Great customer service and my package arrived quickly. I have enjoyed all of my products so far. The products are very similar to some well known products I used before, at a savings of around 30%. I hope I have as much success as I did before. I am following the diet plan from the other products to compare progress.

I was interested in a product that their competitors had. I emailed Nashua and got the following response. I wish they cared about offering new products and brands to patients instead of sticking with their limited selection.

Nice that you can find a cheaper alternative for IP products. But double check if you need gluten free the filter is not accurate. Received a product with barley in it. Return policy is not customer friendly nor worth the hassle

NN does an exceptional job of standing behind the products it sells. I have placed several orders. This last round, there was a manufacturer problem with a couple boxes of my favorite cereal. NN took care of everything—and fast!

I actually was trying to call my supply store to complain and called Nashua by accident! However it was a great mistake! Yes talked to a young lady Patti, her name is easy, my name is Patty. Patti was absolutely doing her job trying to help me when I realized I had the wrong store? Ooops! What a sweetie she is! She was so kind with my complaint, then directed me to Nashua on line, and placed my order Monday evening, and received it today Thursday and saved a few bucks on the same order, and got a couple of free gifts! I am a Lifetime Member, and Ive never been disappointed. Ive been buying from here for seven years, and I am thrilled.Sure...sometimes I can find what Im looking for cheaper somewhere else. If I do, I buy it somewhere else. That is just the nature of online shopping. However, Ive found Nashua Nutrition to have the largest and most diverse selection, and they ship everything SUPER fast. Most of the time, I have my products two days after Ive ordered.I also love that they let me purchase samples of protein powders. If I am looking for something new, I can purchase a sample saving me tons of money. Rather than shelling out $65 on a huge bag of protein, I can try and then buy what I like.Thank you!!

Customer service is excellent - the prices are high but I have searched the web and have not found them lower anywhere else. If you join for like $10 or $20 (I forget which) you automatically get 10% off every order plus they run good specials sales and offer free shipping for a modest purchase. And the people who work there are super nice.

Only reason they get any stars is because the customers service was good but the place is a rip off. Prices are way more than they should be.
