They will help you find exactly what you are looking for, and bring it to your home. And if it doesn’t work out, they happily retrieve the rugs that you tried. And they will do that until you’re happy.(It is a *completely* different experience btw, from Nashville Fine Rugs, whose owner literally is a bully. He pressured me to justify why I wasn’t buying one of his rugs that I tried, and then insulted a rug in my house by saying ‘You know that came from a thrift store, it’s only worth $700-$900’.)
