I must say, today will be the last day I use them. Josh, seemed nice enough initially, however being told twice how lucky we are to have our carpets cleaned at such a cost, then for him to rush through the job, be bothered when asked to hit another spot, to have him put his equipment up before asking us if everything was ok...I could go on but I will not. This was an experience I would NOT want to relive. He cleaned our carpets as if we received a discount, half-@ssed and fast. Coupon, discount or not, all services should be executed the same.I will NEVER use their services EVER again.COIT use to be reputable. NEVER AGAIN!

I can’t believe they just charged me $426 to clean my upstairs carpet and all the stains are still there. When we first called to make an appt. with this company Brandy didn’t even ask what kind of stains we had she just instantly promised they can remove everything. She lied. I tried calling but she hung up the phone on me. I have left messages with her for the manager but no response!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.First thing their website says is “100% Money back Guarantee” some real BS!

I have been a customer of Coit for over 15 years. MIguel has done an outstanding job for me over the last several years including grout cleaning of my kitchen floor - making it look brand new. One year we were in Italy and had a water issue in our upstairs bathroom - they were on site and took care of cleaning up the problem for us. Scott as owner of the company has built a great business with an outstanding reputation. Contact them for your next cleaning needs or restoration. I give them a 10+!!

Miguel has been out and cleaned up several pet accidents on the carpets in my kids rooms. He does a fantastic job! The stains come out and the area is sanitized! Worth every penny! Dont look any further than Coit and Miguel!

I had three things done--ducts, living room/hall and an area rug which they took away. With the air ducts the tech did not follow protocol, not covering all the vents, and leaving dust everywhere. He said he did not have a vacuum to sweep up all the debris, so I vacuumed myself. I dont consider that good service for over $600--just for the ducts. The rug cleaning did NOT dry in two hours--more like 24. I hopped around on towels for a day. The area rug was to be delivered at noon on Thursday. The driver called and said, no, it would be between noon and two. I told him I had an appt at 2, he said he would call to see if I were home. Of course he didnt call until I was about to leave, so we agreed on Friday afternoon. No call. The office said it would be Monday and the driver did not have the rug on the truck. I still dont have my rug and am in hopes that Monday will work out.

Jesse cleaned my HVAC ducts and did a great job. He cleaned everything up afterwards and got everything done in a great time. He also offered to clean my carpets and rugs. My carpets looked brand new afterwards. I haven’t had my rugs cleaned in 20 years and he took out every stain and made them look brand new again. I highly recommend using COIT for any HVAC or carpet cleanings. I will be using COIT and Jesse again in the future.

Beware- Bait and switch pricing.I was very disillusioned with the pricing process. I had made an appointment and received a worst case estimate as my couch size is between a love seat and a full-size couch. They priced it as a full-size couch but they said when their operators got there they would adjust the price.Upon arrival they calculated it 30% higher. And they would not honor the original price, saying their minimum charge was higher. I was stuck. I needed it cleaned so I paid the higher price but I’m still very unhappy about not honoring at least the original price and the game of jacking up the price upon arrival.On top of that, we waited around the first appointment day, where they never called to update their arrival time within the 2 hour window. I had to call at the end of the day, so we reschedule for the next day. I thought I was very accommodating and with that accommodation they should’ve at least honored the original price.You don’t really want to squabble prior to anybody doing the work as they might just cut corners so I am left with leaving YOU an informational review.It’s all just not professional. Beware.

I needed my carpet cleaned and Coit came out that same day to get the job done!! Pedro was the guy they sent,he was sooo nice and his customer service was excellent!!!! He was very thorough,quick,and on time. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I had Coit clean several items in my home last week and was pleased from start to finish. Top notch service from everyone. Miguel and his assistant were so kind. Scheduling the appointment was very easy and the customer service was hard to beat. Im definitely recommending them and be sure to ask if theyre running any specials!

The company sent a rep out who burnt himself, then sulked about it, did something for a little longer, and then conned my wife into paying for the job. I had to have another company come out to show me that the job wasn’t done in the first place. 10+days later, Coit sends the exact same person out to fix the problem. How am I to trust this has been done this time? Haven’t been contacted since. Zero integrity at this company and I highly recommend you do not use them.

Really needed them to come the same day as when I called. They made it happen & did a wonderful job. Highly recommended. Little pricey but well worth it.

One of your drivers (Van with # 15 on it) just pulled out right in front of me and ran me off the road and drove off. Ive got 2 small children in the car. Maybe you should make sure your people can drive safely before you send them out into the community.

Top notch service in the Nashville area!! Toney just left after cleaning our HVAC duct work. He spent time answering questions and pointed out some issues that once fixed should help dramatically this summer. The process of cleaning took under 2 hours. Toney showed us the issues he came across so we had the opportunity to take pics to show to our HVAC service guys. Super professional and incredibly nice to boot. When my rug was picked up, they gave me a quote of $140.00 for the cleaning and providing a new pad. They did not bring the pad and tried to charge me 147.00 plus $119 for cleaning. Will not use them again. Got pad for $70 on overstock. Crooked.....
