Made a reservation online on a Tuesday for Thursday morning at 8:30am. I received a confirmation email saying my reservation is complete and that my appointment would be from 8:30 - 9:30. When I arrived and gave them my name, the woman at the front asked me if I was going to come back at the end of the day to pick up my car. I said I have the email right here, it says 8:30 - 9:30... and she said we dont have anyone to work on cars. They need to stop letting people do reservations online... blah blah blah. Ridiculous. I told them the least they could do is give people a call and say Im sorry, we dont actually have that time open, our online system isnt working, can we schedule you later in the day? Worst customer service Ive ever experienced just trying to get an oil change and tire rotation. No apology whatsoever.
The service advisor was absolutely awful at trying to sell me anything. I didnt sign any paperwork agreeing on price or sign a release for my car. He didnt show me the concern with my car, didnt express in a normal manner how my brakes were. Didnt check the front brakes only the rears, said my car was dangerous but didnt recommend the correct fix. 2 tires took over 90min to do with an appointment and few cars in the bay. The waiting room was dirty, TV off, vending machine dirty looking. Overall not impressed at all and the whole experience was sub par.
Only reason I came here was because of how close they are to where I live. Otherwise, the service is garbage, the workers are beyond disrespectful, and I was without a car for two days because they “forgot” to tell me they were closed Sunday when I told them I’d pick it up Sunday. They also “forgot” to call me the following day when it was ready so I had to show up and ask. Never again.
I needed a battery terminal change and dropped off my car Saturday afternoon. I brought in the equipment and they said the manual labor would be $25. They said it would be ready on Monday morning. I came to pick it up Monday evening (after work) and they had not even moved it to the repair area. I came back Tuesday evening after work and there was nobody at the desk. I waited for 15 minutes just to get someone in the lobby. They wanted to charge me $60 and I had to fight to get a fair price. Really bad service and communication.
The only place I go too get my car service the only place I will go here in Nashville and glad I found them I gets all my service done here in one they the best
Representatives are very respectful, and received honest quota. Was informed of possible future problems, but was not pressured or pushed into having more work done to my vehicle. The gentleman in the shop spent no time correcting the problems, and stayed focused on task. Lastly I was contacted by phone, and offered a discount that was located after picking up my vehicle. Will be receiving it with no headache. Genuine staff. I was very impressed! Owner should be proud!!

I just needed I simple battery change. They had to reschedule me twice and the third time I came in the lady said it would be a couple hours wait. Lord if miscommunication and terrible customer service!

Ive always felt that it was hard to find an honest mechanic, but theyve proved me wrong! Every time I have been here I feel that I have been given honest evaluations and reasonable charges for work thats been done.
Made an appointment for oil change online and selected that I will wait on site rather than pick it up at a later time. They failed to tell me that it would be a 3 hour wait and only learned that when I pulled up to the shop. Will not be back here due to their lack of communication and unwillingness to help in the situation. Plenty of other better shops around the area.

I called at 8:00 in the morning to see if they can look at my car I was told they could but not guaranteed because they only had one mechanic.. A hour later they called me and told me they had looked at my car and then by 12 pm it was ready to go.. I had the best experience today. Darby called me and kept me updated on my car and what the issues they saw.. will definitely be back. Thanks again..
I have been coming here since i moved to Nashville a few years ago. Always dependable and strait forward, the staff is professional and very pleasant. I have had many repairs done on my car here beyond just tires. Would recommend to anyone I know.

The NTB in Bellevue, TN has been my go to store for years. Darby and Lannie have proven to be very knowledgeable and honest. They have gone out of their way to answer any questions I have while getting repairs done. While also being upfront on prioritizing what needs to be fixed vs what could potentially wait. That honesty factor is what will have me continuing to use them for all future services.

I had the same work done on first one, then the other, tire axle, on two separate occasions, and they tried to charge me more than $150 difference. The manager claimed that theyd given me discounts the first time which they couldnt offer a second time, but I was never informed this until I came to pick up my car. fortunately for me, I had already been given my keys, so, if I refuse to pay, there wasnt going to be a lot they could do about it. The manager snidely told me that she could lose her job for doing it, but she reduced the price to only about $30 more than the previous time. I told her that this is why people dont trust their car mechanic. I will definitely never go there again, even though its the only place I could possibly walk to to pick up my car.

I made an 8:00 appointment for a rotation and balance. When I arrived promptly at 8:00 the gentleman at the desk informed me it would be a 3 and 1/2 hour wait. I have to ask why to you accept appointments if you cannot honor them? This is reflective of a poor customer experience related to extremely ineffective management. Ill be needing tires later this year and this store is one that will absolutely not get my business. I would recommend others look elsewhere as well and find a place where the customers are valued.

Probably fine if you need an oil change or brakes/tires. But for the love of god do not let them do any maintenance work on your car. Took it here last year and got new spark plugs as well as new cam seals. Immediately from the time I picked it up until a year later, I’ve smelt burning oil. Surprise, it’s been gushing out on my exhaust for a year.Shoddy work and tacked on expenses, go elsewhere and you’ll save money in the long run.
Quick service and inexpensive; they do pretty much everything but engine work so tires, brakes, batteries, alignment, oil changes, transmission service and the like.
Excellent staff. They were very helpful with explaining what I need to have done to my SUV. They were also timely in servicing my SUV. I will continue to go there for any type of service that I might need.

There is no manger with a key to be found. I paid for tires the previous day an had appointment on my off day to put tires on. All employees are hear but NO MANGER with a key can be able to get touch with as well other clients are all here waiting for Her or Him (Mangers with a KEY)???????????? CALLED another store and they told us that District or Regional Manger does have keys to the stores below them. How is that possible, the higher up you should be able to call them to keep your business running.
Very disappointed. First let me state that Im a former ASE certified master tech; made my living for 12 years as a Ford mechanic. I made an appointment for a tire balance and rotation and ONLY a balance and rotation. I walked outside for a vape break and noticed that the hood was up. Theres no need to open the hood to balance and rotate tires. I asked the tech why the hood was up when the wheels are on the outside of the car. Courtesy inspection was his response. I firmly stated do NOT. ( Last courtesy inspection I got ended with a broken air filter housing and windshield washer line) A few minutes later Im being told some nonsense about being unable to balance one of the tires because of a little excess wear on the outside edges of the tire (due to my ex running down the hwy underinflated. Aside from a little wear on the outside edges, there is nothing wrong with the tire; twas a feeble attempt to try to sell me a tire. Buyer beware. Id avoid them altogether.
I went in to get an oil change and just wanted to say, that this was one of the best experiences Ive had at a tire store, The two ladies there were very polite, friendly, and knowledgeable,I believe it was Darby, who has been there for a long time, and the other lady was Lany, a new girl, Kinda embarrassed to say they knew more than me, Ive seen all the negative remarks on here and yelp, but what people dont understand, is that every business gets short handed, and these ladies do the best that they can with what theyre given. I praise any business that has to deal with the public.

Like most others made an appointment on line, show up at scheduled time for simple rotation and tire repair and was told it would be at least 2hrs because her guy hadnt shown up for work yet @ 8:46 am. This seems to be the norm at this location. Done with NTB, I have been a customer for 30 yrs but cant tolerate the poor service any longer.
Great communication! When I arrived first of the morning, Darby greeted me and asked me very specific questions about the issue with my car. She said she would call me within the hour to update me. She did. She also asked about a couple other issues she found with my car and asked if I wanted them fixed today. Darby let me know they had all the needed parts available and it would be ready in the afternoon. Darby called me around 3pm to let me know my car was ready. When I arrived, NTB had applied a number of discounts to make sure the quote was met - even without me asking. My car is running great and this NTB has won a long term customer.
Only go here if youre desperate. A part broke on my car and the part to fix it cost about $50. They charged me $200 in parts, another $200 in labor, and a $35 shop fee when I probably could have ordered the part on my own and brought it to another local mechanic. All those prices are after the discount as they said. Anyway, they WILL take advantage of you and squeeze every penny. Good luck.
Went to have tires mounted and balanced. The quoted price was the lowest I could find in the area. Even with an appointment, it took a little over an hour to have the work completed. The wheels were also a little scratched after the job, and they didnt clean off the sticky tape that held on the previous wheel weights. Will pay more somewhere else to have the work done next time.
Travis has always been a great mechanic. Just found out he left for another job because of the management of this store. So....I will go elsewhere for my tires and auto repair needs.

I would NOT take your car to NTB. I blew a tire when i hit a curb, I took it to NTB to get fixed as i have taken my others car in before and never had problems. After they replaced my tire, something felt wrong, my skid lights would come on and the tire felt loose. I took it in, they said it was not balanced correctly and the stem valve was loose. They fixed that, I drove it for a day, and it still felt unsafe. My tire was vibrating so i took it back in to get an alignment thinking the curb i hit messed up my alignment. So they did an alignment. The next day, still not right, At this point i had lost all confidence that anyone there actually knew what they were doing and demanded a refund. I spoke with the manager who forced me to go on a test drive with him and insisted the tire was not making noises or vibrating. frustrated i went to sear, where they discovered that NTB sold me the wrong tire size, and installed in backwards. The inside was on the outside vs vera. I was there 4 times and not one person who worked on my car noticed they put the damn tire on wrong not even the manager. They also did not do my alignment correctly. All in all i got everything refunded, returned their tire and had sears fix all the problems. Not only that, but the people working there clearly do not know what they are doing, the guy in the front was rude and left people on hold never to pick up the phone again. The service was horrible, and I dont feel its safe to have these guys work on your car. I will never take my car there EVER again, and I will forever go to to sears behind the mall from now on.
I found a coupon online for an oil change here and made an appointment a day in advance. For a simple oil change that I made an appointment for I have been waiting for over 2 hours and then they tell me I need 2 new tires. Very rude unprofessional customer service. Justin Savage #845 is terrible! The total for services was nearly $400 ($384 to be exact). Then I get back in my car to get a second opinion and they left a mess in my car. Plastic dirty seat cover in my front seat. Ive never been so upset.

The quintessential auto shop that will take every dime they can from you.Went for some transmission and timing issues. Was told that the transmission was completely shot and needed to be replaced, no thanks. Went to the next shop down the road and put a new sensor put in, new fluid.40k miles later this thing is still kicking.Avoid this place like the plague.Not to mention their super slow oil changes.

My car was towed to NTB earlier this week because I swerved to miss a deer that ran out in front of me. As a result, two of my tires blew out. Prior to the deer incident, I had picked up some medication from the pharmacy. I forgot about the medication being in my car after the incident with the deer. I was honestly just eager to get the car fixed. When I received my car back, the medication was gone. I dont know who worked on the car because I picked it up after they closed. I had to file a police report in order to get a refill of my prescription. In addition to paying almost $700 to get my car fixed, insurance would not pay to refill my stolen medication, so that was an additional $200. If you go here for service, make sure not to leave ANYTHING in your car, it may not be there when you return.
Since buying my SUV I have used this location for all of its oil changes. I just had to take my vehicle in for a recall and the first thing the dealer asked me was where my engine cover was. I had not looked in the engine compartment since the last oil change, but I am positive it was there before that oil change (having refilled the windshield fluid just prior to taking it in). Of course, NTB is positive it couldnt have been them (even tho they are the only ones who have ever had cause to remove it), so Im out $250 for a new engine cover...a very expensive oil change.
Brought my car here because of convenient location to my home for brake service. They quoted me $1,100 for my service, pulled the whole yeah its really bad, and thats not even for everything, this is what it costs to be done right. My normal mechanic ended up having an opening that day and I took it over to him, my entire service was $348. Gaugers!
So i have now came to the store to drop my car off twice yet have never made it in the door. I work very early but have went in 30 mins late twice now so i can drop off my car when the store is first opens up. Now i do expect people to be at the store before open but im not holding someone accountable until after the store is posted to open. Both times i went to drop my vehicle off i was there 10-20 minutes past OPEN!!!! No one was there no lights on, nothing. Very very unprofessional. So i call both days later in the day to find out both days its the Manager of the store that wasnt there to open up on time. She apparently is late all the time i was told by and her employee. Will no longer be coming back if the management isnt even mature and on top of things... cant imagine im the only one when both times i went no one was there.
Every time I go to this location they say I need something done that is always extremely expensive. When I take it to a second place for another opinion they same my car is in great shape. They will try to get every dime out of you. The times I have let them provide a service on my car ( replacing a light) it has not been done properly. Very unhappy with them.
We made an online apt for an oil change. Show up for the appt. And was told it would be a 2.5 hour wait. The salesperson said they the computer doesnt know what the appointments are that the store has booked. This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. We have done business for years at the NTB on Charlotte making online appointments with out issue. But we recently moved to the Bellevue area so we tried this location. Left Bellevue and went to the Charlotte location, explained the previous situation and even though they were booked for the day they kindly worked us in to an appointment time for later in the day. Apparently the Charlotte Avenue stores computers have the ability to communicate appointments with their employees. Perhaps Bellevue needs a system update.

When the associate heard that he laughed and said wow.. alright man well have your car ready when you get here. Just take your vehicle somewhere else. I think these guys are both dishonest and rude.
Daniel is great the only thing i dont like is yall removed him from my local store in mt juliet tn ...nobody touches my 3 vehicles except him. i really regret that yall moved him as i was spending a lot of money with him/NTB . i spent like 5,000 dollars with him on putting a new crate engine in my daughters truck along with 4 new 24 inch tires i hope he can come back to NTB in mt.juliet tn one day ..he is very professional, courteous and friendly and always goes above and beyond what i ask for him to do thanks for hiring Daniel

Took my car here and they destroyed my brakes and gave me a hard time about repairing them. Took them 4x to get them right. I was then put on a block list because I called corporate on the shotty repair. They hire Walmart car techs to work on your cars. Be careful.

Made an appointment for 2:30 for an oil change and was told that I would have to wait for at least 2 hours because the 2:30 time was double booked and I was not the priority as I had booked online not in the store. Was also told it was because all the bays were full when you could see into them and about half were empty. NTB isn’t the only oil change place around. In and out of Valvoline in 20 mins...
I should have checked before making an appt for a new battery. I made an appt online for 6:30 pm, arrived a little after 6. They told me that they would get to me around 8 pm. The online scheduler apparently makes appts even when the shop is fully booked AND makes them for the wrong time zone.I live nearby, so I asked if I could just come back around 8. No, if others dropped in in the meantime, they would get priority.So I drove to Sams, where the only worker in the auto shop installed a new battery in less than 20 minutes. I should have gone there first!I wish there were an option for NO stars . . . except the folks at NTB were polite, and I dont think the website / online scheduler is their responsibility.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Their coupons for a 20 dollar oil change were flooding my mailbox and coupon offers at Kroger. Needing an oil change I decided to try them out. Got there the first time, and said they could not change my oil that I had to make an Appt. Ive never had to do that for an oil change but ok whatever if its going to be $20 Ill just come back Sure you can use your coupon still is what I was told. Set up an appt a week or so later. I came in w my unexpired coupon. I lay it out on the counter, and dude spends 10 min typing my info away. Says it will be $65 DOLLARS for just an OIL CHANGE. I have never paid over $35 for an oil change for my midsize car ever! I looked at him and said I want this- pointing at my $20 coupon, oil change (which I was told I could use when I reschedule). He acted like he was going to help me out then told me he could do one for $45 dollars..... I said I def can get it cheaper at a lot of other places and let him know they should of told me that the last time I came in that they wouldnt honor my coupon before making me reschedule. Then I left. Really poor customer service and BS coupons. Dont go!

Terrible dishonest store! Do not take your vehicle there. They do not even change the oil filter when they change your oil, if they even change the oil. I dropped my truck off for a oil chnage and a tire rotation, i came back after 2 days, i noticed the tires were not rotated right when i arrived due to the front wheels have alot of brake dust on them. i asked them why they were not rotated, they said Oh sorry i thought we did i then left but wondered if they even changed the oil, so i looked at the oil filter and its the same old dirty PENNZOIL oil filter still on my truck. i called them acting like a future customer and asked what brand filters they install, they said ONLY NAPA filters. i then took my truck to my Dodge dealer and they confirmed, my oil filter was not changed!! So i do not even know if they changed the oil at all. they didnt rotate the tires, or change the oil filter, so i have to assume, they didnt change the oil either. Do not take you vehicle here unless you want to pay them for nothing!!

Was told if I got my car in to them by 5:30pm to get one tire mounted, that they could get me in before closing. When I got there I was told it would be the next afternoon before I could be taken care of, and the guy behind the counter WAS EXTREMELY RUDE. I wont be back.

I dropped my car off at 4pm on friday; it is now 12pm on Monday. 68 hours later and they havent even started on it... I did get a phone call an hour ago saying I was incorrectly quoted on the labor cost and not in my favor...

I dropped my car off for an AC diagnostic. They couldnt finish it in a day so they kept it overnight. They then killed my battery so Id have to buy a new one. Very unprofessional and scammy.
It took an hour to do the oil change, and after I drove home and left again all the oil leaked out because they did not screw the oil filter on. I had to have their wrecker company tow it back to the shop.

Do not bring your car to this location. I went to get an alignment and when they took my car for a test drive they broke my output shaft. Long story short I end up replacing the part with a part that they ordered and find my transfer case all mangled up. So Im out 1600 dollars because they want to take a joy ride in my car.
