Went in for a cleanse and was treated horribly by Cat. She told me to buy it or get out and was actively ignoring me. A worker was trying to help me and apologize but she kept telling him to get away from me. Unbelievable

I went in to grab some brewers yeast. The manager (Kat) informed me they are out but may be getting a shipment that day. She asked if she could contact me if they got it in. Sure enough, she called me when they got it in a few hours later. I didn’t answer the call since I was working but went back there around 6. She wasn’t there but left a container of brewers yeast for me in the back and told her night shift employee to be sure to give it to me. So sweet! Will go back for any other GNC specific items I may need in the future!

Was rushed and cut off by the rude woman wirking there. Planned to go to another location to get what i needed. She told me she would order me my item and it qould arrive in 2 days. Called.gnc corporate and was told 7 days. Im now at day 8 and my stuff is 4 states away still. Terrible service.

Spoke with Kat on the phone briefly, I didnt even get my entire question out before she cut me off with an answer that had nothing to do with the question I was trying to ask. Ill just order from Amazon going forward.

The store was clean and the customer service was excellent.

First time visiting this GNC location and Im glad I did. I found what I needed right away, no issues. The store associate Dan walked me around and showed me more things in the store that I wasnt aware of, very friendly and very helpful. I will happily return as a customer on a regular basis

I went to this location during their normal hours (posted on the website) and they were closed! A very frustrating experience to say the least. This day and age gas and time are not cheap and for me to have to waste a trip only to find out they werent open was a major let down.

Always great to get protein drinks and other supplements here.

Awesome service. Some stuff is pricey but all around good store

Been in this store a million times, never ONCE has anyone ID carded me for pre-workout/BANGs. I clearly look over 18 (I am young though) the salesperson, Matt - who wasnt wearing a nametag btw - asked to see my ID, I said how Ive never been ID carded before and instead of telling me it was a new policy or sorry for the inconvenience but its a procedure like any other person practicing good customer service would do, he said in a snarky manner Well know you have....So I went out to my car, got my ID, made my purchase and will NEVER be back there again. I am a pro member and am considering cutting my GNC ties...

Normally love the store i can go in and get what i need but the other day some ignorant lady decided to give me attitude right before i was going to buy something and question the whether or not i was going to buy something right before i was going to spend 300$ worth of supplement....not going to shop at this gnc again

So disappointed. Came on my lunch break to pick up a Christmas gift for a client only to find that they were not open... during their normal weekday hours. Annoying to say the least.

I do not know if this store is permanently closed or they just do not open during the 3 hours 12 to 3 Ive been trying to go in
