Reasonably priced family business. Hawramy Auto Repair has been in Nashville awhile. Theyve grown from a hand painted plywood sign Shuffle service official auto repair store. They are always friendly very efficient and extremely reasonably priced. There is no one I would not recommend them to.

I had some issues with my car over the weekend, so I called Hawramy first thing Monday morning and they were able to get me in right when they opened. Bakhtiar was SO helpful, they identified the problems and he showed me the issue while explaining to me. Very affordable service and I was in & out in 2 hours. I am so grateful and would definitely recommend Hawramy Auto Repair!

I have been using Mr. Hawramys shop for nearly 2 years due to the recommendation of a business associate. 1 year ago I bought a 95 Taurus and, just past the warranty period, found out it had a rusted out hole in the engine. It has been the year from (you know where) but today I zip around in my comfortable old car because of this shop. The shop has great prices, outstanding skill and flexibility to install used parts - in some cases the only parts I can get. Mr. Hawramy and his team are honest, good-hearted people. You cant go wrong here.

Good prices. Compared to other places I’ve been. They charged me less than the initial quote which was surprising. And they included an oil change. Although they should probably have asked me first before going ahead. But I’m not going to complain. I will definitely be back.

I am very disappointed. At first I was extremely pleased to find a place with a lot of positive reviews and happy to see that a lot of those reviews were from women. So I brought my car in for them to check it out and it ended up being what I thought it was, but before I came to pick it up I also told them that my car was making weird noises. He told me that he would check it and even drive it around, which he ended up not doing. So when I picked it up he said this one thing that needed fixed was okay to drive and said he found nothing else and heard no sound. I took his word thinking that he had checked my engine since the it was making a sound and the check engine light was on. That’s never happened. So I made an appointment for the following week and the sounds from my car got worse and would no longer accelerate and I was unable to drive my car for days. When I called to let the mechanic know I was unhappy that they did not inspect my concerns further he got very defensive and continued to argue with me when all I was asking for was on my appointment date to please look into it and address the issue. Never have had someone argue with for no reason at an auto relate shop. Very confused and never going back.

Engine lights came on after drive up from Florida. Very pleasant and attentive employees. The price they quoted was very reasonable. Since it was Saturday and they were closed on Sunday, I brought the car back Monday morning and it was done in just a few hours. If I was local, I would use this shop for my vehicles.

I had a great service from these guys. Till now, no one could tell that my driver side window was broken into. They cleaned up all the glass and replaced it with same shade glass at a very reasonable cost. I asked around later for the replacement. We had a check engine light that would not go off. Hawramys helped us resolve the (kind of hard to diagnose and resolve) issue. We received quotes from 2 other places to get the same issue resolved and Hawramys was the least expensive. They only charged us 1 labor cost for the 5-6 times we had the car in for the same issue, which I felt was extremely fair. Will certainly go back and recommend.

Hawramy was referred to us by a customer of Lowes in West Nashville. Then on the same day my daughter in-law referred us to him also. Had brake work done on our SUV and was very pleased with the work and promptness of the job. I had to take my car in for the same problem the next day. He does fair and affordable work. He has gained our business for sure!

These guys do good work for good prices. Sometimes it takes a bit because theyre very busy, but weve been customers for a long time. If were unhappy with something they always make it right, and several times when the fix was much easier than expected we werent even charged. Its great to work with these guys.

Turbo Auto Intl referred me to Hawramy Auto Repairs. I am glad I went to them. They took the turbo out, had it rebuilt by Turbo Auto and installed it back. I was very pleased after they got done with my car. In the process I got to know the owner Baktier, a nice gentleman and a knowledgeable and honest mechanic. His charges were reasonable and he didnt recommend any unnecessary work that my car didnt need. I had very good experience with this shop and will go back in future.

Let me tell you why I think this place deserves every star of my five star review:I had an issue with my vehicle involving my gear shift. The issue being that the gear shifter wouldnt catch on any of the gears and floated freely between all of them. I talked to some of my friends who were mechanically inclined and they told me it could be either a broken shift cable or the bushing for the broken shift cable (the latter being a much less expensive issue). I was recommended Hawramys Auto Repair by a trusted friend so I contacted them via the messaging app that google provides.I got a response within minutes from a person named BK who promptly confirmed what I was told could be wrong. He said he could have it done by the next day if it was the whole cable and quoted me a more than reasonable price for the work.He then recommended a towing company for me to call. I called the towing company but did not receive an answer, so BK called them for me and had them out to my house within an hour.Around 6pm (same day) I recieved a text from BK saying he had replaced the bushing and my car was ready to pick up.Now this is what I feel is important: BK COULD HAVE replaced the entire cable and charged me more than I needed to pay, but was very honest and only replaced what need to be replaced. I arrived to pick up my vehicle and was greeted by a warm and friendly staff who are very family oriented and make you feel like youre in great hands. I payed $173 for towing, parts and labor.I couldnt reccomend a more honorable and trustworthy shop to take your business.

At one point I was even brought into the bay area to review my jeep. I knew exactly what I was getting for my money, and the work was done at a fair price.Needless to say, theyve earned my business.

Ive been at plenty shops around Nashville. Needles to say, these guys are the best all around. With their professionalism and honesty Ive never had problems with my cars again. From tansmission work, to rear main seal leaks, busted radiators the price wasnt over 900. These guys work with the best intention in taking care of you and your car. A+++

Went in with a squealing car, told me I needed a new power steering belt, I could lose power steering if it broke. I was tight on money so I Decided to wait on it. Next week timing belt breaks. I have an interference engine, but they told me fixing the belt might fix the car. Blatant lie. Should’ve done more research, and definitely shouldn’t have trusted them after the first mistake, so it’s also my fault. Now I’m selling my car for $500 after putting in $600 to fix the timing belt because it needs an engine rebuild. Their mistakes cost me thousands of dollars.

Husband and I are originally from the area but were military and were visiting. On the road our car advised us to stop engine. The time was 4:30pm and Hawramy closes at 6pm. This was a Tuesday before thanksgiving. Our car was towed and was scheduled to arrive at the repair shop at 7pm. The owner and brother waited for us and fixed checked our car all day the next day, day before thanksgiving, and charged us little of nothing. Where we are from, the price wouldve doubled plus half. I miss home town prices. Ahhhhh. Very good experience!
