I love that at this place, they charge you AFTER they have successfully fixed your device, not before. Some places have crazy fees when you still don’t even know if it’ll be fixed! The techs were super helpful, kind, and patient.

I just bought a new s21 ultra 5g and didnt even have it a day and scratched the screen. So I surfed the web for a reputable service to fix my screen and came across these guys. Went in and showed them what happened. They directed me in the right direction to how to file a claim. And the next day I went in and within 2hrs I had my new screen. Now I can enjoy my new phone without that pesky scratch on my screen. Thank you guys yall are the best.

My warranty through Samsung sent me here when my extremely brand new phone screen messed up. Gentlemen who helped me was so nice, knowledgeable even though my phone was the first one of its kind he got to see in person and very efficient.

My charger port on my Galaxy s20 plus went out. Reached out to them, they over nighted a new charger port and I dropped my phone off with them the next morning. They had it fixed same day (Friday). Brandon went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and even called me Monday morning to follow up and make sure my phone was working/charging properly over the weekend. Over the past 5 or 6 years, I have had the pleasure of doing business here on approximately 4 occasions! I have NEVER been disappointed! The expertise and customer service is why Im a loyal customer! My Samsung Note 10+ is having some SIGNIFICANT connectivity issues, and Verizon suggested I take it in for an assessment and repair, if possible. Well...my phones problem couldnt be fixed. Dexter (location staff member) gave me a detailed breakdown of what he was going to do to ATTEMPT to solve the issue...which I LOVED! My iPhone wouldnt charge. My battery settings said the battery was degraded. Still, I didnt really want to buy a new one, but I figured it was necessary. Turns out, the charging port just needed a good clearing-out. A nice guy here just took a nifty tool and did it for me. No charge. I was inside the store for maybe 2 minutes. I wouldve never known that was the problem or how to fix it. And I didnt have to get a whole new battery after all. Would definitely recommend this place, and if I ever decide to get the actual battery fixed/replaced, I will come back here.

These guys were great they swapped out my iPhone XS battery when my local Clarksville location said that an iOS update was required that I did not want to do. HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL I cant say enough of Matt and his team. They took the time to explain everything to me, potential issues that could occur after the repair - the repair was less than an hour. Really good folks here! Fast and really good service. I had a problem with my screen, a very strange problem where the LCD screen started bleeding out of nowhere. They addressed the problem and installed a new screen all within two hours. I was back wasting my life staring at my phone in no time!

They has my phone screen replaced quickly. Parking for free was not easily available is my only complaint.

I brought my computer in that has been having all kind of issues including crashes and BSOD. They then called me the day afterwards to say that had run the computer for 2hrs and played warzone to stress test it instead of actually running a stress test program and leaving it running. They said that the reseated the ram and thought that that was the issue but with in 30mins of me powering it on after getting home it bluescreened again!!!!! Was not worth the time or drive to go there complete waste of time not worth going.

My iPhone home button was rattling so I made an appointment to have them look at it. Nathan helped me, he immediately diagnosed the problem, explained it and fixed it in two minutes. Everyone is the store was professional and courteous. I highly recommend them.

Had to get my sons Nintendo Switch charge port replaced. They completed it quickly and the manager (Matt it think his name was) was very professional when I picked it up. Would nightly recommend in the future!

Pixel 4a - $350 phone. I was quoted $150 for screen repair, a little steep at 33% of phones MSRP, but okay, they are contracted with Google - assume quality, customer oriented service. Drop phone off Monday April 19th at ~11am. Get phone back and place call- proximity sensor is NEWLY dysfunctional, making screen completely dark for every call (unable to put on speaker phone, perform basic number prompts etc, again new from prior) and disrupting Googles smartAI wake-up/sleep features. Call uBreakIfix to inquire - technician on phone says maybe theres a little glue covering the sensor from the glass repair, or maybe the motherboard is faulty. I say, okay no big deal - surely theyll fix this. Take phone BACK - they opt for MB replacement. They replace motherboard - I come BACK again to pick up phone (Saturday now), but now it wont connect to Verizon Network. Worse, the proximity sensor is STILL broken with dark screen on calls, despite them requiring phone password to perform intensive Google diagnostics (which coincidentally let the faulty proximity sensor being sent out the door the first time)! An hour and a half in the store on the phone with verizon who says will take 3-5 days for invalid SIM card go through system. uBreakiFix says new motherboard not available until Tuesday, mind you its Saturday. I am seriously doubting that the brand new motherboard they installed was defective, and yet they want to put in another one? At this point, I say I want my phone back - its been 6 days - enough of this, but they REFUSE to give me my phone back! I have spent 6-10+ hours in this store, travelling to the store, or on phone with them, over multiple days, all for a simple cracked screen. I tried to walk out with my phone and they literally wouldnt give it back - they were adamant about holding onto it, even though I said cancel the transaction.SUMMARY/UPDATE:- Proximity sensor intact/worked fine prior to dropping phone off for simple cracked screen replacement.- Proximity sensor newly dysfunctional upon pickup #1 (despite google password given for extensive proprietary diagnostics by Google lol, what a crock).- Upon pickup # 2, proximity sensor STILL broken with black screen (despite phone password etc given for diagnostics). AND, now the radio isnt connected?!?What a colossal waste of time! If you have time constraints or if you value efficiency and transparency, I recommend you take your business elsewhere - the front desk couldnt care less and is not on the same page as the technicians, very frustrating. I rarely post negative reviews. Id like to emphasize, management did ZERO to try to ameliorate concerns or offer anything helpful, ie sorry for your bad experience, well take care of the screen etc. Joke of a business. Instead, they have tried to absolve themselves from any responsibility and instead have tried to blame the customer! Look at all other one star or two star reviews for multiple examples of dismissive condescending behavior, in addition to outright lies! To be clear, this is not an insurance claim through Asurion - this is a transaction to replace a cracked screen on a phone, for $150! Oh, and the proximity sensor is now broken - never fixed as claimed by manager.UPDATE:Despite uBreakiFix (Asurion acquired in 2019) refusing to accept blame or responsibility, finally granted possession of the phone by the company 6 DAYS LATER. Again, no sense of urgency, helpfulness, or customer service. In the end, the hassle, expense, extensive time wasted, poor customer service/communication, and lack of urgency in returning a working phone to the customer negatively colored any positive take away from this service. Unless I was bound by insurance constraints, I would not choose to do business with this provider again.

I did my own screen and battery replacement for my iPhone X however, I did take my old screen in and had them reprogram it to the new one. Was only $20 and they were super nice and helpful. Was in and out in 5 minutes (the 1st time) and they gave me some helpful advise.I came in a 2nd time after assembling my phone because of a missing feature and they reprogrammed the screen again and made sure I had that feature before I left AND THEY DIDNT CHARGE ME!Overall 10/10 satisfaction! Definitely would recommend 👍🏼UPDATE: went in a couple more times for 2 screen recalibrations, in and out within 5 minutes both times. wyatt and brandon both hooked me up. thanks guys!

I’m not from the area so I didn’t know where to go when I cracked my screen. I looked up screen repairs for iPhone 11 in Nashville and these guys popped up. They did a really good job, I paid a fair price (plus student discount), and not to mention the excellent customer service. I walked in later that afternoon and they had it done in an hour and a half. Highly recommend!

I am still not sure what I did to my phone but it was completely unusable earlier today. I left work to go to two places in town that work with phones and was told I would need a new phone because of a hardware issue at the first store and that it would be over a week before they could get to it at the second store. I decided to try uBreakiFix. I am SO glad I did! Carl was awesome. He literally took one look at my phone and had it fixed in less that a minute! I went from trying to figure out how I was going to afford a new phone, to how I was going to go a week without a phone, to a completely fixed phone!! If you have any issues with electronics do not waste your time. Go straight to uBreakiFix!

The job was done, and my phone screen is fixed. Some minor things very much frustrated me.They used an AT&T SIM card to test my device, which resulted in a ton of AT&T bloatware being installed, some of which I can only disable, not delete. I left AT&T a long time ago to get away from that sort of thing. Would have appreciated a call to confirm with me before doing that. They offered to flash the phone, at risk of wiping the device, so I may end up backing up everything and doing that. It is just a giant hassle after paying a premium charge, assuming my operating system would not be tampered with. Now that logo pops up everytime I boot the device, and none of that is ideal.They also used a new frame for my phone that was a different color, so now my SIM tray is a different color than the rest of the frame. I dont know if replacing the frame is a policy requirement, but my original was fine, and I would have preferred it not to be replaced with a chrome one.Again, fairly minor things, but I just wanted a new front screen...

Scheduled an appointment to have my galaxy z flip fixed here for the 2nd time. I scheduled the appointment just yesterday and was told they had all the parts. Today I arrive at 10AM and they tell me they dont have the parts and it must be done Monday through Friday. I clearly explained when scheduling that I only had Saturday available and would need back the same day. They told me that was not an issue until I showed up this morning. I drove 40 minutes one way to get to this location. Now appears since they were unwilling to do as they said they would that my phone which was being covered under a warranty that expires soon will just not get fixed. Highly disappointed with these guys. After my first visit a few months back I was excited to use this location again but apparently service members have changed and customer service just no longer exists here.

I went in to get my iPhone 7 fixed and they charged me 98.31 just for the screen and then told me that it was indefinitely disabled and tried to charge an extra 50 to disable and play it off as my fault and I know it wasnt because it wasnt disabled when I turned it off to get a new phone. After telling them what the screen does they continued to try and use it and disabled it and tried to play it off as my fault, when I know that it wasnt disabled before hand because I was still using it before I got my new phone so explain how I disabled the phone if I didnt touch it after I got my new phone. DO NOT RECOMMEND THE TRIED TO PASS OFF THEIR MISTAKE AS MINE WHEN I KNOW THE TRUTH CAUSE ITS MY PHONE DO NOT GO HERE GO TO BATTERIES PLUS IVE NEVER HAD ISSUE WITH THEM!!!!!!

I had a screen and back glass replacement done by these guys in March. There were some minor issues with the repair job but because of the covid situation, I didn’t go back to have them resolved until this week. Even though the 90 day warranty had expired, they still honored it and did a great job of fixing the issues. Would definitely recommend this place.

The store has really great customer service, and a knowledgeable staff. I had bought my own pieces for my phone, but I was a little over my head with the repair, so I brought it to them. They diagnosed the part I had purchased as not functional, but reassembled my phone, and placed the new screen on it for free. I decided not to buy the new part from them as my iPhone was older and was more cost efficient to buy a new one. The team member was very courteous to me, and ended up not charging me anything for all of the work. I highly recommend going to see them, they are very knowledgeable, and wont rip you off.

Brought my pixel 4a for a screen repair, they broke the casing in two places and then refured to do anything about it claiming the damage was probably already there, even though the person who received the phone didnt notice said damage
