Nice people and a really fair price.

Got a decent car for a decent price. I was not told the headlight nor license plate light was out, when I called to let them know, as I had driven 3hrs to pick it up, they had no clue, hadn’t even checked it. To make matters worse, I received a ripped title and it’s been a week, no duplicate. The signed affidavit they had given me did not work for registration nor the original title! People, take a mechanic before purchasing. After informing them about the lights, they offered to reimburse me through cashapp, then said a check. Which I probably won’t receive like the Title. Never in my 34yrs experienced such horrible service when purchasing a vehicle nor ran into any issues. If you’re looking to purchase a vehicle, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! This is not the place!!!!

Fantastic group of people. I found a vehicle through the OfferUp app and they were quick to respond. After discussing the particulars of said vehicle and passing on it (out of my preferred price range) they told me about another vehicle. We were on our way home from our Sons basic training graduation down in Georgia when our vehicle started shaking real bad. We took it to a local mechanic and he said it was the tires, but didnt have any and recommended this place. We called an hour before closing and they said theyd order them and get them on as soon as possible the next day. They were extremely busy and explained it may be later in the afternoon before it was done, but he knew we needed us to get back to South Dakota to our other children and kept me updated all morning . As soon as the the tires came in, he called and got them on two hours earlier than planned. Great tires. Great prices. Great service!!!!!!!! Very very satisfied!!!!!! Highly recommend !!!!

If I could leave more then 5 stars I would! Our tire was punctured by a giant bolt on I-65. We tried to replace it with our spare but our spare wasnt holding any air. After waiting for about 3 hours for a tow truck we were finally picked up and brought to their shop. They stayed open an hour later then their operating hours for us and when we got there they swapped out our tire which took all of maybe 5mins. They were super nice to us and only charged us $30 for a used tire so we could be on our way back to Michigan. They really did show us some true southern hospitality!

I searched for two days for a good running car. Car lots just kept tryna rip me off. Elite auto group not only placed me in a food running car they worked with me on down payment and total car price and washed my car had it looking so nice pulling it off the lot. Absolutely amazing experience of service. i was on lunch break and realized i had a flat tire, i called them as they were closest and a guy named Ferria picked up and said they could plug my tire asap. as soon as i drove up he was there and acknowledged me with a nod that he expected me and had my tire off and in the garage in 2 minutes, while they were plugging, airing and reinstalling my tire, i was able to pay a great price for the service and i was done. the entire process took 5 minutes and i was ready to leave. if you need basic tire maintenance or repair you would be foolish to not give them your business. 5/5 would go back

These guys are great! My car told me I needed spark plugs so I went and bought them and asked how much they would charge. They took a look at the car and told me I didnt need it. They changed my breaks for only 40 bucks you go to a other shop its at least a 100. I have never in my life heard of a mechanic tell the customer that they wouldnt do something because they didnt need it. A normal shop would have not only put it in even though I didnt need just to take money from me. They were very nice and professional and saved me a lot of money that I didnt need to spend. For that alone Im very great full! Plus the work they did was honest and the price was very good. I will also post on my Facebook about them too because Im tired of good people getting rude untrustworthy people working on there cars. Thank you for hearing my story
