I ordered and paid for the Circle of Pheasant Feathers under glass wall art in March. Weeks later she said the warehouse was closed due to Covid. Then I spoke with her sometime later and she said warehouse was open. Waited weeks and did not receive, so I called to see when to expect. She would not take my calls nor return them. I never received the item. I complained to the Attorney General of Tn. and they were unable to resolve the issue and closed the case in August without getting my order or my money back. I have since contacted the Federal Trade Commission and they are investigating. Her website shows item available.
