Chrystal Springs Water has the worst service I have ever experienced. They still have not come to pick up any empty water jugs in over six weeks. And on the off chance they decide to show up, I find the new bottles on a sidewalk outside of my complex where anyone can take them instead of calling the apartment office or my cell phone to let them in to deliver and pick up, as we agreed.My customer service call was also disappointing. I do not have the space to store 10 empty water jugs in my apartment and even offered to do their job for them and drop them off at their location, and the representative said, “if I want credit for them, I will have to wait for my next delivery/pick up in 10 days.”

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! The only reason I gave one star was because originally I had great service. Since moving it has been horrible. No delivery in July 2021, no notice that they werent delivering because July 5th was a holiday. Never showed up in July.  I cancelled in August. Still waiting for someone to pick up empty bottles. On October 26th driver showed up, did a u-turn and left, never picked up bottles but they sent me a late notice for my service! 10 empty bottles still sitting in my drive way since early August! RIDICULOUS!

Consistently missed deliveries. Billed for Spring Water when Purified Water was delivered. When we finally reached customer service, they would not refund the charges for Spring Water, even though Purified was delivered. Ironically, the most positive experience I had was with the representative who helped to cancel our business account. 3.5 years of business is headed to Mountain Valley.

The service has been great up until a month ago.As convenient as it has been to have water delivered, this company lacks the ability to communicate with their customers. We have been without water for a month. We keep hearing the routes are being rescheduled. Blah blahI would suggest anyone considering using this company make a better informed decision.I see now why their rating is one star. 🤔

Called customer service to get a part ordered and she was very friendly and helpful. The part is ordered and scheduled to be delivered in a couple of days. Also, our driver is always super friendly and a hard worker. Would recommend them 100%!

Ordered this service through Costco and was happy for several years. Over the past 6 months, the service has bottomed out. Every single delivery scheduled for the last 4 months has been missed. I call every time to ask why my delivery was missed and I receive excuse after excuse with no changes. Looking for a new provider and letting Costco know to recommend they drop this partnership.

I’ve been in business with Mountain Glacier for 12 years until they were bought out by Crystal Springs. I’ve been with them for a year and a half and cannot fathom how they are still in business. If I ran my business like Crystal Springs does I would be bankrupt in a month. They’re not concerned with the clients at all, customer service is a joke .I’ve been storing dozens of the empty 5 gal jugs in the back of my business for months. Yet wish to charge me deposits on the bottles they refuse to pick up? I can’t get regular delivery service or pick up of the empties since I’ve started with them. They won’t answer the phones in any timely manner. Because I have nothing better to do but wait for them to answer the phone for over 20 minutes while I post this review? I need Distilled water for my Autoclave sterilizer. Yet cannot receive any in any timely manner. I always wind up buying gallon jugs from my local grocer? But hey, hurry up and wait ? There are plenty of other water delivery service companies out there..........buyer beware.

I’m not sure how many bad reviews they need to receive before they make changes, I didn’t see the reviews before I ordered. I placed a first time delivery for equipment and water. I received an email stating that they would deliver the following day and it ended up being a no call, no show. I emailed customer service, no apology given, just an email stating that it would come the next day and same thing. Two no call, no shows in a row. It’s probably a blessing, but still very annoying. I’m assuming all of the “good reviews” are employees to avoid getting to the 1 star mark.

Have been a customer for over a decade, now cant get them to bring us water. Twice in a row they have said they were coming the next day, and we put out the bottles, but they never showed. Dont have hours to hold on the phone for customer service. Pretty frustrated and looking for replacements now. If you would let me drive downtown and swap out my own bottles I would.

Not sure what happened, but the first year of service was great. Then my water dispenser broke, and Im now on the FIFTH attempt to get a clean and/or working dispenser delivered. Missed dates, this local office changing the info sent from the main Crystal Springs customer service people, one dispenser smelled like an ashtray, another like perfume and body odor, another just didnt work. The main customer service folks told me every time I would be receiving a brand new dispenser. Two weeks on, with no ability to access my water, theres no resolution. I unfortunately would look elsewhere for a water company. This is ridiculous.

I got this service through Costco. The billing was always wrong and I was always over charged. The water also went up in price without notice. I’m annoyed due to the fact that I paused my account during Covid and was sent to collections for still having the water cooler even though I didn’t close my account. Just a brief pause because I wasn’t using their services. Collections informed me that everyone who calls in due to crystal springs has no idea their account is in collections or closed at all. This company is in need of a customer service/billing training. I was also told they wouldn’t come pick up my water cooler and I would need to return it myself. I will be dropping this off the first moment I get a chance because I cannot get out of collections until I do. DON’T USE THIS SERVICE.

Horrible company!!!The worst customer service Ive ever experienced in my lifetime. I was always on hold for at least 30 minutes to an hour to speak to a customer service representative. Couldnt reset my password to pay my bill online or reach out to a customer service for help. My bill ended up in collection and they billed me for the cooler.They didnt even show up for scheduled equipment pick up twice.They said that I have to return the cooler and the empty bottles to receive credit and they didnt know where I need to return the equipment.My advise to you is NOT buy Spring water through this company. You have to wait almost an hour to talk to someone on their 1-800 number. They just dropped 2 bottles off at our front door yesterday and did not come into our office to swap out the old ones. Ive lived and worked all over the US and have been a customer of Crystal Springs for over 30 years. Ive been ordering the same thing for all this time: spring water with no fluoride. The water is the best tasting water and Ive never had to worry that my neighborhoods water mains might be deteriorating. I have always had great service and the CS pricing is reasonable.

They will overcharge you and charge you for equipment that you actually do not have, and then tell you they will take care of it but never do. I have now spent hours on the phone with different people, all of them promising me my bill would be adjusted but it never was. Use another company or just buy your own water cooler- it will save you much headache, and money!!

Signed up for them through Costco. Horrible service. While sign up I had signed for auto payment with my credit card. They somehow instead of charging my credit card changed my account to hold, send it to collections for service and charged for the old used cooler $170, which you can get new in Costco for much cheaper. Never called to resolve the issue before sending to collection. Trying to return the cooler and the bottles. Supposed to be picked up last Wednesday but nobody showed up. We used this service for my business. The communication and the billing have been awful. I have had to call 4 different times for delivery/billing errors. Sometimes the wait time is over 30 minutes. I was told something different each time, whether it be they will issue me a credit or they will update the info for the driver to get it right. And still after having to contact them 4 times they STILL cant get it right. And sometimes Im just outright lied to like just recently when I called to complain I was told I would be issued a credit and when I called to complain again today I was told they dont see any notes about giving us a credit. And finally to top it all off I told them I want to cancel and they STILL are going to charge me $6.95 to pick up my equipment, even though I am cancelling because of their errors/ poor service. Poor customer service, poor communication, long wait times and you will be lied to.

Sorry to see the bad review, we have had the total opposite experience. Our delivery person is excellent. His name is Bobby and he is always very nice and willing to help in any way. Our deliveries are always on time. I have had to contact customer service regarding our billing previously, and had a great experience. My issue was resolved in a timely manner and the representative was very polite and understanding of my problem.

After 10 years, we’re canceling our Nashville business service during the covid-19 mandatory shut down. They were not only not understanding, but down right COLD during this difficult time for businesses mandated to close. Nashville has a heart of kindness and we take care of each other, our company has been in business for 25 years and we’ve seen lots of difficult times and rode them out together supporting each other. I was a happy and loyal customer for 14 years. 2 1/2 years ago our water cooler quit working. I called them to service it. It couldnt be fixed (so the driver told me) and he didnt have a similar replacement. For 2 1/2 years they continued to charge me for the water cooler rental even after he took it and didnt replace it. It took FOREVER to correct and now the local/regional manager is refusing to service us. GOOD GRIEF! I have spent a fortune over the years with this company, and they act like Im nothing to them. And they STILL are accusing me of having their 10+ year old cooler... WTF! Do they really think a decade old cooler would still be operational???

We eventually took their coolers and left them outside our business and home, wouldn’t you know it they picked them up but still kept charging us.Horrible management and sales people. Crystal Springs entered our email address incorrectly when they set up our account. Because they only do paperless billing we never received a bill. On top of that, the route rep never came during regular business hours dropping bottles of water indescribably around the property. Do to these factors, this lead to billing issues and a stockpile of nine 5 gallon bottles of water in our store room.The local branch manager in Nashville, Marcus, was contacted repeatedly via Crystal Springs customer service requesting him to contact me to resolve the situation. Unfortunately, by never taking the time to pick up the phone and contact me, Marcus demonstrated the poorest level of customer service and disrespect I have ever experienced from a vendor.

When I canceled the service, I never received refund for the deposit. Never. I contacted the customer service for than five times. Still got nothing. We ordered the service 4 months ago. It took them 5 weeks a lying about the delivery date to finally get the cooler and water. The water tasted like it had dirt in it. We reportrd it to them and it took another month to get him to come out. Took our water bottles and left only 2 and said would be back wit new cooler. Weve been an account holder with them for years. Starting in June 2016 of this year, theyve just decided to stop showing up. I called to cancel our account on July 17, 2016. I was given a confirmation number and was told that our account was put in pending status until they picked up their cooler and bottles. The agent said theyd come out the following week to pick up everything and the account would close on their end. No one ever showed up. I called and had the same conversation again with them and no one showed up again. I called and had the same conversation with another agent and was told that our account was taken out of pending closure status because we called in to order more water. No one here besides myself has ever called and spoke with them. No water was ordered. She told me theyd be out on August 09, 2016 to pick up everything. Again, no one has been out at all. I was told Id get a follow phone call from the agent I spoke with later on August 09 to ensure the pickup did happen. No one ever called me. I asked when I last spoke if there was a place I could deliver the water jugs and cooler to and was told that they dont allow that. I have to let them pick it all up.Mind you, all this time Im STILL getting cooler rental and water delivery bills in the mail. Ive been told time and time again that theyd stop, but they never do.Im currently on hold with their account closure department AGAIN for going on 20 mins now and decided a negative review should fill my time. Ill amend this review once I get off the phone with them. Crystal Springs truly has the worst customer service Ive ever seen. Sure wish there was a zero star option.

This company in its canned call says they are striving to achieve the highest quality of customer satisfaction! this could not be further from the truth.We had to have multiple replacement coolers, with the last one leaking all weekend on our floor, potentially ruining it. They said they would have someone out ASAP to fix it......one week later and one cancelled account, they were so sorry to hear that and someone will be out thursday I mean, really? If I could rate this service a 0 I would. They have over charged our company EVERY billing cycle, charged us to deliver more times than we signed up for, along with extra things such as cups that we did not agree to purchase or need. They have left bottles outside for who knows how long (our office is open 8:30a-5:30p), which in turn means they just leave all of our empty bottles here for us to store. We currently have 5 empty bottles, 2 full ones, and we only are supposed to get serviced once per month, but they have been coming once a week and charging us.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would! This company USED to be awesome! They would always deliver our water on time! Then about 6 months ago I started noticing a difference. The guy that would deliver our water stopped coming but that sure didnt stop the bills from coming! They wouldnt deliver us water but would still bill us. So I would pay the bills... still no water. Last month I wrote them a letter stating that we hadnt received water for almost 3 (THREE) months and that if the issue wasnt corrected we were going to cancel our account with them(which weve had for YEARS!) I purchased Crystal springs ds services, as a water delivery service for my Mother. Over a 14 month period that she was billed, she only received water 3x. Her water bottle would be bone dry. I called the company monthly to try to resolve this issue. They would not deliver the water to her. She resided in an assisted living facility and there was someone there 24/7. Finally, they credited her account back for the water she never received. But, iI closed the account after she passed away and they are STILL billing her and actually added on a coffee deliver service fee. HORRIBLE PEOPLE!

I am writing to discuss a very ridiculous situation that occurred with Crystal Springs. I had been a customer for the last 12 years when I started service in 2005. I have never had an issue with bill payment. I started your service when I was in private practice as a physician for my office. I have a water cooler in my possession that is 12 years old and frankly very out of date. I have received my billing statement at my home.The reverse side of your statement gives the option to pay the bill with a credit card number and a signature to authorize the charge. I have mailed in the last several statements utilizing this VERY option that YOUR company offers.AS it turns out apparently the payments have not being charged despite my authorization to do so. I found out when I got a call at work from a COLLECTION agency representing your company. Extremely unacceptable and not permissible and frankly ridiculous in that I had sent statement back with authorization to charge the payment.That is an absolutely appalling way to treat your long term customer. Perhaps someone could have researched my account (no issues) and longevity before throwing me under the bus for something I did not do wrong in the least.I cannot control the fact that your company failed to charge my authorized card each month. If that is NOT a reliable payment method than do NOT OFFER it as an option.I am more than happy to return the 12 year old water cooler to your company. I am also happy to pay what you all were already authorized to charge over the last several months.I am furious and do not feel that I should pay collection fee or interest for your companies ERROR and absolutely awful customer service.I need to know where to return the said water cooler as even that remains a mystery!!!!I cannot believe the callous disregard that you all have for your long standing customers. Do this enough and there won’t be anymore.I have phoned all over Crystal Springs asking for assistance and have gotten NONE. I am told it is my problem and to pay the collection agency. Sadly it is an error in your billing process that caused this issue. You company was authorized to charge my CC each time I returned the statement with that payment option on the reverse side. Sadly I assumed that it was being done since it was offered as an option to pay by YOUR company.I also want you to understand that as a physician with a good income, I do not need to cheat anyone out of 80 bucks. Nor do I appreciate a collection service calling my place of employment and leaving a message with my office staff.I am going to report this entire affair to the Better Business Bureau as well as the Federal Trade commission for fraud.In this era of social media, I will make very sure that as many people as possible know about what was done to me thru NO FAULT of my own.I truly hope to receive a reply and help in sorting this issue out.I have already paid them the ransom demanded to avoid damage to my CREDIT SCORE because of your companies error and incompetence.

Worst service ever. Didnt deliver water on scheduled days. Didnt pick up all empty bottles. Took two months to cancel the service and four months for the water cooler to be picked up even after I offered to deliver to the home office myself. I will not ever use their services again.
