John and Music City Clocks are great folks and very reliable. They helped fix our grandfather clock that has been in our family for generations and we love the sound of the chimes now that it is working again. John was great. I had a new cuckoo clock I couldn’t get to run that my parents got me from Germany. It had a warranty but only select companies in the US and none in Nashville. He popped off the back and immediately knew the cause. Had it running in minutes. He was polite and friendly. I will definitely call him if I have any issues with any clocks.
