Eric was so helpful in helping us pick out our mattress! Had many great suggestions but in now way did we feel pressured to buy anything or any certain mattress. We have tried and returned a sleep number, and then tried and returned an online mattress and finally decided to try a “normal” mattress store and it was definitely to our benefit. Eric took the time to listen to what we didn’t like in the previous trial mattresses we have had and used that to find something that seems to be a perfect fit. I truly feel like Goldie locks and the 3 bears and this 3rd mattress seems to be “just right”. Thanks for all your help Eric!

The service was over the top… I placed a web order and was notified there would be two different deliveries. Due to challenging variables, Eric from “the chat” texted and called me to simplify the process. He shared why there would be two deliveries and didn’t have control over the “date of install”. After an informative conversation, Eric got me into a better mattress, completed the transaction, and will be receiving everything on the original date of my choice….Eric gets 10 stars emulating what real customer service and client services looks like

Honestly, excellent customer service with Sleep Expert Harie!!! This is my first mattress purchase, and I was in and out of this store after an easy 30 minutes. Found a high-quality mattress and frame for better deals than online (50% discount!). And we made sure to look at options in-stock so I could have both delivered the next day. The delivery service was early and quick, thank you again gentlemen! Again, great place if you want a quality mattress without the usual pricetag!

Went to Mattress Firm on West End to get a frame only for a queen size mattress. They didnt have it in stock but had it at the warehouse about 5-10 minutes away. It was close to end of workday when I went to the retail location. My order was handled efficiently and both retail location and warehouse provided great service. Thank you!

Phenomenal customer service! I bought a bed on Facebook marketplace and when we tried to assemble it we discovered that the bed frame didn’t match the headboard! We had family coming into town soon and needed a bed frame and box spring ASAP. I called the local store and within 15 minutes we were on our way home with exactly what we needed. I am so impressed! Especially during COVID it’s been incredibly difficult to make same-day purchases on any furniture-style items. Will definitely be using them again!

I bought a mattress from a woman who says she was a manager at the west end Nashville store on Monday night, to be delivered to a home in another city that is not set up to live in yet. I was told it was in stock there and delivery was set up for today, June 5th. I was told I would be contacted the night before with a delivery window, but was not. So I had to drive early in the morning (5am) to wait on the delivery for the full window of 9am to 9pm, taking a full day off work, only to not have it show up. I tried contacting mattress firm several ways for 2 days to get more info, and was only directed by robo chat to a screen that said my delivery was coming on today’s date with “being scheduled” under the arrival time. There was literally no way to get to talk to an actual person, or to leave a message to be called back my someone in customer service. The specific store I purchased from would not answer any of my calls all day, but seemed to suddenly pick up on the second ring when my husband called from a different number. They didn’t seem to care that they dropped the ball on delivery and communication and told us there was still technically an hour left in their 12 hour delivery window. It is now past their latest delivery, with no mattress, and I am having to make plans to sleep on a hardwood floor. If I had at least been told earlier that it was not coming, I could have actually left the house today and made other arrangements. As an interior designer, I am appalled at the complete lack of competence and customer service. I will never come here for my or my clients’ mattresses ever again.
