Kris Hamilton has gone above and beyond to help me with my above ground pool. She is very knowledgeable and always willing to offer guidance and support. Her store is clean and staff is friendly. She recommended the Elite above ground pool cover and I am very happy with it. It is durable and strong. I highly recommend shopping this store. You won’t be disappointed.
The Nashua Namco store excels in customer service. The Manager, Kris Hamilton is amazing and always at the ready with supplies and guidance on complete care of your pool needs. The store is clean, well stocked and her staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They recommended the Elite pool cover for our above ground pool, The cover is fantastic and quality made for our winter closing. This store is HIGHLY recommended for all of pool needs. 5 stars ⭐️… -CJ
Very pleased with my services here at Nasha Namco, Annabelle, I think her name was, convinced me to buy one of their best hot tubs! Enjoy it every day.
I’ve always had the best experience when I come here, everybody’s right on top of getting me what I need and fast. I would not choose any other namco or pool store than this one.
This store and particularly, Kris, the store manager is exceptional, they are extremely knowledgeable, far more than most pool stores. They go out of their way to assist with everything in a friendly manner. They know what they are talking about and offer advice on everything to do with pools, it is not often that customers get this kind of service and attention from a store, particularly a pool store.
Love this store!!! Would recommend it to anyone! ! Awesome customer service and very patient and knowledgeable with my many questions! ☆☆☆☆☆
Chris was extremely helpful when I was having trouble with my pump that i had bought there a year ago. She was courteous, helpful, and gave the best resolution to the problem that I could have come to. Thank you Chris!
DO NOT ORDER ANY POOLS FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Be aware!!! They have terrible Customer service! I bought my pool last year and after spending over 5K I still don’t have a pool. Parts came at different times with missing pieces. I hired 3 different people to install the pool and every time a piece was missing and they had to stop. I would call complaining about the issue, they would place a new order only for it to be wrong again! I had my last deliver 2 weeks ago and again today had someone start to build the pool only to say the pieces are wrong! Call the store only for them to say, “we are not taking any orders” come one! I still don’t have a pool. How can they still be in business! I’m going to be finally a complaint with the BBB!
Terrible customer service at the corporate level! Our installation order was never sent in for scheduling. After five phone calls and several emails we never received a response with any resolution from them. During one call I was told the installation scheduler was not taking calls, and during another I had to tell the representative she needed to take my phone number for a return call, that was never received. When we bought our pool we were told we would have an installation date in May, during one phone call we were told late June/early July. Finally heard from the installation company with only one option for May, that we either had to take or not have it installed until much later. Never hear back from anyone with Namco except for an email saying they would look into the issue.
Worst money I’ve ever spent. Stay away! NO ONE follows up. Even the installers did a no call no show twice. I bought the pool over a year ago and it is still not installed. We spent over 10K and bought everything they had to offer. Now they say it will be more money! They can keep it. Looks like there are many similar reviews on here with the same generic response to all! Was going to buy a hot tub too-yeah right lol. If I could score a zero I would. Let’s all go to the better business bureau! I know I am!Thought I would add today that nothing has been resolved. Clearly customer service is not a priority here! They take your money and run! I want my money back! Bought 8/11 last year-still not installed. No one calls or looks into it. I’ve filed a claim with the better business bureau (Namco is not accredited by them btw-not surprised) messaged on Facebook, emailed customer service, called customer service, called/texted the installers and went back to the store again and no one did anything. Still no pool. Here’s another update - my pool is still not installed! Not one follow up call! I can’t even believe this is happening!
Zarionny was my sales person and she was amazing! Cant wait to get my new pool-thanks Namco!
Horrible service!!!! Reached out to their customer service department several times still no reply!
Purchase my pool back in March and I knew with the pandemic there was gonna be a delay however I got a delivery date From the staff and hired people to install my pool only to have it not delivered on the delivery date! I have called several times they keep giving me the runaround! This morning none of their phones work except for the sales department! They have no problem placing orders when they know they cannot commit to when you’re going to get them! I feel like I got scammed! I have no idea when I’m going to be able to get my pool. $6000 into this and I’m ready to call a lawyer!
They dont answer phone. Why have one?
I ordered an above ground pool from Namco, the salesman who sold us the pool was very nice. But everything after that has been horrible. NO ONE ever answers the store phone. When they do, you get put on hold for over 20 minutes and no one returns to pick the phone up. I have been trying for over 2 weeks to talk to the about my delivery date and no one can seem to help me with that. Their customer service is the worst ive ever experienced.
Sales staff are nice. Installation department terrible. Buy your pool from them if you have to but dont get it installed by them. Find someone else to install for you. Bought my pool in Feb 2020. Still not installed.....all ive heard are a bunch of excuses and have been assigned 3 different contractors, buy a pool in Feb you would think you would be one of the first ones to get installed in the spring. Very disappointed with installation coordinators/dept.
Ordered a pool may 3 2020, was told we’d have it 5-7 business 12 being a long shot. Haven’t received our pool and can’t get in touch WITH ANYONE!!!! I would’ve given them a star less but the guy that sold us the pool was good. We live over two hours away and drove out and paid up front.
My go to store since a part time temporary assistant to the manager, Lissa responded to my call to the store for help with a negative experience, late on a Friday afternoon. She offered a sensitive solution which displayed competency and proficiency at a level far beyond what I had requested.
The communications of this shop is horrible. They don’t honor dates, or even give you the respect of returning your calls or emails.Namco has no problem taking your money, but can’t be bothered to give you a date for your pool to arrive and lie about installation dates.Absolutely the worst company I’ve ever dealt with.
I have tried to get in touch with the someone at the store for days. Nobody ever answers. Dont waste your time.
I highly DO NOT recommend. This company was awful. The employees didn’t know what they were talking about at all, I knew more about the pool we were interested in then they did. We got everything run up for delivery and then they didn’t know when it would be delivered. Half the stuff we purchased was missing from the delivery, we had to make another two trips to pick up the missing items because like I said before the employees didn’t know what they were talking about. Then we purchased the installation through them as well and the company they set us up with was also equally unorganized and unprofessional. For the work they did my husband could have put it up and saved us the $1200. They literally leveled out the ground, and put the pool together. They didn’t finish putting the filter and pump together and if they were to dig the electrical trench it would’ve been $500 more. Also they don’t tell you that on top of the installation price of $1200 you’ll have to pay an electrician at least $1500 to come and ground the pool and get it connected to a power source and that’s a moderate price. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! The more expensive company’s are definitely better and I would go and recommend them for future reference to anyone!
Great experience at Namco in Nashua NH. We just bought our first above ground pool. We worked with Lindsey. She was very friendly and helpful. Great customer service!
Waited for 30 min to talk to someone about a pool, the lady was rude, did not seem to care about the sell, there were a lot of other people waiting to be helped on the store but it seem no one cared about their customers. Although we wanted to purchase a pool, we left and will buy from another store. Will not recommend this store to anyone.
Very helpful and knowledgeable
Bought another pool ladder to replace the deck and ladder that rusted out shortly after we got it. This service person gave us the name of someone who might be willing to look into our complaint about after spending over 2 grand plus that it rusted out so soon after purchase. Will keep you posted.
I had to take over all of the pool duties at my house and pretty much had no idea what I was doing. James was a great help to me and super friendly. My pool was green and I couldnt figure out how to clear it out. He gave me a tutorial in all of the finer points and even came over to my house on a hot day and taught me about everything from using the vaccume to cleaning out the filter. Im a single dad and the pool was taking all of my time even though I have my own business. A couple of days later the kids are swimming and having a great time. Hes a real pro.
We have ordered our first pool and we got it and we were told about 2 weeks later they would come for installation it has been four weeks I try to get ahold of the store it’s like nobody works there because it’s impossible to get ahold of anyone there!!
The pool buying experience at Namco has been an absolute nightmare. We bought our pool in February. We were told that we were one of the first customers on their list and would have our pool installed well before Memorial Day. Its been 6 weeks since the pool was delivered in boxes in my yard and we have had one problem after another. Firstly, the number one install guy was difficult to track down. While I understand that weather and personal conflict can impede the progress of any work, Namco failed to take the reigns and solve the problem. Rather, we were the ones who had to keep calling and asking when the install would actually begin. The day the installer actually came, he was only in our yard for 15 minutes before he told us that he wouldnt be able to install the pool because it was too close to our house. My husband and I were both surprised to hear this because we had our yard surveyed before and thought we had adequate space for the pool. That was another day of work lost while we had to call the town only to find out we were right and there was no issue with the space that in which we wanted to have to pool. Meanwhile, we have been waiting to have a fence installed after the pool was actually in and have now had to postpone that installment three different times. It was more phone calls and back-and-forth and more lost days trying to get in touch with the installer and with Namco to help us solve this problem. At first we were told that this was their number one install guy and their second installer was not as highly recommended. This left us concerned and not confident in their second installer. When another week was lost and information not correctly reported I called to ask to switch installers. I explained my sincere concerns and my lack of confidence in this install process especially after what they told us about their second installer. However, we felt we had to move on because we were getting nowhere. Now we have been told with the second installer that our yard needs to be blasted down because we have ledge. This is, at least, another $12-$1500 above the install price that we were not expecting to pay. While I understand our yard may be a difficult situation, perhaps Namco should have had someone come out to our yard to look at it personally before this process began. This entire experience has been absurd and I am quite furious that I am paying for a pool that is in my yard in deteriorating boxes. Add to that the headache of not having someone at Namco willing to help and get answers for us. Not only do we not have our pool in time for the Memorial Day cookout I had to cancel, we dont even have a yard. Instead, we have a bunch of ugly boxes breaking down as the rain continues on. If I could rate zero stars for this wretched company I would. We chose Namco to save a little money only to have this horrendous experience in return. My recommendation to anyone reading reviews and researching is to spend a little more money and go with a local, reputable company. I more than regret not doing so.
Awful....just awful. Awkward experience as the space is huge but empty and totally silent. Invest in a couple speakers and a little free Pandora for goodness sake!!! Staff mostly terrible.....with the occasional exception. Wish I could post the picture that states something like if you take a cart outside....bring it back. Really?! Kinda rude....god forbid one of you go shag a couple carts while doing absolutely nothing inside and getting paid for it. Overpriced, less than acceptable staff, uncomfortable atmospherics inside, and of course, the welcome sign on the door. Hopefully I can find where to post the pic of it. Check out Rogers Pool in Lowell. Local small mom and pop business. Wonderful in there.
Good advice, I would go back. Good prices
Aside from being an unorganized mess this location likes to place sale prices in front of the products and then when you get to the register ring up the regular price. If you catch it and tell them its on sale at a lower price they will tell you it isnt - and, when you walk them over to SHOW them the sale sign they shrug and say I dont know what to tell you. Seriously? Pretty sure there must be some law against doing this. False advertising. Complaining to the state might help which is exactly what I have done. Go any place else other then here to get your pool supplies they are a ripoff.
My husband went there and they did not close for another half hour but they did not want to let him in. He banged on door until someone opened it and they proceeded to tell him their computers were down he said you are open for another half an hour I need this small jet piece. They said if he had cash he could get the part. I have gone in a few times over the last year and there is never anyone to help you. They lose the keys to registers and have only one line open. They are rude and don’t bother to address you or acknowledge you. I have no idea how they are still in business. I would give zero stars if I could.
I stopped by earlier today and even though the store will not be open until the weekend the store representative invited me to walk through the store to see all the new pools and items for this season.
Stopped going last year. Quality of their chemicals didn’t seem on par and staff not exactly engaging. They were much better when they were in the big store front (now a NH state liquor store) before the think they had financial woes.
Good, but more of an aboveground pool store
Had exactly what we wanted for a good price!
They need professional sales people immediately
Great company, everyone in the store is so helpful. HIGHLY recommend
I felt like I was training the Namco employee when I went in to buy chemicals. After 25 minutes I left with nothing but frustration.
Horrible. Just felt like in a Golf&Ski store where you are being belittled even after spending tons on money with younger staff that thinks that they are so special just like Sophia in the Salem store of NH. I tried to be nice talking and telling her that it was our first pool buying experience and she was showing off that she was previously the manager in the Manchester NH store. She was so rude and kept making those facial expressions, like why are you asking all of those questions, not knowing that I was ready to spend 7 to 8000 $s. Actually she did me a favor because we walked out of there and did not give them the business. Namco should be checking on their employees qualifications. Sophia was acting like a spoiled teenager and being rude and disrespectful to NAMCOs customers. She definitively lost a customer for NAMCO. Lets see how far she will get in her career as rude sales person....good luck!!!!!
When in to look at a inground automatic pool cleaner. Supply was low, everything was unboxed, and there was no pricing on anything. They had a aquabot rebate form, but no aquabots in the store to choose from.
Junk. The lady that helped us looked Like a half baked chicken nugget and didn’t know what she was talking about, then the next guy she asked didn’t know anything either. They ended up sending us to Lesley’s and they helped us find what we needed, the moral of the story is if you know what you need get it online, or go somewhere that knows what they are talking about! Thanks you Lesley’s.
I called 4 times during business hours and nobody answers the phone. I dont care how busy you are, hire someone to answer the phone.
I buy all my pool supplies here. Prices are fair and they have everything needed
New Namco is off to a great start!
Disorganized with spotty service
New staff is great!
Been calling for three days. Why the hell do these people not answer their phone?
Great service!
