about them, but he guided me through the process and made the whole project go smoothly. Also, the staff is very friendly and always took time to answer questions.

I have old, old windows and old, old combo screens, several of which had been ruined beyond repair. It wasnt an easy job, but Harry was patient, re-did one when it didnt quite fit, and made me a total of 4 new ones, in two sizes, that fit perfectly! Thanks so much for a fantastic job!

Service was great, did replacement in one day

Quick and accessible. I needed a piece of glass cut for an old single pane window. Had no idea or experience with doing this and was able to get the glass, Glazers points, and glazing putty. In and out super quick.

Had some screens fixed for my house they were done on time and the guy was very helpful with a couple of other questions I had

Great service & prompt! I had a service person come out to install screens for our sunporch. He ended up showing me how certain screens can help prevent the sun from coming in and without blocking my view. I love them and my sunporch was even more comfortable as the sun wasnt beating in. Cant wait to be out there again! BTW were is spring?

Good place to get all your glass needs friendly people and good service

This is by far the worse glass company ever. Cheap product, left a mess in my store, installation was HORRIBLE. I will NEVER EVER use this company again. Yes, I did save a few bucks but there goes the saying, pay less receive less. Dont use this company. Pay a little more with Portland Glass or any other glass company in Nashua but stay away from this one.

I spoke to them on the phone, emailed the information they asked for, and never received a quote (even after email receipt was confirmed). I reached out again, and again no response. I guess they don’t need the business!
