I stopped by to get My cars battery replaced. I asked for help selecting the correct battery. Randy, the representative that helped me pulled out a book and looked up the correct battery. Since we are used to computers, I was not expecting for him to use a book. We walked outside to get my cars VIN number and mileage, during our small walk we had a short conversation. Randy was very professional and polite.
They wont acknowledge you when you are at the counter. You have to physically go into the shop and talk to someone for them to work. Else they will just sit in the shop and look at you through the window.
Kris, the supposed service manager, felt the need to refuse me service because I did not have a mask. All while HIS MASK WAS COMPLETELY OFF. I went and got one, put it in my hand, and he served me while on his phone making personal calls and snapchats. This behavior is not only sad but a terrible look for a service center. I go here all the time for tires and have never had a problem until now.
Everyone had a great actitud! Less DURRATI this girl is sooooo rude! If everyone made a great job but at the end of the service this type of workers has an actitud, park the car far far away from the costumer and is disrespectful all the team work go down! Sorry but DURRATI have to STOP work on this place!!! Soooooo bad bad costumer services for her!

When it comes to price, you cannot BEAT the WalMart Automotive section for pricing on tires and automotive accessories. I priced the same tires at 5 local stores and WalMart was at least $30 cheaper on the tire and the installation in every case.However, like all things WalMart, your overall experience will be determined by the individual who is working and is helping you. Unfortunately, many of the staff members really would rather be anywhere than with a customer when they are charged with assisting you.I recently purchased two (2) tires from this WalMart auto center. I was originally helped by John who was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. However, the store was extremely busy and there was a 4+ hour wait on tire installation so I decided to return at a later time that day. Unfortunately, John was already gone for the day but fortunately, Cory the department manager was present and I was helped. Cory was busy fixing problems of other staff members after I was helped and I eventually was able to get one tire replaced but was told my lug nuts were to tight and they could not remove them to replace the other tire and would have to go elsewhere.I went home and was easily able to remove the lug nuts in questions with a very simple car lug wrench and no resistance. So, decided to return the next day and get the other tire replaced since they had the best prices.On night two of my return there was no manager on duty and it took almost 20 minutes and a visit to the front service desk with calls over the intercom to get anyone to come to the automotive counter. After all, it was 5:40 PM with no cars in the bay and they do close at 7:00 PM. Once I did get help it was VERY obvious I was really impeding upon their time but eventually I was able to get them to agree to replace the tire.So, they replaced the tire which turned out to be $22.78 more than than the previous night for the same tire and service but nobody could tell me why the variance. This was learned after the installation. Also, apparently my TPMS sensor was bad and was discarded during the install so that is another $200 dealer only item I need to buy since they didnt keep the old sensor.Also, apparently in asking for an oil change it was determined that the oil reservoir plug was cross threaded and could not be threaded so I could not get it done. However, a trip to Valvoline the next evening they never reported any issue and changed the oil with no problem or reports of issue.I also learned that if you contact WalMart Customer Service for an issue I was told that they only take complaints and offer refunds to customers but are powerless to actually help or do anything to resolve an issue. I was not looking for a refund so that was useless.The tires were name brand and good and I have not had any issues. They just need to hire better people who actually dont resent being at work and having to do anything.

Upcharges on services not requested on oil change. Make sure oil is available before services are rendered before they use shelf stocked oil.....
They are usually good but this day I called them to do a appointment and someone picked up the phone and said something in the background and hanged up and I called back again and he picked up and hanged up again and after that he started pressing numbers while he was on the phone with me and hanged up and it’s not letting me call Walmart back.
Lies the tire shop supposedly close at 5 but it says different or Dey lied cause I’m black

This place lost a tire for my order of 4 and had horrible customer service when dealing with it.. the young guy they had in charge just stood with his hands in his pockets telling me well thats just how it is I ended up just having to get my money back... if your going to buy tires I definitely would not go here
This isnt the best of places to get service but it will work if you need something quick like an oil change. Tires are 50/50.....good quality, but if something happens like a nail in the sidewall but you as a customer knows its not in the sidewall theyll argue with you until you get a new tire. Hettingvthem to change lights is like pulling teeth. I asked at different places for a headlight replacement.....an hr later oh Im sorry we cant do that. Theyll only change if your lights are legit burned out, and then theyll barely will want to do it. Usually theyre understaffed, 2 to 3 techs will go to lunch at the same time, and when you come in around 3 just pray they fit you in.....usually have 2 techs. There are few techs that actually helped me out above and beyond. The head tech at the Franklin, TN location is one of them, she didnt take 🤬 from no one.
The only thing Ill say about Walmart Auto Care is that it is much easier to check out then it is to check out at the front of the store, because they never have enough cashiers. As far as the car centers work, I think they do a fine job. Very adequate.
When traveling we blew two tires on our trailer. Walmart had them but would not take wheels off the trailer. They let me use a socket extension to get them off. Spent over $400 on new tires then they wouldnt let me use the extension to put the wheels back on. I had to walk 2 miles to an automotive store to buy one. Very disappointed in the tire shop at that Walmart!!!!!!!!!
3 mechanics on duty, but two went to lunch at the same time. What should have been 20 minutes turned into 2 hours. The vehicles ahead of me were 2 oil changes and 2 tire changes. The reason for the delay was that an engine had a large capacity and they dont have a pump drain the oil.

It is a good place to make oil changes to your vehicle for a really good price. The place to wait is not amazing but it works, and if you get bored you can check the store. The staff is friendly and the wait time is reasonable.
Went to get my tire patched and the girl called me and said they couldnt do it because it was in the sidewall. It wasnt. It was in the outside tread. She seemed very unknowledgeable when I had questions for her. All she did was point at a painted tire and said thats what we fix. Not happy with my experience at all.
TERRIBLE!! I’ve tried to go once last week at 5:45pm and they were closed even though their hours are until 7pm. I tried to go again this morning at 9:30 and the man said they won’t be open until 10 even though their hours say open at 7am. The man working this morning wouldn’t even check my car needs in and was very unapologetic about them not being open on time. I walked around the store and checked out and came back right at 10 just to check. The rude man said we’re still not open and because you didn’t wait over here I have to check all these people in and you’re last. Needless to say I will not be getting my car serviced here and will drive the extra 2 miles to the next Walmart.
I needed 1 tire replaced. They turned me away before 6:00 because they were too busy (they close at 7). I asked if I could just leave the wheel and tire and pick it up the next day but they apparently cant do that. I should add that they made me wait over 30 minutes before they even spoke to me because they had to fill out something on the front desk computer.. Poor customer service in general. One star.
I get my oil changed and batteries replaced here. Prices are ok. Usually a wait though. Which isnt a problem to me since I can shop here, or I can walk to the front of the store where theres a Subway sub shop where I can wait at. Ive had no issues with the work that they do.
I did not actually get tires from here, not for lack of trying though. The woman behind the desk was very rude and unknowable. I wanted a price first, but she was unable to look up my truck and tell me what I needed. I am not sure why an auto department would not have the ability to look up a vehicle with year make model engine size and trim package, but that is apparently the case here. Then you get treated rudely for not knowing. I cannot see myself going back.
Horrible; I was there at 7:00am when they opened. The man working the counter informed that he would not be able to have my car worked on because there were no technicians present. A tech. showed up about 15 minutes later but apparently there has to be two in the shop. I waited for 40 minutes before the gentleman informed me that it would be 10:00am before a second tech. would be in.
I never thought that I would get this type service from Wal-Mart I took my car in for a oil change now my car want start my battery cable loose I know they done that the inside of my car is strip of peaces were u hook up the computer to to see if anything wrong this is so ghetto Wal-Mart out of all places I need a manager to call me Im start putting up pics

Worst service!!!! Never open on time close early because they are never staffed but they keep the store hours posted on the door. They always quote a 2-3 hour wait as soon as you walk in for service. Ive contact corporate 10+ times about this location and suggested they close this car center because of the extreme poor service. Left oil stains all over my floor mats seats and exterior of my white truck
I do not recommend anyone to come to this auto place. The only reason to come is because they are a little cheaper than anyone else but honestly I would spend the extra money and just go somewhere else with real professionals. They never have enough workers to service the customers and its very ridiculous. The workers are not very knowledgeable about cars as one would like for them to be. Dont waste your TIME or your MONEY here its not worth it! Wal-Mart MUST do better this is unexceptable for a big cooperation as this one!
They seem to always be short staffed. For them to do anything is is more than one hour wait. I went today for an oil change and the lady said its a 5 hour wait. This is always the case. Its sad, I always have gone to Wal-Mart for my car service. But after today Im going to find somewhere else to be serviced.
Very convenient if youre looking for oil change, wipers or tires. You can shop while your work is being done. Rarely have to wait very long.

The cashier was nice and present at opening but I made an early appointment and had to wait almost an hour for the technician to arrive. Made me late for work, though I scheduled accordingly.
Good service. Had a new tire put on. Took a little over an hour on a Monday morning. Price was what I expected.
I would give a zero if i could. Only place listed as open to get my tire repaired before leaving town and NO ANSWER to phone call. Some nice friendly service--in case youissed the sarcasm like my three calls: NOT!
Terrible customer service. I went to get an oil change. The mechanics took a lunch break an hour after I had been waiting in auto care to get my oil changed and the person at the counter did not communicate how long you will wait. So I just left so I didnt get my oil changed. Never come back to this location for any car maintenance ever again. I would suggest others not to go here either. They workers in the auto center to be very slow and careless
Arrived before 7am, to get a head start on my car order. Associate cant take orders till 2 techs arrive. 1 didnt show up, waited for 45 mins, with 8 other people, still didnt show up, at that point I just left, get there at 7am, no telling when if another would arrive to actually open on time

They have the best price in town for cars/SUVs but come in the morning and be prepared to be there for most of the day if not all day due to lack of staff. I waited four hours for for all four tires and was there exactly when they opened.

I got tires changed in my car. Thought tires were changed, there were, grease stains in my car mostly in the interior. It looks so ugly. Does these people care about customers. I had to clean the stains myself. Ridiculous!!Check your car before you pay them.
Hours said open until 7pm. Called at 6:28 to ask for a quote on a tire. Drove 12 minutes over. When I got there, waited 10 minutes for someone to come to the counter. the same guy who answered the phone said we stop taking orders at 6:30. You didnt say you were coming over or else I would have told you that. Asked to see a manager. He pages a manager twice between that time and 7:05. No manager came. Had to seek a manager out in the store. He did nothing but apologize and did not know the name or info of the regional manager for us to write a letter to. Would never go back here.

The worst customer service. Couldnt get my tires balanced after several attempts, ending up going to Discount Tire. They got it right the first time. Lesson learned, never again will I shop at Wal-Mart for tires or any auto service.

I didnt like anything. It took an oil to have my vehicle serviced. I was the only customer at the time. On top of this, I paid for the high mileage package, and instead of topping off my fluids and vaccuuming my car, like I paid to have done, the only thing they might have done is change the oil. Im beyond pissed about the situation. Dont go here for an oil change. Its not worth it.
The people here are extremly rude. When we checked out the employee walked away as we were paying and never said one word to us while checking us out.
This store just want to sell you tires without telling you about the extra 10 dollars you have to pay to get warranty per tire. Also when you take the old tires with you they still charge you the disposal tire fee.

I just went in to get car detailing supplies Im not a fan of the Auto center because I am a certified mechanic and I do not believe that Wal Mart should let anyone touch a vehicle unless they have automotive experience

They open at 7 and at 7:15 they were still waiting for their tech guys to show up. The experience was unprofessional. People can’t even get stuff done before work because their employees don’t want to come do their job.

Worst place to get an oil change. I showed up before 7am to get an oil change; they did not started working on my car until 8:45 am. Their excuse was that techs were showing up late and they even didnt know if they were going to show up at all.

I had a bad experience today, Im sorry to say it, but today I was fixing my car at Auto Center and I gave them my confidence to give them the key to my car with the bad luck that they extracted money from the car which was destined to pay for my car that I just have now the store does not want to answer me so it is very unfair what they have done
