This is the second time I have purchased a hot tub here. I was very pleased to find out my new house was in the delivery area. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable, and their service folks are fast and tech savvy. A great place all around.

Their service was great and they were very responsive to any questions we had. When we needed to get a crack fixed on our tub and they came out immediately and fixed it for us, free of charge. We had searched around at a lot of other hot tub stores, and Oasis was by far our favorite. We found a great quality tub for a fair price. I would definitely recommend Oasis to anyone.

We bought the Hot Spring Triumph, it was delivered during the winter and filling it was not possible until now. When filled the remote control went whacky and did not work. Best purchase we’ve made during Covid! This was our first experience buying a hot tub. It took multiple visits to Oasis to find the best tub for our big family. They had such a great selection in the showroom which helped us visualize and find the best tub, our salesperson Mary was great! We decided to with a huge bull frog tub and it was delivered and installed, during Covid, without a problem. We have been enjoying our tub daily, nightly and in between. Our tub is almost 13 years old! For the few troubles weve had along the way, the service has kept us loyal and happy! Justin is the most professional, knowledgable and personable service tech known to man! He is an employee you want on your team for sure. My husband just tried to fix our most recent issue without success, and Justin came out with his huge smile and expert knowledge and saved us a world of frustration.

The guys from Oasis were AWESOME. The delivery was smooth and timely and so was the brief training. I had issues with the sound system and after calling Oasis they sent someone out the same day to resolve the issue. We bought the Bullfrog M7 from Oasis and the headrests broke literally on the first use. The cover came damaged and the tub cabinet is less than perfect. After notifying Oasis of these issues, we have received nothing but lip service. Now, many months later, more headrests have broken and aside from email promises from Oasis, we have received no service. Id recommend not using Oasis and avoid the Bullfrog, its overpriced and the cabinet, headrests, and cover are not of high quality.

My husband and I recently purchased a Hot Springs hot tub from Oasis. We stopped in the store to get an education on hot tubs. Tom was our salesman and he brought us around the store showing us what options were best for us. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and did not pressure us in any way. Based on price, quality and service we decided to buy it. A few weeks later we had it delivered and installed by John and the installation team. Everything went smoothly and we had the tub up and running that night. What really impressed us was about a week later the heating light on our tub was off. I called Oasis at noon and by 3:00 p.m. Justin was at our home diagnosing the problem. It wasnt the tub but an electrical circuit issue. Justin said that if my electrician needed any information or help hed be glad to talk him through resolving the issue. It was easily fixed and weve been enjoying our tub daily. We have had such a positive experience with Oasis that we would truly recommend Oasis to anyone thinking of getting a hot tub.

I shopped two other competitors when I first moved into my house over a year ago and was not sold on a hot tub at the time. One of those companies never got back to me at all and their review shows it. I must say Oasis is the top rated Spa company in the area for a reason and I can clearly see the difference. I stopped by Oasis one day while I was getting my car serviced. I was impressed with the offering they had and knowledge of the salesman Steve who was able to answer all of questions and I never felt pressured to make a decision on the spot to purchase. I like that Oasis has a great range of hot tubs in terms of price so I was able to fit within my budget. I made several more trips back and Steve was very patient answering all of my questions and I decided to make the purchase for the Bullfrog. The hot tub was delivered yesterday and the delivery crew was just as friendly and knowledgeable as Steve taking the time to answer all my questions. The hot tub is great so far and I made the right decision as opposed to getting a pool which I would only be able use 3 months out of the year! If you are considering a hot tub or think they are too expensive shop Oasis!

Oasis is a professional group of folks that are interested in making your home the Oasis of Relaxation that it should be. I found them around 10 years ago after my first Hot Tub purchase went south due to the business that sold it not managing the service of the tub. This led to major frustration and ultimately led to the old tub not lasting as long as it should have. When a business doesnt service what they sell the consumer is left out in the cold and made to rely on contract workers that have no skin in the game. Oasis was helpful with their time many years ago on making my old tub adequate for use. They never pressured me to upgrade to a better working tub, they just treated me as if i was already a customer. When it came time for me to buy a new Therapeutic Hot Tub I returned to Oasis. The professionalism of everyone who works there is exemplary. From the test soak, to the install and then with the follow up, Oasis is a business that wants their customers to be happy, healthy and satisfied. I have been averaging a tub and a half per day since January and the Bullfrog Therapeutic Hot Tub has made a huge difference in my health and wellness. Thanks to the Crew at Oasis-You Guys Rock.

My husband and I bought our hot tub from Oasis in Nov 2017. Oasis was my last stop on my tour of hot tub dealers and I wish it would have been my first. Steve and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the entire process, making it smooth and painless. He took us around the showroom, explained our different options, the benefits for each spa and helped us make our decision.We decided on the Bullfrog A8D (slate surround, platinum surround, and midnight jetpacks) with 2 loungers (so we dont have to fight over who gets to recline) and Life Audio so we can listen to music via Bluetooth. The interchangeable JetPacks mean that we can have whichever jets in the seat of our choosing. You wont find another hot tub that is nearly as customizable. It also decreases the amount of potential leak points and is better insulated. We are in our hot tub at least twice per day. After just 3 days, my sleep has improved, my stress & anxiety have decreased, and my skin feels better in this New England winter (which I didnt expect!) I wish I would have gotten one sooner!If youre shopping around for a hot tub, stop and see the folks at Oasis. They can answer all of your questions and lay out all of your options and help you make a decision. I love hot tub life! Speaking of which, Im getting back in there now!

Over this past weekend my wife and I purchased a bullfrog A7L hot tub. We started this process back in February of researching hot tubs and this was our first and eventually only stop. The manager Steve was was amazing and we were impressed with his knowledge of the features of all their models, and answered all our questions. We spent over an hr in their display model tub customizing our jet packs for our bullfrog tub and he was more than accommodating to us as we went back in forth working out our customization. If you want a friendly, knowledgeable staff encounter and no pressure to buy environment I highly recommend this place.

Salesperson (Steve) was exceptionally knowledgeable and very patient. He answered all questions and thoroughly explained the improvements in technology from our old circa 2007 spa. Install team was incredible - very organized, clean, efficient, removed old tub and explained initial fill-up and chemical balancing. The install team was accommodating to our new construction and worked with my contractor to ensure a proper install site and location. The setup team came out and walked me through the spa, it’s operation and maintenance. As I said, so far it has been truly fantastic. My family has been enjoying it for a month now and we look forward to it continuing year round.

Purchased a Hot Springs spa from Oasis this past summer. They have great selection of tubs and we went with a Hot Springs Grande and could not be happier. Steve and the Oasis team are super knowledgeable and guided me through all the site prep options. Once the tub arrived the team was very professional and gave a good overview of the maintenance and cleaning. I have to say there’s not much required - we went with the salt option and it’s been minimal tweaks to water. I also commend the Oasis team as they are very good with “after purchase” support. My emails with questions and calls are always answered promptly. If you are looking for a hot tub go with Oasis.

Steve was great to deal with! We ended up with the Hot Springs Pulse which has been great for our family. The delivery was straight forward with no issues. The ease of use of the hot tub is outstanding. Not having a hot tub prior we were nervous of the maintenance, after receiving, this is no longer a concern. Oasis is a great place to go to get knowledge and even a better place to make your final purchase.

I bought a Hot Spot hot tub in 1999 from Oasis. I have been enjoying it continually since that time. Anytime I had a question a simple phone call to the folks at Oasis resolved the issue. I easily order all my stuff from them through the mail. As an interior painter for 20 years I can tell you that I am in much better shape getting in to the hot tub every single day. I swear the world would be a more peaceful place if everyone would/could relax for a little while every day in a tub of hot water. My tub is the smallest they had at the time, comfortable for two people, perfect for me and my partner. Easy to maintain. If youre thinking about getting one dont wait. You wont regret it.

We had a giant hot tub (take the giant hot tub in your mind and make it more giant!) Taken from one area of a brick patio over to a new deck on other side of property. The used a crane service to accomplish it - the coordination between Oasis and the crane company was awesome! They arrived, knew exactly what to do and got it done - perfect job - thank you guys very much for this and all your continued great service!

I was having some issues with my new tub shutting down daily. Upon my first call Justin came over virtually immediately and he began investigating. He checked multiple items within the tub and determined it was external to the tub. He then went above and beyond to ensure the issue was resolved. Not only was he instrumental in resolving the issue but knowing that I had back surgery earlier in the day he even asked if he could assist me in getting anything else done around the house such as moving object etc. The amazing service provided by him and the wonderful staff at the store are truly examples what customer service should be .Thank You,Alex Stone

Everyone at Oasis Hot Tub are fantastic. First off, when considering purchasing, they are VERY low-key; no pressure. We got to sample the hot tub in the showroom before we purchased. Steve was very helpful and knowledgeable and we are totally happy with our hottub and have been using it almost daily since we got it, 13 months ago. Service is great; I also buy all our supplies in the store. We have a Bullfrog model which seats 5 people. We also purchased a Big Green Egg grill and Seaside Casual outdoor furniture from Oasis. Their prices are very competitive and one reason we ended up purchasing everything for our new deck from Oasis is their friendly, relaxed, helpful atmosphere.

From the first minutes we saw the experience there was different: no pushing sales, no downplaying of other products, just common sense and good advice. My site wasnt ready to accept a new hot tub until almost a year later, Steve from Oasis only sent a kind email asking if he could help. The contractor they recommended did a fabulous job, we went back to purchase and we were very pleased with the overall experience. Delivery was fantastic, very professional and they spent time with me to go over all the details of the hot tub and water maintenance. I went back to purchase some chemicals and talked with Steve again: his suggestions and tips were very helpful as usual, I never felt I was pressured to buy anything or that I couldnt spend more time there.As I said, I researched a lot of dealers and products and I was very pleased with what I found at Oasis Hot Tub and Sauna.

Oasis saved our Christmas. We purchased a hot tub online with a less than reputable company. After months of being delayed and then being told it wouldnt arrive in time for Christmas, we started to scramble. We made the drive to Oasis to see what they had in stock and if they could help us. They were amazing!!! There was no pressure to buy anything - they showed us what was available and gave us some suggestions. We wound up buying a 2014 Grandee NXT and we LOVE it. They moved heaven and earth and were able to deliver it to us the following week - just in time for Christmas. Although we spent more than we had planned to with the online company, the customer service more than made up for it. When I spoke to Tom the first time, he even said, even if you dont buy from us - buy from a local company. Dont deal with online companies. Boy, was he right. I know that Oasis will be there to back up their product and help us with any problems we might have. We already have a Big Green Egg in our sights and will be heading back to see Tom and gang for that purchase.

I bought my hot tub from Oasis almost 18 years ago. I am still using the same tub almost every night, and I get my supplies from them still. Steve Lopez has been with them for a long time, almost ten years, and is extremely knowledgeable about all the products, and easy to work with. I would not hesitate to purchase my tub from Oasis.

UPDATE: After 2 years enjoying our hot tub, it began acting up and the remote control, plus docking station was not functioning as it should. I called the Oasis store, explained my problems and was referred to Justin in Service. Justin was very friendly, attentive to my needs and first offered me suggestions on how I might try to fix the issues myself to avoid a service call, but told me to call back if I could not fix it myself. Well, the issues with the tub not only continued, it appeared to get worse, so I called Justin back. He immediately diagnosed the problem and told me he knew just what was wrong. An appointment date was set for a service call and Justin arrived punctually with his partner Jason. The faulty parts were replaced in a short period of time, the necessary software for the system upgraded-downloaded and I could not be happier with the service I received. Justin made sure that he system was running perfect before he left and gave me the feeling that he actually cared about customers.My wife and I were considering buying a Hot Tub and before making our purchase did a lot of “research” and read several “reviews” of available products and providers. We narrowed our search down and decided on a Hot Springs “NXT Jetsetter” model, Tuscan Sun Shell color, with Mocha color cabinet. Several calls were made, as well as visits to various stores, but I was quite impressed after a phone call made to “OASIS Hot Tub & Sauna” in Nashua was received by a very friendly and knowledgeable sales representative (Tom M). We chatted for some time and he answered any questions I had and told me he actually had the model and color hot tub I wanted in stock on the showroom floor. My wife and I made the hour long trip from our residence to the store and were pleasantly pleased to see the tub we wanted in “real life” and you might say it was “love at first sight”. Tom stayed with us and was very helpful to answer any questions and explained our options without any pressure what so ever. After consulting with the owner, Steve, we were allowed and agreed to purchase the floor model as it was the tub we wanted and would not have to wait 4-6 more weeks to order another. Delivery was also set up and scheduled in a timely fashion by their coordinator, Jean who showed up with his crew on the date arranged and insured the tub was placed and set up with accessories. We could not be happier with our purchase and attention from the staff at Oasis Hot Tub & Sauna in Nashua, NH.

Steve is the best salesman and was very helpful with every stage, from sales to follow up phone questions after the tub was set up. There was no hard selling, no up-selling, no pushy follow up calls after our first visit to see what our hot tub options were. We soaked in all the tubs they had in the showroom, learning all the features of the various tub models. It was a very relaxing shopping experience! Steve only tried to help us understand what the best products were based on our needs. We looked at other showrooms in the Boston Metro area and they did not come close to the excellent experience we had at Oasis. It was well worth the drive to NH from the metro west suburbs.Steves helpfulness alone would make me recommend Oasis to others and come back for chemicals, upgrades. He defines excellent customer service! The delivery crew was also great and they delivered the unit 4 weeks after we purchased it (exactly what we were told would happen). They had a hard time pushing the unit up our small hill, but we did it. My only regret is spending a few minutes together deciding which side to locate the cover and seating. We had the preconceived idea that we needed the panel door facing the house, but did not think too much about the seating views. Now that the unit is set up and running, in hindsite, we probably would have flipped the unit the other way to have the seats look the other way. The crew could have paused to ask this question, or even recommended a solution. They did ask which side we wanted the cover, but did not add their own ideas. They were very friendly, helpful, courteous, and fast.

They couldnt have been nicer or provided better customer service. When we first looked at hot tubs we werent quite ready to buy, and Tom very kindly kept us updated via email about sales and promotions. Thats what prompted us to return before their big sale in September ended, and we got a great deal! They had already made a visit to our house months before to advise on how to get the tub placed on the back deck, and what we needed to have done to reinforce the deck. So when that sale came, we were ready to buy it! Everything is great, and they are happy to receive phone call questions as we were getting used to how to check the balance on the new salt system--which is soo easy to maintain. Great company, and very nice, understanding staff!

We worked with Steve at Oasis during our process of research, trying out and buying our spa. We ended up with the Bullfrog R600 series. Oasis did a great job of giving us all the information and things to think about when buying a spa. We spent a half hour in their tub trying different jets out. Steve was very patient, answered all our questions and helped us with decisions. There was never any pressure. We checked around and I thought the Bullfrog product fit our needs the best. The pricing ranges about like everyone else but I felt more secure buying from Oasis who have been around awhile. Its a big purchase and wanted to be able to work with people in person and not over the phone or internet.They have great setup people and walk you through the startup and they are there for those later questions.The spa gets used more then once a day and we have been very happy.

After thinking I had negotiated the price of a new hot tub cover to be delivered and installed to my existing lift carrier, I found I had been misled about the true discount I was receiving. When trying to get the numbers verified, I was ignored and told I didnt appreciate the value of the service I was receiving.I had been a happy and loyal customer for over six years, but this changed my opinion.

We had the pleasure of having Oasis Hot Tub & Sauna install a Finnleo sauna in our home this week. My husband and I have used the sauna at our gym for years and we finally decided that it was time to have our own at home. Everyone at Oasis was wonderful throughout the entire process as they helped choose the perfect sauna for our home. They went above and beyond what we expected and they provided top-notch customer service before, during, and after the sauna installation was complete. As far as the Finnleo sauna is concerned, we love everything about it! Bob installed it—his attention to detail is unsurpassed—and we have used it every night since it went in. We stopped by Oasis this weekend to pick up Eucalyptus and Birch fragrances and Steve took the extra time to educate us on the care and maintenance (virtually none!) of our new sauna and to tell us about the custom sauna designs he was working on for another customer; the possibilities for hot tubs and saunas are endless and with the people at Oasis as a resource for design and installation, you truly can’t go wrong! For the first time in over 20 years, I don’t take a pill for my arthritis pain. My new pain reliever is my Bull Frog hot tub. The heat and massage coming out of the powerful, perfectly-orchestrated jets has stopped my daily pain as if I had replacement surgery on all these joints. Even I can’t believe it. Today I was only buying supplies. We have purchased two Hot Tubs from them over the years and always great customer service with expert knowledge.

My wife Helen and I dealt mostly with Steve at Oasis as we were looking to purchase a hot tub. We educated ourselves before going to Oasis by using the internet and talking to people who had hot tubs. We shopped at several places before we shopped at Oasis.The difference between Oasis and the other places we shopped was like night and day. At other places we found that we knew more about hot tubs than the sales people and / or we felt rushed / pressured to make a purchase. At Oasis we felt very comfortable and we were able to share and discuss our research with Steve.We were partial to the Hot Springs hot tubs initially but discussed the differences between Hot Springs and BullFrog with Steve. He is very knowledgeable about both products and has had firsthand experience at home with each product. It didnt matter to him which product we got as long as we were happy with what we purchased.We made several visits to Oasis and had two separate visits sampling their hot tubs. Never any pressure! What a pleasant surprise that was. Steves a great guy that just wanted us to be happy with our purchase.We eventually decided to purchase a BullFrog A7L and have thoroughly enjoyed it since its installation about six weeks ago.Oasis has given us some excellent phone support as we were very nervous about when, what and how much chemicals we should be using. Oasis was VERY understanding and patient with us on these calls.We did experience a small leak after installation and that was handled the same day as when we reported it. Turns out there was a fitting that was not tight enough and it took the service guy just a couple of minutes to diagnose and fix the problems. He too was very friendly and knowledgeable.We highly recommend Oasis, Steve and BullFrog with its extraordinary jetpack technology to anyone who is considering purchasing a hot tub.Jack & Helen Page
