The cooler works great (both the bottom-loaded model and top-loaded model), water is as expected and does not have any particular flavor as some purified/enhanced waters do. Deliveries have been on time and consistent with notifications of scheduled delivery. Customer service is top-notch. Subscription setup was a breeze.

We had Culligan water systems for years. Brad was our sales person. He was honest and patient. After installation he came to teach us how to change filters so we can save on technician fees. Later when we ran into problems, Ken is our best technician. He always came the same day to help us out. He is also available by phone to help if he cannot come right away. Ken represents the best customer service in our eyes. We recommend Culligan because of its honest sales team and excellent customer service. Thank you!

We had water filtration & softener systems installed in our rented townhouse on a rent to own basis. 22 mos later, we bought a house & paid to have it moved & paid for new filters twice since then. Called to pay off what was left of the contract & the gal said the contract wasn’t eligible for pay off & our filter replacements were free. What?!?! Looking into having a system installed by a private contractor. Has to be cheaper than paying $140/mo for the rest of our lives. In the meantime, we need new filters. Should be interesting. On a positive note, the installers/workmen are fantastic!Update...4 weeks ago I called & spoke to Travis. He assured me we could pay it off. He said Megan would get back to me tomorrow with a payoff amount as they’re fully staffed again due to virus restrictions. Haven’t heard a word.

I called to let them know I seen worms in the 5 gal water bottle that was delivered to me. The person that answered the phone was extremely rude and I believe her name was Sherrie, she didn’t want to listen at all and she kept talking over me.I will never order again,

Great, friendly service. they were prompt at installation. we only drink water (so taste is super important to us). lugging around 35 gallons of water a month had become a real chore. all i have to do now for pure, clean, delicious water is push a button. we got the bluetooth countertop control. It looks great on our granite countertop. thank you so much Culligan. i don’t know why i didn’t do this sooner!

If I could give zero stars I would. I’m not even sure where to start. Since the install of my filtration units I’ve had nothing but issues. In addition my ice maker was never run through my RO unit and was supposed to be. Every time they come out to fix it they never have the part. Then I get charged for them to come out for something they never installed properly. I’ve called to speak with management, they written notes in my account, etc etc etc. Lio service is all you get after they get your units installed in your home.

Brad was great to work with. He visited us on site, preformed before and after water tests (chlorine, calcium, etc). We were remodeling an older home and installing all new kitchen/bathroom faucets as well as new PEX piping throughout the house. I wanted a house filter and a water-softener system to remove the calcium (hard water) from our system and prevent long term damage to our investment. Also, my daughter has severe eczema and the soft water is better for her skin. The whole home house filter was very affordable and I cannot believe I lived without one before- especially when I change the filter annually and see what it collects. We decided to also place a reverse osmosis filter in the kitchen to remove pharmaceuticals from the water. I am in the medical profession and am well aware of the measurable levels of unmetabolized and unfiltered medicines that remain our our water supply. They drilled a precise hole next to our kitchen faucet and the fixture blended well with our kitchen style. We spent $4,300 on the total investment and $140 annually for replacement house filter and salt refills. They deliver the salt to us on a schedule and I can pay online. Out of the whole remodel, it was the best investment we made. We can taste the difference in the water from the RO filter in the kitchen compared to water elsewhere. Great local company to work with.

I have had my filtration system for over a year. I called and asked if they could send a tech out to change my filters. You can do it yourself but due the effects of chemo I was not able to change them. They were so kind and sent a tech to the house to change the filters in less than three days! He not only changed the filters but inspected the system and made me aware of a slow leak in my plumbing. I am so grateful for his attention to detail as he saved me what would have been an expensive repair bill and possibly having to replace my cabinet. Call Culligan for all your water filtration needs they really care about you!

I normally dont post reviews but I wanted to express my gratitude to the entire staff and Culligan of Nashville. From their customer service representative to their Manager. They know how to go above and beyond to take care of a customer. Even though my experience didnt start off on the right foot, they came full circle. Steve, Sheri and Meagan worked really hard to exceed my expectations. I couldnt be happier with my softener and purified water system.

If I could give this business a negative 10, I would. I let one of their representatives come out to my home to do a water test. We negotiated a price and agreed. The next day, he stated that he couldn’t do the deal. So I spoke with Steve, he’s the manager, with no accountability and several integrity issues. He stated, the deal couldn’t be done. I agreed to get the system at the price they offered. I gave the representative my SSN and allowed them to run my credit, everything was approved. I was given an install date of December 10, 2020. When I inquired about my installation date a few days before. They stated I didn’t have an install date. I asked to speak with the owner, but the “manager” called back. Steve “the manager” has elementary problem solving skills and lacks integrity. At the end of the day, they have pulled my credit, everything was approved and denied my service because I was upset at their deplorable customer service. Steve did not show any contrition. What are they doing with the SSN...I believe they are using them for unethical practices. Do not use this service. I’ll be expecting something to pop up on my credit report because of this. Culligan of Nashville is horrible. Don’t trust them.

I would love to share a picture of our yellow water but I can’t share a picture here. I’ve brought this to their attention multiple times and they continue to avoid it. I’ve had a service man come out here once and straight up tell me he was the only one that knew anything about well water and he didn’t have a clue how to fix it. They also accidentally drilled a hole through the side of my house during installation and claimed they would pay our contractor to fix it and that fell through as well. I would definitely avoid using this company.

Called Culligan of Nashville to set up an appointment and for some reason the person on the phone couldn’t schedule and told me someone would call me back. Left all of my info and a week later still no call back. I called back and was finally able to set up an appointment. When the tech called me I was not able to be home and he was helpful and rescheduled me for the next week. The next appointment the tech never showed up and I never received a call and I had stayed home for the window given for the appointment. Called the tech and he was out sick that day. Asked the tech to have a manager call me back that am and never received a call to discuss this or set up another appointment. Another horrible service provider in middle TN.

I have not had a good experience with service (deliveries of salt and filters). Several people at this company are great but unfortunately management refuses to improve the customers experience after the sale. I regret buying from them. If this review was just for service, Id hesitate to give one star, as it is there are some good people and the equipment is good.

Worst Customer service ever! This company has some serious issues. I have called multiple times trying to set up times for salt delivery and to change our filter. After calling 12 times during normal business hours on multiple days, I was finally able to get someone on the phone to schedule a filter replacement. She gave me some excuse that they were short staffed...who cares! It’s business make adjustment! Then she tells me she won’t be able to replace our filter until next week but she is unsure of the day and time...WHAT? So really she had no idea when she could get anyone out here to replace the filter! I am done. Avoid this place at all cost. We will be going with another company.

Everything started off great, the installation guys were wonderful so theyre the only reason this is getting an extra star. We signed up to have the salt dropped off at our house on the automatic reminder, because I thought this would be the safer option, but come to find out this is way more unreliable. We paid in full right after, so I guess once they have their equipment paid for, they no longer care about their customers.Heres how this has gone so far, and why I feel they are very unreliable. October came around, and someone came to deliver, but never called to tell me they were coming this day, so no one was home and they didnt leave the delivery. I called them that day, and was told someone would call back, but never heard back- so I called the next business day. I was asked if I could wait until the first of November, so they did not have to make an emergency trip. I said yes, but I cant wait to much after the first because we are getting pretty low on salt. November 6th rolls around, and I still have not heard from anyone to deliver my salt. So once again, I make another phone call and no one ever put me in for a delivery. They then tell me that Friday, someone will come by to deliver my salt, but they would try to get it out sooner if someone would take it after work. Well its not Friday, and I still hadnt heard anything, so I make ANOTHER phone call, and once again, I was not on the schedule for delivery!! Im currently waiting to hear back from someone to see if it can be delivered today, but Im honestly scared to rely on them to deliver my salt on time for the future.

The salesman and the installer were very informative and professional. They clearly have been doing this a long time and knew exactly what they are doing. The salesman took the time to explain the system and how it works and answered every question I had. The installer was very friendly and took the time to explain exactly what he was going to do and even went the extra distance to make sure the lines were routed to my standards. This is our 3rd year of using Culligan water system. Cannot be happier. I highly recommend Brad - he is professional and thoughtful. He provided all the information and references we needed before purchase. He also came twice to help us replace the filters until we can do ourselves. We talked to other companies about water treatment services. Culligan had the shortest presentation, and the price was considerably less than the others. We also liked that the salesperson returned after two weeks to see if we had any questions. We have bought many large ticket items over the years, and that is the first time a company sent a representative after the sale. Of course, the water is wonderful. We can tell a difference in our towels and clothing and on our skin. The water is perfect for drinking right out of the tap. Thanks Culligan.

Josh did an excellent job on comparing prices and services for water softening systems - we had already had 2 estimates, but signed with Josh the day he visited us. It is an excellent system, and we love it - the water in Rutherford County is horrid, and that makes the Culligan purchase a necessity and not a luxury. I have been a customer of this company for about 8 years.So today I had arranged annual service/filter replacement on my filter. So the guy comes, replaces the $124.25 filter...and adds a $139.00 trip charge.Sorry Culligan I am not smiling.I called your office today and asked the person answering the phone to give the following message to “authority”. The message was “if the trip charge is not removed it will be bye bye.”Well, hours later and no call.So my message to Mr. Culligan, :)., is I’m about due for a replacement system but it’s bye bye Mr. Culligan.Things went south for this franchise when it got bought out last year.Bye, Bye.

I am a repeat customer whereas I had a softner installed in a former home. I am absolutely thrilled with the sales vist with Glen Beatty and the installation performed by Michael today. Both were very friendly, easy to talk to, professional and informative. Michaels installation was primo; very neat installation, explained what he would be doing and explained operation of the unit. They answered my questions in a way that I understood. Kudos to your company for having great caring employees.

Culligan Water filtration/softener + RO system = I LOVE the shower and drinking tap water again!!!Mount Juliet has some of the hardest water Ive ever experienced. After moving into our new home, I knew something needed to be done immediately. We shopped and settled on Culligan. The rep recommended a filtration, softener, and RO system. We elected to do the filtration and softener system only. Showers and laundry improved dramatically, however our tap water tasted horrendous :-( We had RO system installed shortly thereafter. Since then, life has been wonderful. You just cant take great water for granted.We did have minor issues with our system after a few months, but Culligan immediately came back out and resolved them. I cannot say that Culligan is the cheapest of the companies we looked at, but you get what you pay for. Instead of getting the one and done installation jobs done, its great to continue to get ongoing service when needed.Id highly recommend getting a system installed in your home if you have bad water, and be sure to get the RO system as well.

Culligan water at one time was loyal to there customers and there employees. Now with the new owner Steve Gipson its starting become one of the worse cons in the water industry. There salesman are telling customers that there reverse osmosis will prevent or cure cancers. They are also trying to scare people into buying there system by telling them that they have nitrates or other thing in there water when they dont. They charge outstanding fees for salt and water. They try to teach there service techs to get the most money they can out of the customer for every service call they go on. They tell there salesman to always test the kitchen cold water because most of the time the kitchen is on hard water for drinking and cooking so then they can say that there water softener doesnt work. They always will sell you the most expensive units that they have and 85% of the time you dont even need it. They never tell you about the cheaper units that they have and would be the right size for your house hold.This is bad business and for some one like me that loves the water industry I could no longer work for a company like this so I branched out on my own for now. I will probably start my own water softener company in about one year from now because I signed a no compete form with Culligan and they are really mad that I left them. And they have even threatened me that they would sue me lol How pathetic is that. There are still many good water softener companys out there that are good and loyal to there customers if you need one ask me I will refer you to a good one. The owner had several people hurt them selfs on the job the owner never called one person asked how they where doing. Also another employee that died the owner Steve Gibson didnt even go to his own employees funeral. Now I could understand that if it was a huge business. But it is not it is a small business. The day that people at Culligan found out that he died the service department was devastated. The owner and his salesman Kurt sells was only worried about one thing and one thing only and that was getting unit in that morning. Thats when I really found out what kind of owner he was. Now that I posted I am sure Steve and his salesman will lie about me probably say I am a disgruntled employee but thats who these people are and thats what they do. They lie and there the best at it.
