Great business! Needed a key fob battery replaced and they didn’t charge me to test the battery and knew exactly the replacement it needed. Everyone was so friendly. Highly recommended for anything battery-related. Can’t speak for the bulbs but I assume also great selection.

I arrived 10 mins before closing and the door was locked. The girl working behind the counter didn’t even look up at me when I knocked on the door. A guy came up and was trying to talk to me through the closed door. He finally opened the door and said “We closed already. They don’t pay us to be here past 7, so we don’t stay past then.” Poor customer service. Wanted to support small business but instead I just ordered the batteries I needed off of Amazon for 1/2 the price.

This place is HORRIBLE. DO NOT GO HERE. They will put the cheapest screen on your phone. Your phone keyboard will not work and it will shatter and break even worse than before. The employees are lazy and rude. DO NOT GO HERE.

I placed an order online for a car battery. After i completed the transaction i received an e-mail and the store denied the order. I called the store and they told me they would not sell me the battery for the price on there website and wanted $50 more that the listed price. Talk about bait and switch pricing. Not very good customer service.

Purchased an AGM Duralast battery for a classic car in Sept of 2019, from the Franchise Nolensville Rd store. I usually shop the corporate store off Charlotte because the staff is knowledgeable and they have an excellent selection, but they didn’t have the battery in stock that day and offered to have one transferred in. I wish I had taken them up on their offer. The 8 year old battery I was replacing was still starting the car but it just wasn’t keeping up like it used to even with my battery tender. With the battery I purchased from batteries plus installed, I went out to take the car for a weekend trip and the car was slow to turn over, I had never experienced an issue at up to that point with the battery, but it started and performed fine over the rest of the weekend. I put it on the tender when I got home and when I went out to drive it a couple weeks ago it was dead. I tested the voltage and it read less than 2 volts. I attempted to charge it on my bench charger on low amp setting and it didn’t get stronger. I jump started the car and it drove out fine, but when I shut the engine off it was dead stick. I brought the battery back to the retailer with my receipt and they informed me that they would need to attempt to charge the battery because of the low voltage readings. I agreed for them to keep the battery and that they would call me the next morning. The next afternoon I decided to ride to the store as I had not heard from them and was anxious to get the car back on the road. When I arrived they said that they had been charging it for over 24 hours and had not been able to get the voltage up past 6V and that this would not be covered under the warranty because of neglect/Abuse. I confirmed their decision and then left the store, as my frustration was getting the better of me. I have sense purchased a new battery from AutoZone and installed in the car and it has functioned perfectly. I will not be doing business with the batteries plus franchise location on Nolensville Road again. I have never been denied a warranty claim on any part in my 38 years of doing my own repairs. I currently have a 4 runner, a YJ and a Miata all over 20 years old and 3 motorcycles 2 of which are over 20 years old and I maintain all of these.

First trip was for a battery for a pair of digital calipers, and the second was for an iPhone battery replacement (which I had booked online the previous day). Greg at Batteries + Bulbs on Nolensville Pike was fabulous. I work for Bookem which is a nonprofit in Nashville, TN. We provides thousands of books to youth in need in Davidson County. When we receive donations of books with sounds (lots of fun), but the batteries no longer work (thus no sound and less fun), this company replaces the batteries for us for free! Our experience with them as been wonderful - they are quick, nice and do a great job. Thank you for giving back to the community in such a meaningful way.

Went in with a dead display on my Samsung, and was told I needed a new screen at $150. An hour later they called me to tell me the screen had simply become unplugged somehow inside the phone, and they were done with it. Charged me $30 for an hours labor, that was all. Great guys, honest work. I recommend them strongly.

I appreciate doing business with Battery Plus. I was trying to locate batteries for my mobile wheelchair, and found out I was given the incorrect information, but the information was caught by the manager, and instantly called me to give me the correction. I appreciate doing business with him not only did he correct the matter, but he gave me a percentage off of my purchase that I had to have to operate my wheelchair to get around. I appreciate the manger, and also everything the store helped me to processed with my purchase.

Ordered a battery for my lawn tractor online. I was notified shortly thereafter that it was ready for pickup. When I got to the store it was ready for me and they processed my core refund promptly. Battery is a perfect fit and works great!

Seemingly the online availability of the specific battery I wanted was not accurate. When I went in to pick up what turned out to be a cancelled purchase due to lack of stock, the sales staff were able to convince me to buy something closer to OEM at a cheaper price, plus he threw in the online 10% discount. So all said and done, I was pretty satisfied with my experience and the staff were cordial and patient.

I purchased lawnmower battery October 14, 2017. I tried to use mower on November 24 and found battery to be dead. The battery was returned for replacement on November 25 to take advantage of “6 Month Free Replacement Warranty” as advertised on the website. I was told they could charge the battery but that would take the day to charge and would only be replaced “if bad”. I was also told the battery would lose its charge if not used. This mower has had multiple batteries that last thru the mowing off season (sometimes 4 months) without this occurring. There are two things I will not tolerate - being lied to and stolen from and in this case Batteries plus Bulbs has done both.

Amazing service. They went above and beyond, checking my phone and discovering it didnt need a battery, I needed a new phone! Then they refunded the battery on the spot even though it was an on-line purchase.
