Do not use them! I went yesterday to get an oil change and they broke my brake line while changing the oil filter! So now my truck has no brakes and they would not claim responsibility. Funny how my truck ran perfectly up until it came out for its oil change then suddenly I have.nmy brake pedal went down to the floor terrible service which is going to cost me a lot to repair also could have gotten me killed. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

I took my work van here a few weeks ago and the customer service at this location was amazing. Adrienne was helpful with all my questions and made sure I had the right service done due to a leaking tire. Myron took care of the service, which ended up taking a little longer than anticipated so I received a free oil change along with my tire service. The manager Keith also made sure to come and talk to me about the service because he was made aware by Adrienne that it took a while and gave me an extra discount. I have always taken my van to Walmart for service and this was by far the best experience even considering the wait. They definitely take care of you here and they deserve to be recognized.

I really gotta check to see if they really changed my oil....cause my car is saying otherwise soooo hopefully its otherwise. Ill keep yall updated

The Automotive Center was not scheduled to open until 8 AM, but I went early in case there was a line. Since I was there they took care of me and got me back home before 8 AM! Looking forward to my appointment!!!

I went to get an oil change and they told me an hour and a half. I waited two hours walking around the store (because they dont have a waiting room) and then I came back to check up and they said the oil drain plug I have isnt stock so they cant do it and they wont sell me a new one to put it in. I asked why it took them two hours to tell me that and they said the typical answer of I dont know.

Not good I tried to tell them my situation that I could not see out of my glasses and they kept telling me that my prescription was a slight change and Im still unable to see spent over $200 dissatisfied

Horrible customer service, front auto employees and auto center manager are rude. I will never in my life return here, writing the CEO the president the owner Mr Walton himself will know how horrible this Walmart is to their customers!!!

Adrienne at the front desk was an absolute blessing. She is very kind and patient. The wait was long but it was busy and I understand. People were complaining to her left and right and she managed to keep a smile on her face. We need more people like her in this world and I hope She gets treated by the company like she deserves. Also the job was thoroughly done. Oil was changed and tires were aired up and fluids topped off without me even asking. Thank you.

Friendly staff, low/fair prices, but the main issue has always been Slow service, long wait times, and slow checkout. Note: there is NO seating in the waiting area due to covid (like chairs are a vector, lol). You better arrange for a ride, or plan on standing around Walmarts concrete floor for an hour or two, or three.

I went to this Walmart done my shopping accidentally left my lights on came out car wouldnt start so I called the car care center talked to two different women was put on hold so Mr.Jrith assistant manager took his truck came to my car jumped me off and he was a Gen today.Mr.Keith thank you again for your help.I made it home car started up again no problem.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Dropped off my car and waited over an hour just to find out they can’t do the oil change because they’re “missing a tool”. They saw me waiting back there and didn’t say anything nor did they bother to call me or any other customers. It was very disorganized and unprofessional.

Unbelievably slow service. I arrived around 6:30 AM. They were supposed to open at 7:00 AM. But aside from the service manager, the rest of the staff didnt bother to get there until maybe 8:30-ish? When they finally did show up they were meandering slowly around like they didnt have a care in the world. I wish I could show video of the speed at which these people moved. Ive seen funeral processions with more pep than these folks. I saw one guy playing a game on his phone. Unbelievable. No hustle at all. Granted there were three people in front of me in line. But my car didnt even get pulled into the garage until around 10:15. I thought great! FINALLY! Here we go. Its going to get done and I can get out of here.NOPE!!They continued meandering around. Actually not even meandering. Literally standing around. And I do mean literally standing in place doing nothing. Finally at 10:45 they started working on it. At one point they told me that the tire wasnt going to come off so he couldnt change that one. I asked him if he had tried to manually loosen it. He said he had not but he would try that. But then told me he couldnt find the tool to do that. So I actually found it FOR him. It was sitting right there. I was finally out of there around 11:45. So it took him an hour to change two tires.At one point I heard a manager explaining to someone over the phone why it was taking so long to get their vehicle done. All of the excuses were complete BS since I was waiting there watching how slow and inept everyone was.I most definitely will not be coming here again.

Best department in the entire store!!! The clerk Glenda was very friendly, Myron and Jordan the guy that did the tires as well. Service was quick, but I was first one there when they opened. Great service and tires from Walmart. Com came very fast.

The WORST SERVICE!!!! I was there three hours only to have to leave because of the slow service. I had five cars in front of me and when I left still had 3 cars on front of me. The attendants moved slowly and no one but the cashier seemed to want to help you. I went down the road fo A-1 tire shop and got the same tire for 52 dollars less. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

Best thing about this walmart

I brought my son to Nashville from Mn, and I got a flat so I brought my van to this Wal-Mart for replacement at 9:30 am. The guy at the register was really rude, he didnt tell me abput how long it would be, or anything. So I went outside so I could talk to a mechanic and I asked him about how long it would be, and he sounded really rude also, said he really didnt know. I wanted to make sure they knew the tire that needed replacing was in the back hatch, and not to put it on the rusted spare. Plus my son needed to be picked up back at the motel by 11. Theyre not at all them smiling friendly faces they show on tv.

This Walmart automotive service center is so much better since they finally fired the service manager Kevin. He was a major problem and didnt like working in an urban areas and made it extremely obvious. Now its a much more pleasant place to get an oil change plus tire services.

I walked into this Walmart just to grab a few things, I noticed that the oil change area looked a little slow so I walked up to the counter, and asked what was the wait time, they said there was no wait. So I said great I will go get my car and bring it around back, and the whole 2 or 3 minutes that it took me to get my car and come around the back turned into an hour and a 1/2 wait.

I feel they could care less about me or my cars needs

This location is alright sometimes but I feel like they not training there employees correctly due them not knowing *Produce* I ask A lady where are the Garlic Cloves and she show me Shallot (Sweet Onions) 🤣🤣🤣 *Giggles* smh sad.... They are always out of stock on things in the Grocery Dept. So I only shop their every Blue Moon🚫🚫. Its too much going on outside and the parking lot always stays too pack and crowded due to other Dept stores. They need to upgrade some of there employees...The way this store is going this location will be shut down soon...... Beware🚫🚫🚫

These are good and honest people, but they always seem to be understaffed. Must not be a profit center, but if people go elsewhere, wouldnt that hurt profits too??? If your going, try to get in between 7-10am to make sure they have time.

The employees our in the shop, gives the best service. So if you go out there for service on your car, ask one of them to help or else youll be there for hours. Sad to say.

I dropped my car off at 5 thinking it would be done quick since I was the only car there. 7 o clock rolls around and still no call and now theyre closed! I go to customer service to get my keys and no one knows where the keys are but one guy. When that guy just so happens to walk by, they explain to him what happen and asked him where the keys were stored. He says well Im off the clock in which I replied, well punch back in the clock and grab my keys. Moral of the story is go to jiffy Lube.

Go anywhere else but here unless you want to wait hours. I was second in line. They told me it would be an hour. An hour and a half later, I was told I would have to wait another 35 minutes. That was after I saw the guy that was after the guy who was supposed to work on it wondered around the store and decided to quit chatting with his Co workers about how awesome some guys truck is. He had the audacity to lie and say he was needed at the counter when I had heard everything that was said. There were other workers at the counter. He was definitely not needed.

I had a 5 year battery that died in 1.4 years. They honored warranty, but I had to install my self do to three hour wait.

I was shopping for a window visor for my car and found the perfect one. Friendly cashiers and very neat aisles and check out counter.

Friendly and helpful associates. I very seldom go to Walmart. I just prefer other stores. Was rushed for this visit & had no other choice. Jt was not as bad usual! So, may try it again@

I bought a set of new tires here, wouldnt do it again, they were not cheap, but with all I spent, the truck shook at higher speed,and they didnt reset the low pressure alarm, so I had to take it back to the dealership and have that all fixed.never again will I buy from them

Spare tire should have been put under cover and was not. Tires are fine and service was fast.

My mother took her car today for a simple oil change and this happens on her way home. Not happy I have been on hold for over 30 to talk to a manager to take care of the problem..very disappointed

I would’nt give this one star if I could simply because, the customer service is terrible. They told me that there was an hour to two hour wait on oil changes so I was okay with that. I went grocery shopping an even played around a bit And came back and was told I would have to wait two hours or maybe even three for a oil change. They need more workers or something because this won’t work. And was given an attitude when I told him I had already been waiting for two hours. I work hard for my money and I wasted my time an even took off work for bs. I wouldn’t waste my time if I was you.

Dude was a dick and i told him i needed my tires balanced because i needed to go to my grandparents for thanksgiving tomarrow and he said he didnt care where i had to go and he was leaving as soon as he can.

Arrived at 7am, first one in line, and a simple oil change took 2 hours and 15 minutes. I simply can’t comprehend this level of incompetency.

Slowest most incompetent staff I have literally ever come across. They accidentally gave my grey Toyota Prius an oil change when I had it scheduled to get new tires, they put new tires on a Black Toyota yaris Instead because they apparently can’t tell the difference between two completely different cars. They then took an extra 3 FUC*ING hours to put the tires on my car, all while acting like they were doing me a favor by performing their jobs to the lowest ability/quality I have seen in a long time. Dude literally took 45 mins to change one tire. Like, cmon bro I used to work at a tire shop.

What I didnt like was the lack of time management.. I dropped my car off on break@1:30... for a slow leak tire.. was thinking I would pick it up at 3:30.. so not to late for next job.. I get the call at 3:25... then they arent able to take care of the tire.. so I had to purchase a new tire and, and wait... and being late for work...wal Mart Tire and Lube Dickerson wont get me again...so if you can avoid this location.. please.do... I want to rate it no stars... I was charged for a tire balance I didnt get...so Im out $67.00 and late for work..and all I got from management was what you want me to do about it...Tsh......

Told me they had the tires on the phone for my vehicle and then after driving one hour to reach them I found out they couldnt even do it. I had to go somewhere else and pay twice as much to get it done

Walmart had the cheapest price for an oil change, all I needed was an oil change on my nb mx-5, so I gave them try. I arrived, gave them my key, and they told me they would page me (lol) when it was ready. So I decided to do my shopping in the rest of the store until my car was ready. I waited over an hour and still no call. Maybe they really thought I had a pager. So I marched over to the garage to see what was the matter, to find my car in one of the bays, with three mechanics around it. They recognized me and one yelled, We cant find the filter! I found this funny and incredible, so I told them to just give me my car back and Ill take care of it myself. They put oil back in my car (dirty filter still intact) and drove my car over to me. So I decided to look under my hood to check the oil level, and to my dismay found the filler cap was missing, oil spraying everywhere! AHHHHHH So I ran to turn off my car, then stared down the nearby mechanic. His response was, Oh, there it is., (filler cap sitting in some odd place under the hood) At least it didnt spray to bad. I still staring at him motionless. He at least at that point attempted to wipe down what oil spillage he could. I went home and after 5 minutes of internet research and use of common sense found my oil filter.

Terrible service! Never more than “just 1 auto technician on duty”. Disappointment every time I have gone to this automotive location! I shouldn’t have to drive clear across town for service I should be getting at the one right in my neighborhood..

This might possibly be the slowest wait time to check out in East Nashville. Maybe even slower than the Taco Bell on Gallatin.
