I used this body shop for a paint job on my SUV, knowing I might have a hard time finding a shop that could perfectly match my pearly white paint. The first round, it was great quality but the color still needed to be adjusted a bit based on certain lighting. So a few weeks later, we reached out to Kyle to see if he would be willing to work on it again. The 2nd time, it was a perfect match and I’m still happy with the quality of work over a year later. Even though this review is long overdue, I feel that this business should still be recognized for their excellent customer service despite being in the height of pandemic shutdowns at the time. I felt like Kyle was committed to making sure we were 100% satisfied. I would absolutely use them again if needed!

The Dent shop just performed a minor repair on our new BMW after I goofed up. You cant tell that there was ever any damage on the lift gate. They did the work in less than two days and at a very reasonable price. Staff was very good to work with.

I personally would not recommend this shop to my friends. They have too many cars in the shop. The man was friendly and a good talker but the work just was not on par with what I was promised. Many corners were cut on the work I had done. They seem to do the least amount of work possible to get you out of the door and on their way to the next customer. Made excuses as to why they could not complete the job that was agreed on in the beginning because they just didnt want to fool with it.

I decided to drive up on Friday and introduce myself, and was welcomed almost immediately, and their office felt very homey and relaxing.After speaking with Robert, it was instantly clear that this was the shop I was going to use.He was friendly, and didnt sugar-coat anything.The paper work was a breeze, and there was 0 stress involved.Most importantly, my car looks like nothing ever happened to it.
